1st of all, this isn’t a paid review. I’ve owned my set for a few weeks now and it is hands down the best set of pots and pans I’ve ever owned. They are beautiful to look at and are amazing to cook with. I purchased these to use with my new induction cooktop(they are magnetic). I have cooked everything from pasta to eggs. These help heat up your food evenly and fast. They are easily worth double the value they are offering as I was price comparing everything else on the web. You will be as completely happy as I am if you purchase these …and this is coming from someone that researches things for hours/weeks before buying something. Thanks Carote for making such amazing products, I hope I dont ever have to buy again after this set….if I do, it will be with you! 😉
Such big pans and long handles sticking out, I had to clear out and rearrange my cupboards to fit them in the same place my old cookware used to fit just fine. The largest pot is 16 inches wide from the tip of one handle to the other, and the large frying pan is 20 inches long, including handle. My lazy susan is only 11 inches wide, and my base cabinets are about 22-23 inches deep. It’s a tight fit when you have all 6 pans put away. The lids don’t fit in my old lid holder, so for now I’m storing them on the pots. I’ve used this set a couple of times, and I like it. It’s nonstick. Easy to wash (although it’s even a tight fit in my sink.) The handles don’t get hot, and as long as you don’t grab them too close to where they’re attached to the pan, you will be safe. The handles on the lids have a slot to allow water to drain, so when you place them in the dish drainer, face that slot down for gravity purposes. As far as hand drying the lids, I think you’re better off air drying. Very attractive pots and pans, nice new color, and so far I’m satisfied. Edited: I’ve been cooking with these pans for a couple of months and I REALLY like them. I haven’t used the biggest pot, but it may come in handy someday. I’ve noticed even the rims and the exterior are nonstick. Very easy to clean.
Love this set. I’ve been putting off buying new cookware for a while and came across this brand by chance. Love that they’re a clean brand and don’t have to worry about chemicals in my food. Cleanup is so easy! Hot water and everything comes right off- even if it’s left overnight! Will be buying more sets for gifts in the future. Only thing I don’t like about them is the rubber grip on the handle. Not permanently attached and they come off and get lost randomly. Doesn’t affect functionality- just looks odd when they’ve fallen off.
Fry like you’ve never fried before with the Radical Pan.The attractive and innovative pan features a patented high rise lip and non-toxic, non-stick Eclipse coating that work together to make cooking easier, less messy, and healthier.
The stealth grip handle keeps it cool to the touch as you cook, while the hard anodized body prevents scratches and corrosion.
I’ve had this pan for about a month now and have used it several times a week since I’ve gotten it. When it first arrived I was impressed on how they presented it in the packaging as you open the lid you are presented with this high quality item that just screams to be unboxed and get onto the stove top. Upon taking it out of the box you immediately notice the superb quality of the unit. The handle feels great in your hand and the weight of the construction screams that it is going to outlive me… I followed the pre-seasoning instructions and then proceeded to cook my first meal, beef Szechuan. This pan cooked so evenly and the clean up was as simple as a quick wipe out with a paper towl. I was really intrigued by the extended lip so my next meal I prepared pan seared Halibut. The lip was perfect for allowing me to tilt the pan while I based the the fish. Once again because of the quality of the pan it produced a much better dish than I have the ability to do on my own. At this point I’m am so excited that I have run the pan thru numerous places cooking everything from pan seared stakes that get finished off in the oven to sauces that normally stain a pan and this unit has not disappointed. Even cooking and clean up is a breeze. This pan is now my go to for 90% of all my cooking whether it be on the stove top, the grill or the oven
This is easily my favorite pan and has replaced both my cast iron griddle and carbon steel wok for most things. I use it on an induction cooktop, and it works well there. It would be fine on any stovetop. Nice flat bottom. It’s a snap to clean, usually just very hot water and a fairly soft nylon dish brush. I never use anything but nylon and silicone utensils, not because I don’t think it could take it, but because it really is a gorgeous looking pan and I don’t want to scratch that nonstick surface. It conducts heat very well and cooks evenly – something I really appreciate when I’m cooking on that little induction ring inside the cooktop. You can’t assume cookware will do that, but this pan does. I don’t flip omelets into the air with it, but find that high side to be very handy for stir fry type dishes. It’s really excellent. Stylish and functional. The handle is long, cool, and comfortable. Pan is not too heavy to handle.
