20 Best Cosmetics For Mature Skin (2023 Updated)

To me there’s no point in this product. It has no sunscreen and it’s not very smoothing, it’s more like a glorified expensive moisturizer. If they want to call it anti-aging they should add a sunscreen to the formula.

I bought it to try during the 21-day sale, but it proved useless; it didn’t make my makeup look better, nor did it protect my skin from the sun. This primer also went bad on me before the 12 months ‘after opening’ was up! It started to smell extremely rancid after about 7 months, so I chucked it out.

Waste of money and very disappointing, as it was stored appropriately away from light and heat. In the morning I apply a vitamin C serum, Perricone MD eye cream and moisturizer, then my Murad SPF30 sunscreen primer which is a blurring silicone-type primer with skincare benefits built in.

It’s fantastic either alone or under foundation. Now that’s what I call an excellent multi-benefit face primer. It’s also at Ulta!.

Hello!! I’m 49 and smoked for years! I have deep lines around my eyes and mouth that are the bane of my existence. believe it! I also have the occasional “butterfly” rash that is painful and RED! I don’t live in some delusion that makeup will erase my flaws and suddenly make me look 25 again.

face it ladies and gents, the knife is the only way that happens and no thank you! This stuff is AMAZING!!! I have fair skin and the sun and I are not friends, so the more SPF, the better. I didn’t have high hopes, but I love IT cosmetics and this doesn’t disappoint.

Goes on smoothly, a little goes a very long way and it provides a tacky, well moisturized base for cosmetics. I use this after my Pacifica tonics and serums and Confidence in a Cream moisturizer. I apply 1 pump to my face and neck and I my skin appears smoother instantly.

I even sometimes use this alone for no makeup days because it does blur minor imperfections and fills in large pores beautifully with NO BREAKOUTS! Who could ask for more? Stay beautiful!!.

For the price, I am disappointed with how much product it took for the application of this serum. I thought it would be more like their previous “Feel the Moment” primer serum which went on so smoothly and felt hydrating ( Please bring that serum back!!).

This one was a bit on the watery side and did not spread nicely, so took quite a bit of product to cover face. I’ll probably keep and try to work with it to hopefully see the effects. Whether I reorder will be based on those results.

The foundation has SPF 15, which for an ordinary and short walk NOT under direct sunlight is very normal. First of all, about the scent of the cream. Its scent is common among the most basic foundations – a creamy, powdery fragrance, At first intense, but after it spreads and shrinks on the skin, it completely wears off.

The foundation is a true cream in consistency, reminiscent of Korean BB creams in the density of its texture and the creaminess when spread on the face. By the way, I would call this foundation a BB cream specifically, as it has similar characteristics regarding coverage and concealer.

The texture is light and smooth, just “balmy. With coverage and concealer, it’s pretty simple: The foundation won’t cover any significant imperfections, but it will easily even out skin tone and cover up any imperfections in terms of redness, post-acne and other little nonsense.

Therefore, I would call the concealer medium, not even low, since the cream covers most of the imperfections anyway. I cannot call the finish truly matte but it is more of a matte-satin finish without any hint of greasiness.

But the creamy texture still gives away the essence of the foundation. It needs to be powdered to prevent the rapid appearance of shine and subsequent disappearance. This is where the flaw is – in terms of staying power the cream is definitely not an excellent one, as after 6 hours it noticeably floats and disappears in the greasiest area.

In my case this is the area around my nose. But, overall, the cream looks decent after 6 hours.

I really wanted to love this, but it just didn’t work out for me. I thought the shade range was decent for someone of my complexion (medium eldw3w2), but it was very hard to find which shade would work best for my complexion with a warm undertone.

So much so that I purchased five different shades (2 of which came broken). The application wasn’t terrible, it spread well and evenly and I didn’t notice any patchiness. HOWEVER, this is one of those foundations that never actually sets, even when setting it with powder, and remains moveable throughout the day.

It made my smile line 20 times more visible and really didn’t have staying power. I think this would be fine for a quick trip to the grocery store and straight home. Would absolutely not wear this to work (even a short shift) or to spend time with friends.

So this will be long, but hang in there. I have an extensive skin cancer history in my family, so I’ve seen the horrors of excessive sun exposure and lack of protection. I always ran away from the sun and tend to be very consistent with sunscreen application.

I tried so many sunscreens out there. This is by far the best tinted one! I do have dry skin, as soon as it put it on I do look glowey, it takes a couple of minutes to absorb, but it’s not sticky at all.

After it’s absorbed I feel it gives a very natural look, I felt it more on the matte side, but I think it’s because of my own dry skin. My main problem with tinted sunscreen is that we tend to underapply it, which is a problem.

I didn’t feel a challenge with this one at all! You can be generous and cover everything up, at the same time it does offer a decent coverage (and I’m hardcore freckled). You can build up the coverage, but that’s me as a person that’s not so into makeup.

