16 Best Corset For Under Dress (2023 Updated)

Well let’s say I purchased this exact corset (size and all) in black about 2 years ago and it was absolutely lovely. The black one is my current favorite and I wear it often. I wanted a gold one so I got this one for my Mardi Gras Ball outfit with the plans to modify the color.

The material and construction is made of high quality material but the shape of the cut is a little bigger on the tops and bottoms than my prior corset so that it flares a lot more than my prior corset.

I had the top and bottom laced up pretty snug but they still flared enough at the tops/bottoms that I could stuff my entire hand into it. I hope that maybe it will shrink/shape more too my body but it’s already cinched tighter than my older corset and still looks pretty big beneath my arms and around my hips.

On a positive note, I received the corset VERY quickly (in 2 days if I recall correctly) and it was gorgeously packaged as always. This purchase does make me a little hesitant to purchase again as I’m worried that there will continue to be stark differences in the sizes/cut with the same “labeled size” of corset.

So this is my first REAL corset and I literally ordered it the day before yesterday! I used their virtual sizing tool, and the 15% off coupon i received at sign up! I was offered free 3-5 day shipping but chose to pay the $3.

95 for 1-3 day shipping and it arrived at 8 am this morning! I literally ordered it at 6 pm the night before last! And vest part. it fits perfect!!! I was so nervous but it fits amazing and I still have a few inches to tighten as my waist shrinks or if I lose weight! The material is SO thick and sturdy and it’s not excessively bulky! It sits perfect on my torso.

I have really long legs and have always been told I have a short torso. As this was a more in between length option I was nervous but its the perfect length! I have an EXTREMELY bad back. I have DDD, neropathy, 3 herniated disks, and sciatic nerve issues.

After wearing it for about 20 mins my back did start to hurt but in a way that makes me feel like its correcting my posture. it IMMEDIATELY took the pressure off my lower back and zapped my constant lower back pain from my vertebra resting on top of each other.

i really want to waist train for asthetic reasons but help with posture and back pain was a main goal as well and this seems promising. Love it! Highly reccomend. Thank you so much!.

Please note, I am writing this review after about 5 months of owning this corset. The cut of this corset is great, and it is very breathable even in the thick of summer, but the quality is disappointingly subpar.

I had an orchard corset that i purchased in nyc, on orchard st, that last 7 years and it is still in great condition, I just lost too much weight. I purchased this during the shutdown with high hopes.

First thing I noticed were the laces. The laces are a dead give away. They’re too stiff which eventually wears on the piece over time from pulling through the holes. There was a slight tangle in the laces which I manually removed.

I found myself continuously detangling the laces over the months. Recently, I noticed that a slight tear developed on the edge of the frame, exposing the metal which digs into the skin, rendering this corset basically useless.

The one thing you would expect is that the fabric not tear.

I broke my L1 vertebrae and purchased this to help with support. It worked for a while til it was too big. I order fir size of hipps however it was pulled completely tight and touching when first received.

Then it stretched and now it falls. I will irder another but much smaller. Be prepared to wait cause shipping from China takes about 3 weeks to get here.

Very cute little black dress. I’m 5’0 and 125 lbs and the size medium fits perfectly. The dress hit right about mid thigh. Nice silky/stretchy material. I’m going to dress it up with fishnets and boots.

I bought this dress to be part of a witch costume but I love it on it’s own too. I especially love the lace-sleeves, its a cute touch to complement the dress

OK several things with this transaction:\nVERY disappointed in this corset. VERY cheap fabric. I put the corset on and the front boning tore through the bottom and started sliding out. This is NOT worth what I paid for it.

I absolutely love Sakkas embroidery and Renaissance-style dresses. I have a few others similar to this but with short sleeves. I decided to get this and wear a shrug/short cardigan with it. However when I tried it on and it went to the floor, literally to the floor!, I thought maybe my mom could use some of the bottom part after she hems it for me to make flutter sleeves for the dress.

I really love the way the stonewashed rayon blend feels…substantial enough to feel like you’re wearing a good quality garment, but not uncomfortably warm either. I would live in dresses like these if I could.

The color is beautiful! However, you must be careful when you wash it the first time-do not wash it with other items. It has a lot of extra dye in it. But, the color is still beautiful and it’s so soft!.

Super cute! I purchased item to use under clothing (jumpsuit/sleeveless t’s) that the armholes are cut too deep. Support is not the best but one could wear their bra under the bralette.

The quality is outstanding! Absolutely stunning corset and skirt. Just a shame the website doesn’t sell the same bra as pictured with the corset; I’ve spent several days ordering several from other sites to try find one that looks as good ass the original picture on the model.

The corset is fantastic, however the beads were a bit loose on the skirt on arrival. Otherwise a fantastic product. Came super quickly, even during the pandemic.

Shipped on time, wonderful piece for my fiancee when we attended my cousins garden steampunk wedding. Fit is accurate, shirt is separate. Recommend playing around with length of ribbon ties beforehand to get a sense of the height you want.

Really pretty and sexy, fits nicely even for size 16 and can probably size down. The cups are not padded but fabric is thick so it isn’t moulded but still gives support. Probably my favourite lingerie piece.

This dress is beautifully made & fit my figure like a glove however…it was extremely short! I would not of been able to lean over without exposing my bum! I’m only 5ft2 so this was a bit of a surprise!! Regardless, the dress was well made & of very good quality.