I used to be very intimidated about the idea of cooking. The thought of oil splashing to your skin and burning the kitchen down was too much for me to handle. That all changed when my boyfriend bought this pan for him to use. Since I was the one who unboxed it when it arrived, I thought at how good the craftsmanship was and thought the materials were all very high grade. It got me really curious feeling the new pan and thought I might try cooking a simple dish like scrambled eggs. I was instantly captivated by how the oil slides off and I truly enjoyed watching the eggs get nearer to being cooked. I realized that there were no areas that had been overcooked which was unusual in my experience so I thought I did something right and ever since continued to try out cooking. I recently just realized how much I enjoyed cooking and it’s all thanks to RadPan.

Who needs a 5x to 10x overpriced, enamel-coated Dutch oven when you can have a tried and true, made in USA, cast iron Dutch oven iron skillet combo?!! I began this purchase wanting an enamel coated cast iron Dutch oven to make stews and bake crusty boule bread. I bought a Lodge enamel coated 6.5 quart Dutch oven because of the reasonable price, but it already had a small chip in the enamel in the box. Reviews mostly agreed that the non-French brands’ enameled iron, almost all made in China, pale in comparison to the longstanding metalcraft expertise by the well known French fabricators. But I couldn’t justify the exorbitant cost, even on sale, of the French-made brands in my current budget, in spite of rave reviews that their lifetime warranty service rationalized the upfront cost. So, I regrouped and realized, first, that I didn’t need such a large-sized pot and that I had always loved working with cast iron skillets and griddles, so I got this 3.5 quart combo. Lodge has upped their game since I last got one of their products by **preseasoning** the cookware! The preseasoning means it’s virtually nonstick out of the box, though you still need at least a very light coating of oil or butter for most uses. This 3.5 quart size is fine for most purposes for 2-3 people. So far I have cooked scrambled eggs in the skillet with better performance than most “nonstick” cookware I’ve ever used. Chicken for tacos and salmon in the deeper pot were fabulous. Yes, the meat and fish stuck to pan a bit but SO easy to clean: Scrape out as much as possible with metal turner/spatula, then fill with water to cover stuck-on food. Heat on stovetop a few minutes, no need to boil, to hydrate and loosen stuck food, then empty water and use non-scratch abrasive sponge and hot water (no soap on cast iron!) to remove the rest and rinse with hot water. With cast iron, I always return to stovetop and heat on low-medium a couple minutes to dry the pan so as to avoid minor rust appearing. Follow Lodge’s directions to continue seasoning the pan as needed if food sticks more than you’d like. Yes, I admit that if you’re cooking an acidic dish (e.g. high tomato content) you may want something other than cast iron, but I read reviews saying that even tomato-based stews showed little effect of Lodge’s cast iron on food flavor. I haven’t tested that myself, yet, but I will! Unless the flavor is changed a lot (and I can notice subtle flavor changes), I think it will work fine and hey, most of us need a little more iron in our diet, right?!
I unboxed this set and put it on the stove right away and cooked bacon and eggs, after cleaning it with dish washing liquid. This set is just what I wanted. The smaller pan is a bit heavier than the larger dutch oven. I did notice a little area (about the size of the tip of your index finger) on the edge of the dutch oven that was not fully coated, but nothing that made me concerned. It’s cast iron and a few imperfections are just that. I rubbed some cooking oil on it and no harm, no foul!! After I took a paper towel and dropped about 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil and wiped the surface of the lid and dutch oven right away (even though it describes it to be ‘pre-seasoned’), I turned the burner to medium heat (the lid portion only) and this baby heated up in about one minute. The bacon made that sizzling sound you want to hear and it cooked perfectly, no burn spots, Same with the eggs, except the eggs did stick a bit in a couple places but not enough to ruin them. After enjoying my delicious meal, I cleaned the pan with clear water, wiped it clean with a dry dishtowel and placed it on a medium-hot burner for about one minute so it will get completely dry. After it dried completely, I added a drop of veggie oil and wiped the entire surface insider, handles and outside with a light coat of oil. This is a great set. The two fit together nicely. I have not stopped cooking with them since they arrived. My food tastes better now. I am accustomed to cast iron and I am happy to own this set. I really enjoy cooking with it because the heat is evenly distributed and meats cooks evenly throughout. I recommend this set. I plan to purchase it again in a month or so.