I got so many compliments on my skin texture the first day I used it! And even though I’m pasty white, the tint is somehow universal, I just looked a little tanned (but to be honest, anyone looks tanned next to me, my husband is Russian and I manage to look even more pasty than he does).

So, if you had the patience to read until now: I took my time to write all of this down because sunscreen is a matter of overall health, and it’s hard to find good products, specially because we have to reapply so often to actually be protected.

This would be perfect for someone looking for some tint and looking a little more polished, regardless of your face type or skin tone. Even though I have about 10 bottles of sunscreen around on a regular basis, this is my new favorite.

I bought this after watching Dr. Dray suggest this on her YouTube. I initially had high hopes, but after going through two bottles (was subscribed so the second one came automatically) I find that this just isn’t the best option for me.

Let me say that if you do not use a beauty blender to apply this sunscreen it will sit quite thick and greasy on the skin, at least in my case. It takes hours for it to dry down Matte for me, so in the mean time my bangs continuously get stuck to my face resulting in my fine hair getting oily quickly When it does dry down or when it’s applied with a beauty blender, after a little while it makes the skin around my eyes feel tight and dry.

I also have very sensitive combination skin for reference. I will say majority of the time using this product it didn’t burn my eyes, but other times it did. I also wanted to add that I think this product gives me more blackheads and whiteheads, as I’ve noticed I get them a lot more now that I use this product.

Before I apply spf I make sure my skin is clean and hydrated, but by the end of day when wearing this my skin texture and pores become MUCH more accentuated I do love the tint, as it does provide some coverage, but ultimately I find that this spf feels like a thick comedogenic foundation.

Im glad many people have this as their holy grail, but I’m still on the hunt for mine! :).

This is hands-down the best sunscreen that I’ve ever used, and I have tested out MANY over the past few decades. It’s a hybrid sunscreen, which I love, and the chemical element doesn’t burn my eyes like most other chemical sunscreens do.

Being African-American it’s hard to find a sunscreen that has inorganic elements (better for sensitive skin), the iron oxides needed to battle hyperpigmentation, and doesn’t leave an awful white cast or feel cakey on the skin.

This checks all of the boxes for me. Some of the other tinted sunscreens that I’ve tried have been too “make-uppy” but this one matches my caramel-colored skin and blends in perfectly without a lot of rubbing in.

I also have low-cut beard and it doesn’t dye the hairs like some other sunscreens that I have tried; it really feels and blends in like a gel cream moisturize, which makes reapplication great. Another good thing is that the color doesn’t rub off on my face masks as much as other tinted sunscreens (I’m looking at you , EltaMD UV Clear!).

I LOVE THIS SUNSCREEN! I’ll be subscribing to it once I have gone through some of the others ones that I currently have.

I’ve been wearing this foundation for the last few months and it is by far my new holy grail. For reference, I have combo skin with some dehydration, acne scars and redness. My previous favorite was the CYO Lifeproof foundation which has been discontinued for awhile now and nothing else has compared to it since.

This new Loreal foundation reminds me of my old fav but is slightly more matte to the touch but looks natural. I wear it in the shade 2-3 light which is slightly darker than what I usually go for, I’m a light to light medium with a neutral, olive undertone.

I apply this without primer using a kabuki style brush and buff in one light layer. If I need additional coverage anywhere I use a damp sponge to add a bit more and it layers amazingly well. I can easily get a high medium coverage, almost full without it looking heavy whatsoever.

I do not use any concealer on my face with this other than under my eyes and I do set it with my W3ll People loose powder and it lasts at least 12 hours with no creasing and very minimal wear in any fine lines.

It photographs better than anything I’ve ever used before, no filters necessary because it looks that amazing. What I love most is how skin like and smoothing it looks. My skin looks perfected without looking like I have a lot of makeup on.

Even in my 15x mirror I can’t see it and that says something! I hope that Loreal keeps this in the line permanently because I would never wear another foundation again.

It’s…magic. I am really thrilled I took a chance on this. Background: I am in my 30’s with oily/combo skin, very breakout prone, some signs of aging/fine lines, some mild acne scars, and I am a lazy makeup wearer who wants a simple routine.

I have worn BareMinerals powder foundation for nearly my whole life because it feels like nothing on the skin and I have a preference for powder especially with my oiliness. Most tinted moisturizer/BB/CC products (and many liquid foundations) aren’t oily skin friendly and sit overly shiny or heavy.

But this! Fantastic. It isn’t “glowy” or “dewy” nor is it matte, it falls somewhere in between. I can apply it with my fingers and it blends effortlessly into a soft “your skin but better” look. You can still see your skin texture but it did not settle into my smile or forehead lines, even after a full day of summer wear with skin that makes enough of a dewy look on its own.

