I bought the caramel color right arm. It is exquisite! The leather and construction is luxurious and it was delivered 10 days after I bought it. Very reasonable price and very comfortable. I have several blankets as a leather sofa is cool compared to fabrics but having dogs, a leather sofa last longer.

I am so happy I spent years looking for the right sofa. I bought a special order sectional in CB2 last March 2021 and they canceled the order in November 2021 but thanks God because this new sectional is wonderful and it is real leather and Coleman delivered (unfortunately 1 hour south of my home the furthest they could go for white glove delivery) but thanks to our friend who has a store in Albany and we could bring the 2 sofa sections with 2 vehicles (truck and van).

This is a beautiful, quality piece of furniture. The dimensions are spot on; the color is a rich red. Delivery and set up was quick – the men were very professional and kind. I am quite satisfied with my new sectional.

I ordered the Nila sectional in February and just received it late March, over a month. It was disappointing. I waited so long to receive something that is not a pictured. The structure is as advertised but, the sofa is a yellowing color.

It is not white. It should be advertised as off white perhaps.

I purchased a complete Ashley’s Man-Den Gray Leather Power Reclining Living Room Set With Adjustable Headrest via Coleman Furniture. I bought this set based on the description on Coleman’s website and after speaking with Coleman representatives over the phone and using the Chat facility.

I was told the leather is top-grain, but I later realized it is genuine leather, which is much lower quality than top-grain. The sofa set leather started pealing just two months after the purchase, despite very careful use in a family with no pets.

Similarly, the recliners make a very loud noise when opening and closing. I filed a claim with Coleman Furniture, who in turn entertained it with Ashley, and after months of email exchange and telephone calls, I failed to convince either Ashley or Coleman to take care of the issue.

On behalf of Ashely, Coleman promised to offer a one-year manufacturer warranty, and I filed the claim less than six months after the purchase, but they still didn’t care. I have written evidence in which Coleman Furniture told me that most of the material is top-grain leather; the reality is that it is very low-quality leather, nowhere close to top-grain.

The reclining is deafening; we hardly open it at night; otherwise, it will wake whoever is sleeping. Instead of asking for an apology, giving me a full refund, and even more, because I was not provided what I was promised, Ashley, through Coleman, offered $250 to fix the issues.

If you expect much from Coleman or Ashley’s customer service or after-sale services, be aware they take no responsibility; once you are sold an item, even if you are deceived and provided wrong information at the time of sale, you won’t get anything from them.

I initially saw this set in a local store here and fell in love with it, but they wanted almost $8K for just the Sofa and Love Seat, so I found it on the Coleman Furniture site, and it was almost $4K cheaper! I ordered it in May, and it took about a month for it to be delivered.

Coleman even gave me a military discount which allowed me to purchase their 5-year warranty. The set was professionally delivered yesterday, and it was brand new still in the boxes (it even had the new car smell- so my husband and I were the first ones to sit on it).

The Sofa and Love Seat are comfortable, and I can tell this set is going to last us many years. The movers put it together quickly and everything (electric recliners, book lights, and the phone charges) worked perfectly! the added bonus is that the arms have storage compartments! Needless to say, I am super- pleased with my transaction.

Thank you, Coleman Furniture, for being an amazing company who sales quality furniture! I plan to utilize them for all my furniture needs in the future.

For comfort and functionality, I would give this a ‘5’. It drops a point for me because, from strictly an appearance perspective, it’s not something I would have chosen as a decor item. However, I didn’t really buy it for its looks.

My husband and I both have back issues– nothing unusual, just the typical disc compressions and arthritis that come with lifetime wear and tear. We’ve found that the power-lift, massage and heat functions in this sofa are very beneficial to both general maintenance and recovery from overwork.

Several times now, I’ve stretched out in a full recline after standing too long or waking up with an extra-sore back, and after I’ve let myself relax for 30 minutes or more, I’ve stood up to find I have no pain at all.

This has happened both with and without using the massage function. In full recline, the leg lift is high enough to effectively address things like ankle-swelling, but mostly I just use it to counter my old habit of crossing my legs in a seated position, so I can keep my circulation in good order.

The massage function was a surprise– rather than a vibrating action, which I expected, it provides more of a shiatsu-style massage; it’s helped with some specific areas of my upper and lower back where, again, we all typically develop some chronic pain or discomfort (especially if we have a desk job).

And one of my favorite things about it: It can work on the two of us at the same time– there’s no need to wait or compete for some time in “the chair”. Regarding the look of the sofa, well. it’s just not my style.

But it’s easy to see that it’s a quality item, well-tailored of high-grade materials. The leather is genuine where it counts and where it’s not leather it’s hard to tell a difference. Even though it wouldn’t be my first choice in aesthetics, I’m in no way apologetic for its overall appearance– it’s actually right for the family room it’s in, where strict style-match is not something I require.

So– for me it’s a very strong “4. 8”. For you, it may be a “5. 2”. There’s more I could say but I have to get up from this desk chair right now!.

I had a great experience at American Furniture! The sales people were not pushy but helpful when you needed them. I found the couches I wanted and purchasing them was very easy. I received my couches 2 days later.

The delivery men made sure everything was working correctly and placed where I wanted them before they left. The couches are very comfortable. I love having the cell phone ports in the arms of the couch.

I also like having the headrests that you can fit perfectly for each individuals comfort. Thank you for a positive experience.

If you have the space for it/them, these sofas are a great deal! They look like sofas that cost twice as much or more. The cushions are very firm but can be easily replaced or modified if you want, thanks to the zippered seat covers.

