I was so excited to receive this sofa. Loved it in the showroom but when if got delivered, it barely had any protective wrapping, the delivery men explained the warrantee and never checked to see if there were any defects in the piece.

They left so fast and didn’t even close the door. When I tested the right recliner, the metal frame was rubbing and it would not close to its original state. The left side recliner works, but you have to actually push hard for it to stay closed and the middle section seems to be broken.

When you sit back in the middle portion, the back dislocates so it seems the frame is damaged. Since it clear that the sofa is damaged, I am returning this sofa and ordering a second loveseat that I received weeks earlier.

When the loveseat was delivered, the piece was saran wrapped, the delivery men explained the warrantee and check the recliner to ensure that it was in perfect condition. I have purchased other pieces of furniture from AFW and love my furniture, however this sofa experience is very disappointing.

Christy Sanchez was a great help and a pleasure to work with. I greatly appreciate her knowledge of delivery details that helped me get the Reclining Loveseat, that I Love, delivered into my small living space.

I have had this couch for 6 months and need to buy a new one! Unfortunately, I did not buy the warranty. I live alone with a small dog and the couch now has 2 holes in the cushion. My last couch lasted for almost 20 years and I bought a new one just because it was slightly stained.

Now, 6 months later I have to buy another. Not sure what is causing the rips but the material around it is thin and nondurable. Absolute Worst Purchase I have EVER made in my life.

We found a set of new living room furniture in Denver but we live closer to Pueblo and wanted to pick it up ourselves. The Pueblo crew was able to find the furniture we wanted and had it transferred in to their store.

I was working up in lamar and my wife was going to have one of my kids drive her to lamar after she got off work in springfield. Well we ordered the full set but had to use my card on half of it and my wife’s debit card for the other half.

My oldest daughter was not feeling good and went to the doctor and next thing I know I’m getting a phone call from my wife that they are about to fly my daughter to Denver because she had spinal fluid leaking in her head and was possibly needing surgery.

I already had the trailer on my pickup so I just told my wife to fly with my daughter and I would drive up there (in record time btw)!!!! I knew my wife was stressed about the emergency situation we had going on and we had already hauled all of old furniture off.

So since I was making good time and had the trailer on I figured I would just call ahead and see if they could make this happen for my family. And I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that answered the phone cause I was quite emotional when I called.

I explained the situation that I had going on and told him all the information that he needed to confirm who I was and who my wife was that ordered the furniture set. And I just want to say to the gentleman that answered my call from the Pueblo store thank you soooo much from my entire family, for relieving another load of stress that was unexpected and taken care of by his caring and understanding.

We ordered 3 of these loveseats and 4 of the same Earhart Slate Recliners. They match our carpet and design perfectly. They are both comfortable and stylish and will handle our Rambunctious kids very well.

We enjoy the Cubby space between, for Remotes and Extra drinks as well as Ipad, Kindles and phones. WIth the drink holders, sitting is much easier, without Fear of spills. It also allowed us to sit beside each having an armrest to both sides, and that prevents unneeded Weight on the side arms of the couch.

A very common problem we have come into contact with in the past, and one of the main reasons we buy new furniture as often as we had before. Plus it does not hurt that they are super comfortable. Seriously, my wife and I and kids tend to fall asleep in them often.

My Wife Boasts it much more comfortable then our bed, and it’s a really amazing bed.

We had been shopping around for a reclining sofa for a couple months and found this beautiful piece on sale at almost half price. I was concerned about buying a couch I couldn’t sit on first but it had so many great reviews, and this is another one! It’s the perfect size for my husband and I to share with our Shepsky, it’s durable when he likes to play on it, it doesn’t retain his hair as he sheds and it’s really easy to clean.

It’s a great size for naps and the arms make perfect pillows. It does look a kind of olive-green color on certain angles but that’s just a statement, not a complaint. The stitching patterns and the black accents make for a really stylish piece.

Putting it together was so easy and I have no trouble moving it around myself for cleaning (I’m only 100lbs). I definitely recommend this sofa!.

I’ve had this sectional since Nov 2020 and felt I needed to give a review. I ordered a customized sectional (a corner and 2 loveseats) vs. the standard 3-piece since I needed a smaller size (the one I ordered is 101″).

I did tons of research prior and chose this one. PROS: (this would be a 4-5 star rating) * The seat comfort of this couch is amazing. My husband agrees! (Just know you may need a pillow (or 2) behind you as it’s deep.

I am 5’6″ and I use 2. * I think it has held up great. I fluff and rearrange my cushions often and I feel like they’ve kept their shape very well. (see photo) * I like the modern look and the wide arms CONS: (this would be a 1-2 star rating IMO) * It is a little uncomfortable to lay down as you feel the separation between the corner and the loveseat.

My recommendation is to get a 2-piece sectional so that one of the pieces is essentially a couch. If you don’t ever lay down on it to sleep, then it won’t bother you. To lay down and watch TV you won’t necessarily notice but sleeping on it is a bit of an issue.

* The fabric (Taft) is HORRIBLE if you have a dog that sheds. I wish I had done more research on this and/or the salesperson asked. This is a HUGE deal. I would give the material a ZERO rating that’s how bad it it.

I have a lab and she doesn’t even go on the furniture but every time she leans on it or walks next to it, her hair sticks and really doesn’t ever leave. It is exhausting. Nothing works. Vacuuming, lint roller, etc.

etc. – it’s been a very expensive mistake. Even if you don’t have a dog, the feather pillows from the cushions and throw pillows will also stick to the fabric and you have to manually pull them out. The fabric looks pretty ( bought Taft Heather) but I cannot stress enough to buy a different fabric (or leather).

Bottom line: Axis is a staple and best seller of Crate and Barrel for a reason. It’s comfortable, beautiful and holds up well. I would definitely recommend it. However, I would look for different configuration and never buy TAFT.

We bought this double chaise sectional sight unseen since it was a brand new style. Westport location gave us all the information we needed to make our decision after considering another brand named product 3x the price.

Buying US made was important to us. We chose the deep center and Thrive Storm for the fabric The sample read charcoal but next to a large window a denim blue reads through on a sunny day. As empty nesters comfort was key and we are really enjoying each having our own chaise.

Delivery was amazing and although he said we’d receive an email to review his services we haven’t so adding it here. The only comment I’d make is there is a seam in the center of the chaise that was unexpected as shown in pic below.

Overall great buy for the money.

My partner and I purchased this couch in March and it was delivered in October (which was expected due to ongoing COVID delays). Due to the timing between purchase and delivery, I was concerned whether we made the right choice; however, my concerns were alleviated as the sectional is beautiful (we picked a performance fabric) and it is super comfortable.

My only concern is with the wedge of the sectional. It appears it perhaps doesn’t have as much stuffing as the other cushions so it is already prone to wrinkling (see pic). While this is annoying and I’m not sure if this is just a common issue with the wedge, it is not the worst issue to have.

I would still recommend this sectional; I just wish the wedge was like the other cushions.

Hi! My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment together and are both entering our last year of graduate school. We don’t have a lot of money and we have both lived in furnished apartments previously, so we have never had to purchase furniture before.

My family gifted us the money to purchase a couch and this one is absolutely fantastic. While it is a bit smaller than larger couches, it fits very well in our living room. I am a 5’9” female and I can sleep on the couch comfortably with a pillow on the arm rest when I take naps or am watching TV.

My fiancé is 6 foot and says it is also comfortable to lay curled up on the couch. The guys at Dock86 were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful when it came to helping us find something nice that fit our needs and our budget.