My skin did its usual shine production thing throughout the day and I powdered my t-zone once or twice when worn solo. However, when I set it with a matte powder and used a setting spray it did. not.

budge. and needed zero blotting after twelve full hours of wear. I still cannot comprehend. It gives this radiant look all day without ever leaning too glowy/shiny. This is the only liquid foundation I have used that will be a repeat purchase and it gives my wallet a break from the more premium BareMinerals price point.

I really didn’t think this was going to work for my skin type but the finish and wear blew me away. I have light skin with neutral undertones and shade 2-3 was perfect. I know this was a more detailed review but the people need to know that a just right radiant look is possible for all.

There’s been a bit of trial and error with this product but I have found my rhythm. My skin needs to be hydrated and finely scrubbed to wear this well. Particularly I wash my face in the morning with a hydrating cleanser, then I prep with It’s Skin Hyaluronic emulsion, and It’s Skin Hyaluronic Serum.

I quickly apply a thin layer of this tinted Serum in the lightest shade then I spot treat where needed if necessary. Since it can bunch on the sides of my nostrils and outer lip corners I take care to press the color into my skin, making it disappear and look flawless.

I do the pressing-in where needed like my hairline, chin, cheeks, etc. It really helps to melt the product to least detection. I make a point of not touching my face until it’s mostly dried and set in place.

Then I usually lightly dust Mineral Veil at certain parts of my face, if not all of my face. Blush is next, then Warmth to warm up my pale complexion a bit more. Eyebrows, mascara and lip products finish it all up.

I adore this product for it’s skin like finish, long wear and shade match. *You must shake the product really well or tiny white dots can appear on the face I imagine everyone has their favorite way of using this product but for me no primer, and only those 2 products mentioned above work extremely well with this tinted serum.

Hope it sticks around longer than a season or two. 1st time I bought it was buy one get one free. The bottle doesn’t last too long. Maybe 3-4 months.

I was so excited to try the new IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream and was not disappointed! I applied morning and night, smoothing it onto my skin in an upward motion and it absorbed quickly and left my skin silky smooth.

So far I have used it for a few weeks and was surprised to start seeing results in as little as two weeks in that my skin is smoother, my fine lines have diminished and my skin is plumper, my skins texture and tone have also improved too to my surprise! Overall my skin does also look and feel healthier too which I love and why I recommend this cream so highly and for its effectiveness as well of course! It’s very moisturizing I need to point out so it’ll keep your face moisturized all day and night and isn’t greasy at all with a great formula that feels great to the touch too! It really does have amazing ingredients and does work great and fast to combat the signs of aging as I was so pleasantly surprised by the fast results myself.

Just some examples of some of the amazing ingredients I found in this product and what they do are squalane 3% to hydrate and reinforce the moisture barrier, peptide lipid complex 2. 5% to visibly improve firmness, tightness and hydration while smoothing the look of fine lines, and niacinamide 4% which evens skin tone and reduces fine lines and wrinkles and hyaluronic acid to for added hydration and to plump skin.

I can feel and see these ingredients at work and in play on my skin for sure! Another thing I noticed are my sun spots have faded too with use of this cream as my skin tone has improved and my skin looks clearer too.

I need to point out that one of the many benefits of this moisturizer and it’s anti aging benefits has been the firmness it has given my skin. My skin feels more supple and firm where before it had been feeling as it was starting to sag a bit but now I feel it’s a lot firmer.

Overall I’m super happy and impressed with this moisturizer and highly recommended it without a doubt!!.

This is the absolute best of face moisturizers, and I’ve used a lot of different brands and products of face creams. I thought I had a anti-aging face moisturizer that I loved, until I started using this cream and now I’ll never willingly go back to my old product.

This moisturizer really does give you a confidence boost so the name is perfectly accurate. IT Cosmetics is also cruelty-free which makes me so happy and grateful. This cream is also vegan! (Thank you IT Cosmetics!) I have combination dry/oily skin that is mildly sensitive, occasional mild acne and blackheads and I have eczema that can flare up from various harsh ingredients and fragrances in skin care products, so finding the perfect face moisturizer for me was never a easy task.

The first day I tried Confidence in a Cream I knew I had something special. This moisturizer keeps my face and neck looking clean, fresh and bright without making my skin oily/greasy feeling even by the end of the day, which always happened from other moisturizers.

This cream has seemed to reverse my combination skin completely as I do not get oily anymore and I haven’t had any dry patch or flake on my skin either. It is very lightweight, soaks into your skin very fast and does not cause my skin to break out in pimples.