I began looking into cast iron pans because we have pet parrots, and wanted to replace our non-stick coated pans with something else. What I found was so many blogs and articles completely raving about the benefits of cast iron, which did make me feel a little sceptical. However reading some more it seemed like a final piece to our set. Since I got it, I have loved cooking on it so much. The heat retention is amazing, works well on electric cooktop, nothing has stuck, and the food tastes amazing. This particular set is a great combo because I can do practically everything in it, from pancakes to steak, curry to breads. It does require proper care from what I have read about cast iron. Clean it up straight after use (some nice serving bowls that have a lid for storage can help motivate!). It’s very quick to clean, things stick to it less for me (as a distractable cook that often leaves things on too long) than anything else I’ve cooked with. A light spray and rub of some vegetable oil after cleaning and just store it. I kept the cardboard from the packaging to stop the oil getting over the bottom of the pan I store on top of it in my cupboard. Get some good quality silicone handle covers (I got generic ones, but I’ll probably replace with Lodge ones based on the quality of their stuff), don’t rely on oven mitts. The quality of the Lodge pans feels great, and I think they will be an item that will be in heavy rotation for years and hopefully decades to come.

At present my favorite part was unboxing the bakeware to find the storage for them included. They were also boxed with incredible care. I have used the square bakeware pan already love it. I am looking forward to receiving the storage for the cookware now that it is available because I ordered the cookware before you had storage for it and it only came in bags which are wonderful, but not convenient when it comes to using the cookware. I look forward to receiving your storage containers which will protect these products the way they should be protected. I am in awe of the innovation of this storage and how it makes the products safe and easy to access. I can recommend your company and products to everyone I see and all the people I have over to eat what I cook in them. They are beautiful and can remain so when I receive your innovative storage.
We have used it just once but we made classic New Orleans File Gumbo, which means one must slowly cook a 1/4 cup each of olive oil and flour for 30 minutes, stirring it frequently to make a very dark brown roux. Many pots cannot accomplish the making of a roux but rather wind up burning it. Le Creuset is fantastic for this purpose; however, we needed to replace our beloved French pot because a visiting “Philistine” trashed it by overheating the enamel. Caraway offered a far less expensive replacement so I decided to experiment with new technology. This pot is beautiful and on this first test scored an A+. It has great lines and looks great on our new black cook top. The interior did not stain and was quite easy to wash. We are very happy with our purchase – bought the blue-green color.
I usually read reviews on products, but I’m hesitant to give one. I have no hesitation to give a review on this Dutch oven! I used it last night to make potato, leek and cauliflower soup. I put an immersion blender into it to make the soup smooth, and I could feel it just grinding on the bottom of the oven. I was so afraid that I destroyed it! When I emptied the soup, the pot looked pristine! I thought, wow, this is good quality! It also fits in my toaster oven, as my oven is not working right now. I waited to replace my cast iron Dutch oven which has rusted a bit, searching and searching. I do a ton of research and then pull the trigger with my eyes closed, lol. The quality is just awesome. I got it in gray because it was available, and I’m not fancy, but the color selection was great too, as well as how it shipped; no damage, as the packaging was pretty solid.
Brand: CorningWare.Color: White with Blue Trim – Features: Stovetop – TM Pyroceram Blue Cornflower 4-pc Casserole Set includes: 2L Casserole with Glass Lid & 3L Casserole Dish with Glass Lid, Bakeware is made of the original Pyroceram white based material.
I needed smaller casseroles for family dinners, not only big roasters. These are perfect for a family of 4-5 people to create one of the dishes for one meal, for example chicken with cream-sauce or vegetable casseroles as a side dish. They hold up beautifully in the oven. Lids are quality. Only the handles can get a bit slippery, when greasy. Perfect, for what we needed.
What is great is both the lids are interchangeable. They are the 3L lids. You can get the 3L plastic lids so you can put these directly into the fridge. I was shopping for a 3L replacement but there was a sale and I got this set instead for a bit more than just buying a replacement. I love the fact that you can put these into the dishwasher and they come up clean. I actually store them with the plastic lids on them so I can stack them in the cabinets to save room. These are expensive but they are a great investment in the most versatile cookware out there. They are made in France and they really need to stock these better since folks have to wait months for many of these to be back in stock. Also check when they have these on sale ; )
I am happy with the dishes however the dimensions are incorrect. They include the two handles so are 1.5 to 2inches larger than the dish itself. I was replacing one and measured the lid and these are quite a bit smaller. I like them so am keeping them however be aware that the dimensions are not those of the dish itself.