Make sure you check the dimensions! They would not fit through my 37-wide hallway so I had to bring them through the back of the house.

Couch color is defiantly navy, however had the couch for only six months falling apart. Two pieces of the circle stitching came out, the silver peices a whole row came out. The stitching in the couch is pulling part.

This couch doesn’t even get sit on it stays in a dining area for show and it’s still falling apart. It gets white spots on them almost looks like hard glue spots almost like it’s detareting. Spent almost $1700 if I’m not mistaking on a show room couch that is falling apart I would definitely not recommend!.

This sofa is beautiful. We were looking for the perfect vintage sofa for several months until we found this one. It is well made and worth every penny. It came several days before the due date and didn’t have a scratch on it when it arrived.

The delivery guys that Hayneedle used were professional, courteous and very helpful. This sofa is even more beautiful in person than it is in the picture.

Aesthetically, this is a fine sofa. Things to note- The wood framing had to small chips and is oddly segmented between the arm and front of the sofa. The overall construction is not nearly as sturdy as I hoped it would be for this price.

The red leatherette is snakeskin which I couldn’t tell from the listing.

Poor quality. It’s a Velcro sofa. Too small. Not deep enough to sit comfortably. The arm are zipped on foam pieces. Felt like I was sitting in ICU chair at night and trying to to nap. Not comfortable.

I would advise against buying it.

Love these love seats. Very comfortable and the team that came to assemble them was great. If you’re tall, you may not find them as comfortable since the backs are a bit short. The only thing I don’t care for are the zippered armrests, but not a deterrent.

A beautiful piece of furniture that is a comfortable place to sit. It isn’t oversized 85 inches in length and was able to add additional pieces to my feet rede. The height is right to sit and stand with ease.

The cushions are firm which is a plus to go the distance. The fabric is a soft blue that is more of a hint. Curved arms that are comfortable to rest your arm. 4 beautiful pillows as a bonus. So happy that we invested in a new sofa from here.

The quality of the Kristoff sofa is horrible. The undersized back cushions are stuffed with loose green fill – reminiscent of cotton candy so they don’t hold their shape. The seat cushions flattened after only sitting on them to watch television a few times (no children, no pets).

Soooo lightweight that when I fluff the cushions (after each use) the sofa itself gets pushed back into the curtains behind them. So I am constantly straightening out the room??. The feet are loose and feel as though they will fall off.

On the accent pillows, some of the corners are rounded and some pointed. And finally, I spent a day cutting all the loose threads and removing all the staples (not just from the underside but between cushions and from the front skirt of the sofa.

As many things in life it’s all about choices. My choice was comfort for me and appearance for my spouse. I would have liked the ability to select a different set of pillows. C’est la vie. My sales person was awesome.

Cindy was great at juggling multiple customers while making us feel cared for without suffocating us in our decision making process. now for my biggest complaint. I had selected a full sized sofa. it was going to cost $75 to have it delivered.

When I upgraded to a smaller, but more expensive loveseat the delivery charge doubled. Yep smaller lighter item was now double the price for delivery. I only have one word for it – extortion! Has it been the other way around less expensive but larger item I could understand.

Heavier, more room on the truck ok the delivery charges went up, but price was the determining factor in delivery? That just does not compute! I will say the delivery was on time and the delivery team was very professional.

The loveseat was well padded and wrapped. They were in and out 1, 2, 3. Thanks guys Fortunately for me that double delivery charge bothered me so I went online to investigate the delivery charges and found the couch was now on sale.

WooHoo! They gave me a price adjustment including the reduced delivery charge. Now I can say I am happy with my purchase. I know it sounds petty, but that double delivery charge really was eating at me and preventing me from fully enjoying the couch.

Now I love it – I’ll change the pillows later, but for now it is comfy for me, attractive for my spouse and a good value all the way around.

I’m very satisfied in the order I received. I’m fortunate I had no problem with the deliveries. The white glove service did their job well. The seat cushions are the finest I’ve ever sat on. Definitely, of high quality & worth the price.

I purchased the double sofa for a row of seats in my theater room. It’s very large and the deep seating makes it extremely comfortable to lay back, and watch a movie on the screen, in. I feel the leather in this set is top notch and it looks and feels nice to sit on.

I’d recommend this piece to anyone looking for an extra long sofa with deep seats.

A worthy furniture and no money lost investing on it. I just moved to new place and have to buy everything new. This is my first purchase and I’m very much satisfied. I’m looking forward to my next purchase.

Full-size plush sofa with VERY buoyant cushioning. Beautifully rich and textured color. Doesn’t look and feel low-rent like so many at this price point often do. Comfortable seating position with variable lumbar support; simply adjust how far back you’re seated and let the springy cushions do the rest.

My husband and I love to look at furniture but when it comes to making a decision we hate buying furniture! He likes one style and I like another or the fabric isn’t right or the color is wrong, you know how it is getting two opinions to work together when they both want what they want.

But we love our new furniture! We both love everything about it. We love the way it looks in our living room and how it feels to sit on it and the colors are perfect in our home. The quality is awesome also.

We are still amazed that it was a great buy all the way around. We also loved the treatment while at Conn’s. Everyone there was supper nice and helpful.

I love my new sofa! At first I had my heart set on a sofa with the chaise option. However they are never in stock. The sales person showed me this one with a wedge and I fell in love instantly. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and so comfortable with enough of space for 6-7 family members.