When I do get a occasional pimple (caused by other factors/products), putting a dab of this cream on actually helps it heal faster. I also was curious and tried this cream over some scabs I had on my arm from a small wound that was healing slowly and to my amazement this cream helped heal my stubborn wound within a few days so now I’m left wondering.

what kind of magic cream is this? The scent is very light and can definitely be considered a unisex scent. The scent does not linger on your skin long. A little bit goes a long way and spreads effortlessly.

I have also noticed improvements on my “Tech Neck” lines I developed on the front of my neck and they are barely noticeable anymore.

I am 64 I have taken care of my skin since I can remember. The second my sister and I had any signs of a blemish our mother took us both to the dermatologist. I wasn’t as lucky to have the perfect flawless skin that my OLDER sister STILL has! I will say that with LineBLURfectur Primer I may still have a chance to look AS good as her! About a week in my face started looking good enough I noticed that what ever ‘PRIMING” it was doing I felt confident enough that for the first time , , LESS IS MORE! Who knew! and it was liberating!! my face didn’t look as old lady fake, i looked more natural with just eye makeup and a little blush, i blended, put on my favorite pink lipstick and i looked great!! This is a decent primer overall. It goes on smooth and has a minty/menthol-like smell. The smell isn’t super strong, but it did burn a little when I put it on the drier parts of my skin, such as under my eyes.

My foundation applied nicely over it, but it didn’t help with the longevity at all. In fact, throughout the day, my foundation began to break apart around my mouth and nose area. By the end of the day, there was hardly any foundation left on those areas.

It was pretty strange, it just evaporated. This primer was the only new product I was using, at the time, so that had to be it. Plus, I really didn’t see any improvement with my wrinkles. That was a disappointment considering it has “anti-wrinkle” right there in the name of the product.

So I won’t be repurchasing this one anytime soon. There are better products out there, that’s for sure.

So after reading all the raving reviews, I decided to order this. I’m 42 and have started noticing fine lines and wrinkles. I wanted this to wear under my makeup. I used it all over my face, a very thin layer.

I made sure to close my eyes and made sure not to get any near my eyes. This stuff burned my eyes right away and it took a while to go away and my eyes kept tearing. So I figured next time I would be more careful.

So I look at my face and see a very slight difference. It seemed to make my pores a little less noticeable, But nothing like all the other reviews showed. So the next time I tried a thicker amount. And again it burned my eyes and I still didn’t see much of a difference.

I’m very disappointed in this product. Especially for the price of this stuff. I will say that it does make my face feel a little smoother though, so that’s a plus.

With Covergirl foundation, it is a hit or miss for me, and I was hoping this was going to be the one…but it was not for me. Now, I liked that it has anti-aging attributes, and Olay moisturizer mixed with high SPF is great for the protection of my skin providing buildable color while keeping it youthful at the same time.

It has a lightweight consistency packaged in a twisted compact with a sponge (not sure if it’s latex-free) at the bottom of the product. However, I prefer to swirl the foundation with a foundation brush to smooth the product evenly.

So, after application, it didn’t feel heavy, which is a plus, but I think if I had a more medium golden beige, it would have blended better for me. Instead, it gave me a cakey look, so I used one of my warm beige shades to match my skin better.

In doing that, I had too much product, which I don’t like. I will start to create a bit in the lines about mid-day and didn’t have long-staying power (tried with and without a setting spray). Therefore, it’s not going to dry the skin and it’s affordable.

I have a few things to say: – I have tried at least 50 different foundations and they all have fallen way short except for this one. This foundation for me is really AMAZING, it doesn’t look powdery or cakey on my skin and it blends perfectly, thank you Covergirl! – Cover girl is one of the only companies that manufactures cosmetics that are truly cruelty free.

Many companies say they are cruelty free, but they outsource their animal testing to other countries so it’s not really true. Cover group is TRULY cruelty free according to a great organization that tracks these things carefully, called “Cruelty-free Kitty” – look it up – this matters to me because I don’t like animals tortured so I can look good – The only thing I find annoying about reading the other reviews, is that when someone has a comment about how hard the packaging is to open or something, Cover girl replies with a very standard reply kind of blowing off the actual question or comment.

I wish cover girl could be more personal and human it’s responses to comments. – just to reiterate how much I really really LOVE this foundation, and I was very surprised to find it so excellent – I think if you try it and find the right shade you will love it.

I find that 215 natural ivory is great for me, I’m a blonde with cool tones.

First impressions of this foundation is that it’s conveniently comes with a round sponge like applicator. It’s small compact size makes it easy to carry in your purse or makeup bag. I have combination skin, so dry skin i my checks and oily T-zone ( noise and forehead).

I like to apply moisturizer on my face followed by sun screen before applying foundation. It does some time to go through all the skin care step and then foundation. This foundation includes hyaluronic complex, with vitamin C and SPF 28 all in one! It saves me a lot of time in the morning when using this foundation, I don’t have to go through the whole skin care routine.