I gave it a little while to review these pots and pans because I wanted to see how they really held up after a while of use and washing. I went through a mixture of hand washing and throwing them in the dishwasher to see how they handled wear and tear. Still perfect cookware!! Not a scratch, dent, rust, chips nothing to be seen!! It cooks our food pretty evenly and hasn’t held caked on anything for me. I will spray my favorite dishwashing foam in pans I think might hold stuck on dinner when I leave it sitting in the dishwasher for a while before it’s full and it never disappoints. They all come out clean and I have yet to have a problem. Also they stack so well in the cabinet so its not all cluttered and haphazard. Another plus is the handles don’t heat up and burn your hand like other cheaper brands. It has been a tremendous help with our daughter learning to help cook without fear of getting burnt. Loyal customer here!!
These pots and pans are amazing! I was a little intimidated by the care instructions, such as: do not use metal cooking utensils, no washing with metal scrubbing pads, they most be throughly dry before putting them on the heat, preheat pots and pans before cooking, and even though they’re dishwasher safe, wash with mild soap and by hand to ensure longer lasting. Y’all, don’t let that stop you from buying these. After I read the instructions, I unboxed everything and gave them all a light wash. I love the hook and groove features they have to stack the pans in one stack and the pots in another so that they don’t rub up against each other. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that the lids can stack in any order! To store, I put the pans on my over the island hanging rack (they make my kitchen look gorgeous!). I placed the pots in the cabinet with the lids stacked on top. Now for the cooking part, with the care instructions seeming intimidating at first, it’s really just common sense. They’re non-stick, so just like any of the other non-stick pans, I use wooded and silicone utensils. I’ve browned chicken in it for my first try and I didn’t need any extra oil besides what I had rubbed on it. It rinsed and tried nicely. My second-fourth tries were all from the same morning. I fried bacon without any oil came out nice and crisp with a slow (put fairly quick in this pan) and low cook method. With the bacon grease I fried the eggs. I didn’t want the bacon grease to go to waste so I made my cuban chicken rice which requires an oven proof pan and lid so it worked out marvelously. I didn’t want to waste time defrosting my chicken to brown it in the bacon grease so I defrosted for half the time in the microwave, then put the semi frozen chicken in the pan with the lid on to finish defrosting, and finally, I took the lid off and the chicken out so that I could cook out the water that came out of the frozen chicken in order to just have the grease left to brown the chicken with (it would have made a nice roux- might try that next). The food came out amazing and the clean up was quick and smooth since nothing stuck to the pan! I’m telling you, I feel like I’ve entered a whole new level of adulting!!
Pros: 1. Every piece heats evenly. That’s a very welcome change for me. Most of my older cookware heats terribly uneven, making food preparation harder. 2. Nothing has stuck to any of these pieces since I started using the cookware. 3. The handles occasionally get slightly warmer, but are NEVER hot to the touch. 4. It’s very easy to wash this cookware. Whether handwashing or using the dishwasher, these pieces clean easily. Cons: 1. While I wouldn’t characterize this cookware as easy to scratch, I have scratched one of the pieces in a few small spots. So, I’d recommend using only plastic or silicone based flippers, spoons, spatulas, etc. Overall: This is very good cookware in my opinion. I use it quite often and I continue to be pleased with the results. 4 stars
I ordered this cookware set on Cyber Monday and a week later the price was further reduced by $85. I called BB&B and they gave me the discount. These pots are awesome and cook foods much faster in my opinion at a reduced heat. The meats taste fresher, especially turkey bacon, after cooking. Clean up is a snap with no scrubbing. I’m going to purchase three more sets for my daughters when they go on sale again, I highly recommend this cookware set.
Granitestone cookware is the best cookware on the market! I used my new set to cook dinner yesterday and was absolutely amazed. The food cools faster at med heat and just tastes better. I also baked blueberry muffins/bread and was impressed at how easy they came out of the pans. Clean up was quick since I didn’t have to scrub pots. I highly recommend this cookware and plan to order three more sets for my daughter’s.