There is no scent to this product and the texture when applied to the face is soft and creamy. This foundation is buildable, so you can layer it to create full coverage or use less product for medium to light coverage.

Just a tip, use a beauty-blender and dab the product onto your face. It applies more evenly than using the sponge applicator that comes it the product. The foundation stays on for 10 hours and does not set in the wrinkles or fine lines.

It makes my skin look very smooth. Overall, I do like this product, but I think the applicator could be better.

Amazing product! Works better than anticipated. My skin is soft and most importantly is hydrated. Also the surprise gift of skin oil is also amazing. I will definitely buy from you again, so please don’t stop selling this wonderful product.

This goes on very smoothly and creamy. Also smells nice. It’s a little expensive, but if it works, it’ll be worth it. I also know of an animal rehabber that uses this on her injured animals and she said it is great for helping to heal wounds on the animals.

I didn’t like it! It was way too drying for my skin! It’s been a few weeks since I stopped using it and my skin is finally starting to heal. I have acne prone skin, a little dry and sensitive. I’ve been using the Bioclear cream in the evening for the past 4 months and LOVE it!!! I used to get occasional breakouts and I haven’t had this problem since! Most recently I started using the c-esta cleanser, Skin Zyme, clear zyme and the transformation cream.

My skin did not react well to it at all!! I’m not sure what product did it or If it was a combination of all 4. At some point I plan on trying these products one at a time, maybe that will make a difference!.

I’ve used Marini’s Skin Care Management system for dry/very dry skin for over 2 years now. My skin is in really good condition for my age due to these Jan Marini products. I actually ordered this one by mistake when I meant to purchase the Age Intervention Face Cream.

Regardless, I started using the Transformation Face Cream on arrival and my skin started breaking out which is odd for my age at 57 and I never get blemishes. So, I quickly reordered the usual cream.

Once received, my skin went back to normal. I am only using the Transformation cream on my neck and top of my hands at night at this point and it’s doing well. It is highly moisturizing like the Age Intervention but doesn’t sink in the skin, leaving a greasier residue.

Not sure what ingredient caused my breakouts as I also have used Marini’s Peptide and Retinol booster serums with great success. All in all, the product is much better than average. Depending on your skin’s needs and type, this might be perfect for you so give it a try!.

This face cream really does transform your face. I received a sample of the Bioglycolic cleanser and the Transformation cream at my local Massage Envy. After one use I noticed a difference. My skin needed some TLC after being diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) and undergoing 6 months of IV Chemo and 1 year of Chemo pills.

My skin has never looked better in my entire life. I have only been using the Bioglycolic Cleaner, C-Esta, the Transformation Cream, and the tinted sunscreen for 3 weeks!! I am no longer wearing foundation.

I can’t wait to try the whole system next time.

I used both the Age Perfect Collagen Expert SPF 30 Moisturizer and Night Moisturizer for almost a month, and here is my honest feedback: PROS: – Nice, creamy texture – The packaging is substantial and feels luxurious – The scent is light and pleasant (not like sunscreen).

The fragrance is also not as strong as the Age Perfect Broad Spectrum SPF 25 Anti-Aging Moisturizer in the black jar. – I like the idea of moisturizer with SPF in it already to eliminate the extra step of having to apply a separate SPF.

Bonus: the SPF level of this is 30, which is higher than the one in the black jar (25). – The SPF in it doesn’t leave a white cast on my skin CONS: – The packaging says this product will intensely rehydrate, redensify, and brighten skin tone, but I saw no noticeable changes in my skin (if anything, I developed a pimple on my cheek a day or two into using the system, but I don’t know if that was due to this or the night cream).

– This product is also labeled as “anti-sagging. ” While I’ve recently noticed a slight loss of firmness in my skin, it hasn’t reached the point of crepiness yet. I still didn’t notice any improvements in firmness after using this.

– Although I personally enjoyed the fragrance, those who are sensitive to fragrance might find this one overpowering. – Moisturizer might be too heavy for oily skin types or in hot, humid weather – While L’Oréal has stopped animal testing on their products, they still sell their products in mainland China where animal testing is required.

Even though they say they’re working with the Chinese government to find alternative solutions to animal testing, they are still indirectly co-signing it by continuing to sell their products there instead of pulling out of China altogether.

Overall, this is an okay moisturizer, but probably not for everyone based on what I listed above. I am prone to bouts of contact dermatitis and eczema with certain products, and even when my skin was irritated, I cannot say for certain that this moisturizer caused it.

I used this consecutively for as long as I could (almost a month), but had to stop and switch to something more gentle and fragrance-free when my skin started acting up. I probably won’t purchase this because I didn’t see any noticeable changes after a few weeks, and since animal welfare is important to me, I would rather go with a truly cruelty-free brand instead.

This is the best all in 1 product for under eyes, lids and more. I hope they never discontinue or change the formula or color. of this product because it is PERFECTION as it is. The face moisturizer isn’t anything special and does nothing it claims.

The eye cream is the gem in the line. The eye cream is more for a brightener, color corrector and primer to smooth the surface of the skin, hiding redness, darkness, blemishes, age spots, and diminish the look of fine lines while on.

It is NOT a good long term skincare product. The eye cream is fantastic and multi-functional. They need to make it in a much larger jar or pump because of how many uses it serves, but even this little jar will last a good 6 months because the smallest amount is needed.

It is a rich salmon color that will work for most skin tones, so it is great to color correct anywhere on the face (darkness under the eyes, inner corner, outer corner, around the nose where we get hormonal redness, over rosacea and psoriasis and blemishes.

) Aside from color correcting, it works as the best under eye primer to smooth out the lids (as well as doubles as a shadow primer) under eye, fine lines and/or crapey skin, diminishes the look of crows feet, forehead wrinkles, smile lines, etc.

It can be applied over healing blemishes that is still in the crusty stage to allow makeup to apply over it smoother while also helping reduce the redness or scab. You can wear it alone to brighten the under eye, smooth lines and dry, older looking under eyes as well as under or to.

touch up over makeup. You can wear it under makeup as a primer as well as over makeup to add more brightening, smoothing and color correcting without it being obvious or looking too pink (because of the salmon color it blends well into most skin tones.

) I can not say enough good things about this product and it needs to be a multi purpose product, since you can do so much with it. I will say, it doesn’t moisturize/hydrate well at all. It is more of a instant eye brightener, primer and color corrector than a long term skin care benefit product.

If you need hydration, I’d use this in addition to something that can provide that.

I love IT cosmetics secret sauce, and the confidence in a cream is very good too. I’ve tried so many high end brands and this is it, it does what its supposed to. I have dry skin and both of these work well for me.

I’ve tried tacha water cream and it did nothing for me. The secret sauce is my go to, which I wish I would of tried earlier, I use their celebration powder foundation so that alone will stop it from looking greasy, after I use the powder foundation and IT’s bye bye pores powder blush, my face looks amazing and it doesn’t even look like I have foundation on, better than any liquid foundation and I have Charlotte Tillbury, Fenty, etc.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised because plastic surgeons and scientists help make the product’s. You can’t go wrong with IT Cosmetics both make-up and moisturizers. unless you have oily skin then you need to try an oil free moisturizer which IT has as well.

I am going on 42, and it’s great for those wrinkles. The powder foundation has hydrolyzed collagen, silk, peptides, and antioxidants. Secret sauce has hyaluronic acid in it among other ingredients. Confidence in a cream does not have hyaluronic acid in it so that’s why one is more expensive.

They both work great, but I perfer hyaluronic acid for my ageing face.

Waiting for replacement as I received one that appeared to have been opened – it was not sealed. So QVC has generously offered to replace it. I am on Auto delivery because it performs well under makeup.

I generally wear makeup when going out – just force of habit since I was a teenager. This moisturizer doesn’t cause any “caking” and lets me apply makeup easily. I have other iT products and really have no complaints about any of them Only issue I have had was the eye liner pencils drying out if you don’t use them immediately.

I have thrown a few away – right out of the box because I didn’t need them right when I ordered them. Ordered as “back-up” which I won’t do going forward. I recommend this moisturizer if you want a light but effective product.

I put Secret Sauce moisturizer on clean skin but I had on mascara. My eyes watered a little bit and started to get irritated after about 10 minutes. Through process of elimination, I took off the mascara but my eyes still watered and felt like they were bone dry.

The next day I put on a moisturizer that I already had and also the mascara. My eyes did not get irritated. I did this back and forth for about 6 days and the results were the same. Unfortunately, I sent the Secret Sauce moisturizer back.

So, influenster wouldn’t let me choose the correct shade to review. But anyway, I really wanted to love this foundation!!! And I do really love the formula, the natural skin finish, etc. BUT it oxidizes soooo bad.

Not only that, but I’ve only been able to find it online. And even if it were in store I’d still have this issue. It is so hard to even find your correct shade in the first place unless you have a store with testers, which I don’t.

Anyway, Loreal has no description for each shade which would make it a lot easier to find your shade if they did! You only know what is gold vs pink because of some of the names of the shades. Can’t figure out which are neutral, unless it’s the ones that say natural in the shade name.

Either way, it’s super hard to find a shade due to the lack of descriptions, but also because, once again, the foundation oxidizes like crazy! It’s unfortunate because this could’ve and would’ve been a wonderful foundation if not for those 2 inconveniences.

😞 I may keep trying to find a shade match but I’m not sure. I did give the 2 stars based solely on the formula of the foundation.