My husband bought me a set of these about 3 years ago and I love it. The cookware is still almost like new. It has done everything that was advertised. The only thing I wish could be changed are the handles to make them a little more comfortable. I have neuropathy and sometimes the sides feel sharp on my hands. But other that the cookware is perfect.
Our Classic Granite set allowed you to have the maximum cooking experience in the kitchen. It is very versatile that can be used over any heat source and count on even heat distribution and retention.Exclusive Swiss imported non-stick granite-coated surface helps you get perfect results every time you cook and wash.
It contains an 11’’ Deep Frying Pan, a 1.7QT Double Spout Saucepan, and a Stainless Steamer! you could now prepare the perfect stir-fry, scrambles, curry, and steaming seafood/vegetable with it, I bet you will totally fall in love with it.
I purchased these to upgrade our cookware set my husband and I got for our wedding 4 years ago. Going from a cheap Target set of chipped (probably unsafe) pots and pans to THIS set was incredible. They are true to being nonstick and are also pretty to look at. I’ve already received a couple compliments on their looks. I’d recommend carefully following the directions and oiling them before use. We choose to not put them in the dishwasher to keep them in the best shape possible. Also, using wooden or soft utensils in them is a must. One of the handles on the largest pot came to us loose, thankfully it is a screw and my husband can tighten it himself. I would consider them high quality without being outrageously pricy. “Just right” for our simple needs. I would recommend Carote.
Beautiful cookware. I love the aesthetic with the wood. The pots are very sturdy and hardy, I am not always gentle putting them on the stove but theres not been any damage or scratching. The nonstick works perfectly. The variety of sizes is perfect for almost everything you need, I only wish there was a stock pot size included. You can do everything, cook steaks, make stir fry, pasta sauce, soup, curries. The only other pot you need is a large stock pot for boiling pasta or making broth, and cast iron/dutch oven for things that need to go in the oven since these pots cannot. Overall I am extremely pleased with my set and I would recommend it to anyone, beginners, homecooks or professionals.
Normally I don’t write reviews, but I must say these nonstick pans have exceeded my expectations. The finish on the handles is quite nice because they have a wood grain appearance that is coated in a velvet soft-touch coating. The metal of the pans themselves are fairly thick and have an excellent heat distribution. The nonstick is very effective and most foods can simply be rinsed off. If you cook fried eggs, simply use just a touch of butter or nonstick spray to extend the life of the surface. When you have finished cooking the eggs, you can simply wipe them clean with a clean paper towel sheet. The quality of the product itself makes these pans an excellent value. My suggestion for you is to use just a touch of oil or butter unless you’re cooking something very fatty. When you’re done you can simply wipe the pan. The only negative I can say about this product is the durability of the surface can be prone to scratching, this is expected and I’d highly advise not using any metal utensils and only use wood, silicon, or high temp plastic cooking utensils. I would highly advise purchasing these pans if you’re looking for a non-professional cooking set that offers the greatest level of value for the price.
Bring home the Emson 7071 Blue Collection 12″ Non-Stick Frying Pan With Stay Cool Handle which withstands heats of up to 500 degrees.Compatible with gas, electric, and glass cooktops. The stainless steel is ergonomically designed for both right and left handed.
Infused with diamonds, this saucepan is without any doubt one of the most durable and attractive within your kitchen!.
The quality is definitely not as advertised. Eggs do not glide and slide right off. No oil or butter needed? Definitely not true. And the coating that was supposed to be “10X extra longer lasting,” was quite the opposite and a surprising disappointment. It scratched up and there were nicks that peeled quite easily, after only 3 weeks of casual use. And nope, I did not use metal utensils, only plastic ones (even though they claim you can indeed use metal utensils). Titanium! Granite-Stone! Diamond! Big fancy words with no true quality beneath them. By the way, this is the first frying pan that I bought that came with… are you ready…. an Arbitration Agreement! (I was looking for “first time usage” instructions but found the Arbitration Agreement instead.) It states that by using the pan, you are deemed to agree not to join a Class Action Lawsuit against them for the coating. Tells you something right there. Thank goodness this was a Walmart purchase where returns of defective products are easy and hassle-free.
This frypan caught my eye due to its distinctive appearance (I’m a highly visual animal) and the literature accompanying it seemed to promise oodles of oil-less bliss. Besides, diamonds are a girl’s best friend, right? I couldn’t afford a diamond ring for my other half, so I figured that she’d settle for a diamond-infused frypan (I was wrong, but that’s another story). The frypan performed much as advertised in its self-promoting literature at first, but I’m beginning to notice that the non-stick performance of its diamond enhanced surface is beginning to lose some of its sparkle as the usage piles up. Food does often stick, and while it comes off after a soaking in the suds, this pan isn’t the little gem it was when new. I’m beginning to wonder if this diamond frypan might be a little half-baked. So far, it hasn’t quite lived up to its ringing endorsement provided by the manufacture but it’s still being used on a regular basis. I’ll keep using it for now, but I’m hoping that the GraniteStone doesn’t deteriorate to gravestone.
Very happy with the frypan! They claim no oil is needed and that is absolutely TRUE! Eggs come out fine, for instance. Also the metal handle does not get hot at all just as they say–which surprised me. Last year at a local store I had bought a pan which purported to be a fancy non-stick orange surface–it has been a real disappointment–so it must have been a knock-off. But this Blue Granitestone frypan is WONDERFUL! Not only does it perform beautifully, but it was a very reasonable price.
This set of hard anodized aluminum pans includes pans in two different sizes; an eight inch and a ten inch. The pans have fixed, stainless steel handles for easy grip and carry and also feature a nonstick coating for easy food release.
Even better, both pans are dishwasher safe.Nonstick coating Work with gas, electric, halogen, and induction stove tops and ovens.Dishwasher safe.Measurements: 8″ Pan: 2-inches deep, 15.25-inches long overall with handle.
75-inches deep, 19.25-inches long overall with handle.
I bought this pan directly from All-Clad as part of a 2 piece set. Both the 8 and 10 inch pans have a large bottom, more typical of a sauté pan, and very different than the profile of the stainless D3 or D5 fry pans that have sloping sides. This 10 inch pan has the surface area more typical of a 12 inch D3 pan, which makes it cook larger than one would think. As a result, we use the 8 inch pan more often for breakfast, as it’s more like a typical 10 inch pan. Both are very non stick, both sit perfectly flat on my glass top electric range, and both are very substantial pans. They are comfortable to use, heavy by comparison to most other non stick pans, but not heavy in absolute terms. Cooking is very even. One thing that I must make others aware of is that they take much longer to come up to temperature than typical non stick pans. Don’t force heat into the pan, just set it on medium low heat and be patient. Heated this way, temperature across the pan is very even without any hot spots. This is actually the only way to properly heat any pan, and being patient makes a huge difference. The induction compatible stainless steel base keeps the pan absolutely dimensionally stable, so the pan sits flat throughout the heating and cooling cycle. Let the pan naturally cool down. No cold water, and then wash it. Stainless steel is not a great conductor of heat, but this is an advantage. It’s only on the base of the pan. As a result, it takes a bit longer to heat, but the heat is even and the pan stays hot. The rest of the pan is aluminum. The combination makes these pans great. In fact, I find myself turning the heat down a bit after the food starts cooking. This keeps the pan from overheating. It’s exactly what I do when cooking on cast iron. For eggs, it’s the best pan I’ve ever used. I’ve been using these for nearly 8 months now, and both pans are still as new. And please, never put any pan in the dishwasher. Also, I use ONLY wood or silicone utensils. Both pans still look and perform as new.
After about two weeks, I’ve used everything in the set at least once and some items several times. The pots are a good weight, heat evenly and quickly, and have so far presented no issues with cleanup at all. The handles stay cool on the stovetop — obviously, not in the oven. The big stockpot has proved especially useful — it’s seems a perfect balance of width and depth, and the steamer insert has been getting a workout. The selection of lids fitting multiple pots is convenient. The square pan has become my go-to dish for traybakes — since I’m usually cooking for one, I don’t really need something the size of a sheet pan, and this both heats and cleans up better. Changes I might suggest: A small saucepan would have been nice, perhaps instead of one of the two large skillets. And I wish there were a lid for the medium skillet. But these don’t detract from what IS there, and the sale price made this a wonderful investment.