I bought this foundation on a whim and I absolutely love it. It makes my dry/combination skin look fresh and dewy. The first time I used it, I was surprised by the compliments I received. The reason I generally steer away from moisture-rich foundations is because they tend to get on my hands when I touch my face.

Then, I touch my steering wheel or a piece of paper and there’s foundation colored finger prints 😩. I have not had any issue with this foundation. The only concern I have is that I like a bit lower SPF.

This is SPF 50, and I literally do not get even the slightest bit of color after being in the sun. I understand that it is better for my skin, but sometimes I like to get a bit of a natural glow. With that being said, I’ll keep buying this regardless of the SPF.

My biggest fear is that they’ll discontinue it, as it can already be difficult to find in stores.

Really lovely foundation! One of the only ones I can apply quickly with just my fingers vs needing a sponge to blend. I have dry skin, and redness in my cheeks from rosacea. The coverage is light to medium, and it’s definitely hydrating.

I do a full skincare routine underneath and don’t have issues with pilling or anything. I usually set lightly with powder, just so it’s not sticky feeling. I love the 50 spf, although I still apply separate spf underneath since I prefer a light layer of foundation.

Because of the more liquid consistency, if I put too much on it does settle into lines, but I’ve found if I use less I still get the coverage I want and it doesn’t do that.

I have been looking for a new foundation that would work on mature, dry skin. Something that would look like skin but still give up to medium coverage. I saw a YouTube video that mentioned this one. The price point is great and so many shades to choose from.

I used the shade finder and it found me a perfect match for my skin. One complaint. the color swatches it showed me were not very accurate. I found them to be darker than they should be. I went by the written description.

This foundation is lovely. It glides over my pores and fine lines. It feels weightless to me. It works beautifully on dry skin but it’s not heavy with moisturizing ingredients. No fragrance. It dries nicely but I always lightly powder certain areas to help any foundation set.

I haven’t seen any oxidation in the color. I find it wears all day without added primer or setting spray under normal conditions. Hot, humid weather creatures issues for any makeup so use whatever you like to help it along.

I’m the type to normally try and leave a review for each product I use to help others out. I bought the CC cream in the shade light and it’s a great match for my winter skin. It held up for a solid nine hours once I put it on and set it with the powder using my beauty blender to blend and tap both on to my skin.

It’s light weight, doesn’t clog my pores or break me out, and the powder doesn’t get everywhere when I use it. I like it so far. Haven’t been outside yet to see how it does in the sun or with sweat or oil control yet, but I’m hoping it holds up just as well.

I can’t wait to try more products. I wish you guys had a foundation like this in the same shades and with as long of a wear time, because I’d definitely buy it. I’d also like to see more of a range of eye shadow palettes/colors because that’s something I’m really into.

I’d like to see glitters, pinks, browns, golds, mattes, etc. , just a bigger, expanded range as well as a makeup primer and setting spray to hold my makeup in place. Overall definitely impressed and I think you may have a new customer on your hands.

It leaves a dewy finish on my skin that is reminiscent of a BB or CC cream but has better coverage and staying power. I hate makeup brushes and it is easy to apply and build with your hands. This is one of the reasons I have preferred CC creams in the past so I’m glad to have found a liquid foundation that is similar in this respect.

I also have neutral undertones in my skin which usually makes shade matching with foundation frustrating and annoying. To the point that I haven’t purchased foundation since my early twenties! Natural beige was nearly the perfect shade for my skin.

It didn’t wash me out like cool leaning shades and it didn’t turn me orange like warm leaning shades. It seems to be a good balance for someone with neutral skin. Better than a lot of the high end stuff I’ve tried in the past.

Okay the fact of the matter is, I am not a lady who likes to wear a “heavy” foundation now that I am in my late 40’s. My skin definitely shows the “normal” signs of aging. It is not as firm and I do have the dreaded fine lines and uneven skintones.

My skin still breathes, it hasn’t clogged my pores nor does it become cakey on my face. Applying with foundation sponge allows the perfect blending with no neck lines to worry about. The anti aging, firming and lifting that this foundation amazingly gives my skin is wonderful but the moisturizing SPF 20 it provides is marvelous.

Overall, [brand:revlon] has certainly impressed this makeup lover and daily wearer with their, anti aging 3X foundation. Deliveries excellent medium coverage with a natural finish that I feel makes my face look younger! I think that it’s $11.

Especially, because I think it stands out for being anti aging, firming and lifting, SPF 20, moisturizing and light weight with a great buildable medium coverage that looks natural and beautiful while lasting all day with no touch ups.

This foundation is absolutely amazing, and is my go-to holy grail for every event from work meetings through to special occasion evenings. It is so light and creamy to apply, and blends so effortlessly with both a brush or a sponge.

I’ve used this with all kinds of primers and it is consistently easy to layer with a variety of skincare and makeup items. It leaves a soft healthy glow and dries down to a natural satin finish, with no transfer.

The wear time is at least 10 hours and along with still looking fresh it gives all day hydration. It doesn’t crease into fine lines or wrinkles and provides a soft blurring and evens skintone. Also reduces the appearance of my dark circles and provides a medium buildable coverage to hide redness and spots, whilst still looking like skin.

Wow goodbye pores! I was really pleasantly surprised with how this foundation gave my skin almost like a filter finish. It was the perfect combination of matte, but not chalky, while still giving my skin a subtle glow.

I typically use GA luminous silk for foundation and i think i may like this one better! It definitely is more of a medium to full coverage foundation, rather than the luminous silk which i think needs a little bit more building for a full face of makeup.

A little goes spot of this foundation goes a long way, so it will definitely last a lot longer than luminous silk. As far as staying power, I had this foundation on all night and looked great by the end of the night.

Typically my face runs on the oily side the longer i have makeup on. Usually I will need to powder, blot after wearing Luminous silk for a few hours. But i didn’t find myself needing any touchups throughout the night! I also really like the ingredients of this product.

As someone that has struggled with clogged pores and acne, it makes me feel good that having a full face of makeup on is not going to wreck my acne prone skin. And there is nothing bad about a little anti-aging, am I right?! Overall, I think this foundation is a winner.

I have fair skin with neutral undertones and i mixed shades 140 and 190. It matched perfectly, honestly looked like i was wearing a filter. Will definitely continue purchasing.

Honestly this is one of those foundations that sometimes looks stunning and sometimes I just can’t get it to melt into the skin. A lot of times it feels like I really have to work this foundation into the skin and then blend it in even more with a beauty blender and sometimes it just sits on the skin and doesn’t really mesh.

On days where I’m a bit more dry, I feel like this can accentuate texture and it also sometimes can separate and kind of pill on itself if I mess around with it too much. I’ve tried using this with a combination of products (different primers, moisturizers, setting powders) and I just never can predict what my make up is gonna look like.

I also feel like it kind of dries out through out the day sometimes. I love the shade range though it is amazing to be able to have a great match for my light medium olive skin tone. I have dry combo skin and have some acne.

Honestly if you’re oily I imagine your skin would eat this foundation alive because it has a serum like texture and it does break down easier than other foundations I have. I wear this mostly when I don’t need a crazy long wearing foundation and I’m gonna take it off in a few hours.

I don’t know if this is a repurchase I love kosas products but I’m still unsure about this.

I bought this product after seeing my sister, who had started using it. Her skin looked amazing, so I decided that I would look into this system. I have sensitive skin, so I read reviews on multiple sites, from customers and product experts.

Most said that this product was good for sensitive skin, some mentioned there could be mild reactions. So, I decided to give it a try–I imagined that if I had a mild reaction, I would just stop using the product and give what remained to my sister.

However, I did not have a mild reaction. After about 4-5 days of use, in which I followed the directions to the letter, I had a very severe reaction–my entire face swelled up to the point I was almost unrecognizable.

It was extremely painful, and from there it only got worse. After swelling, my skin started to feel like it was severely burned. This sensation lasted for almost two days, I had to take pain relievers and allergy pills because it was so painful.

On top of it all I began to break out–on my chin, nose, and even my forehead (which never in my life has broken out). I’ve always had sensitive skin, but this was the worst reaction I’ve ever had to any product and I would caution anyone with sensitive skin not to use.

From what I’ve gathered, this is a great product for people who don’t have sensitive skin, but I’m really disappointed they would advertise this product as being safe for people with sensitive skin, becuause it is not.

G. E. and have noticed the small dark spot on my cheek has become lighter and less visible. I cannot live without A. G. E. Interrupter. I use a small amount (just enough to cover the whole face and neck area) before I put sunscreen and other makeup products on my face.

I apply a generous amount on my face and neck every night (and massage 1-5 mins depends on my mood) before I go to sleep and wake up with soft and glowing skin. In my opinion, the Resveratrol BE can be a bit too heavy in the summer for oily skin type.

I prefer using it in the colder weather before A. G. E. at night.

Both my Dermatologist and articles appearing in reputable health and beauty magazines have convinced me of the need for each of the 3 skin care products offered here as a value set. Skinceuticals C E Ferulic is iconic for a morning boost, resveratrol has proven benefits for nighttime use.

I do use a prescription Retinol at night for advanced cell turnover of my mature skin, so I only apply Peptides only in the morning. I add hyaluronic acid and a moisturizer of my choice. I have “mature+” skin over 65 ( I often see “mature” defined as much younger) and am delighted all the times women approach me in the locker room or elsewhere with a compliment of my skin appearing flawless, wanting to know my skin care regimen.

No way to know for sure, but I think using this combination of quality products from a trusted skin care line is part of the answer.