I LOVED these pans and used the big one nearly every day for eggs, stir-fries and main meals. I hand-washed always and was careful to only use wood and silicone utensils. In less than two years the finish became pock-marked and was coming off. I sent photos to the All-Clad team about their so-called warranty and was told that it was only a manufacture defect if the finish came off “in sheets” and they could not control my use, so they would not replace it. The customer service representative even told me that the finish could come off in as little as a few weeks depending on how you use it! I am a great home cook and was careful and thoughtful in my use of this pan to care for it appropriately. I do not believe that expensive cookware should be essentially disposable, but after my interactions with the company, I heard a very different message from All-Clad, who seemed to not care if their product didn’t hold up to reasonable use. I will not be purchasing from All-Clad again.
I had been wanting to get away from plastic microwave cookware for a while when I discovered Anyday. My plastic microwave rice cooker died a miserable death, and that was the final push. I don’t know how many good things I can say about this set. The dishes are attractive and durable and are great for serving and for stashing leftovers as well as for cooking. The lid handles are ingenious; turned one way they permit a bit of air to escape during cooking, and turned the other they’re airtight for keeping a dish warm after cooking or for good storage. They stack reasonably well; when the lid handle is in the closed position, other things can be stacked on top. I discovered a silicone steamer basket online that fits the largest of the dishes perfectly, which is great for cooking vegetables. If the Anyday folks were considering adding another accessory to the line, such a steamer would be the perfect addition. I’m still tinkering with the recipes that come with the set, as well as those on the website. I like that one can specify one’s microwave’s power level to get custom times for each recipe, although evidently, at 1300W mine is outside the usual range. Finally, I took several of the dishes to a picnic this past summer, and one of my friends kept exclaiming over them. Guess what she’s getting for Christmas!
I found this product in an email that I don’t remember. I have purchased so many steamer products and have spent hundreds of dollars looking for that ultimate steamer. Some worked, more were not worth the money. When I read the review of these steamers, I knew I had found what I was searching for, and I was right. The other steamers are what I would call domestic products. Many of them were silicon and these did work, but they were not heavy duty enough that most of them required that something must be placed under them to provide support or risk collapse carrying them from the microwave. These steamers are what I would call commercial products. Yes, they do get hot and require mitts to carry them from the microwave. And guess what, they sell these mitts here, so don’t forget to get them. These cook everything so fast that the one thing I will tell you is watching your cooking times. For example, I cook frozen salmon all the time and I start with 2 minutes and then flip the salmon. Then I cook them for 30 seconds at a time, turning them every 30 seconds. Depending on the size and number of salmon, it will take only another 30 seconds for one piece and maybe 60-90 seconds for 2 pieces. Granted these are not fried, but the results are beyond anything you have ever cook before. The taste is so fresh that you will wonder why you did not do this before. I know why I never did; it was that my mother never ever cooked like this. If she had, she could have cut her cooking time by 50% to 75%. The same is true for everything you cook in these. Your times will be reduced by so much that you will use these every day. Just remember that you can over cook so fast that you will ruin what you are cooking. Please just start out slow and you will be amazed at how fast these cooks. Follow the instructions and you will be telling ever one you know to buy these. I bought the two large one first and they are meant for a family. So, I now have the two smaller ones and will give the larger ones to my twin brother and his larger family. Do you want to be a hero, buy these for everyone you love and they will be telling everyone they know to buy these? I have suggested that they sell these on Amazon and prepare to sell many more than they are now. Everyone is looking to save time and money, and these are the best you can buy. Now buy these and prepare for the fastest and freshest meals you have ever cook.
The large deep dish gets the most use for me. I primarily use it to cook brown rice and quinoa, and it excels at those tasks. I love the quality of Anyday cookware. The glass is thick and appears to be very durable. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into designing these products. The shape of the dishes in addition to having a flat lid maximizes the available space in the microwave. Having hardly any sharp creases or corners aids in quick and easy cleanup. My thoughts on the frosted glass exterior is a bit mixed though. It does differentiate their products from other glassware and can make for a nice presentation. Additionally, the frosted glass provide some grip during handling; however, I think a smooth/clear exterior would’ve equally provided a nice presentation for the food, but my main issue with the frosted glass exterior is it makes it difficult to monitor your cooking. This is especially important for dishes that have a tendency to boil over such as rice and grains. Overall, I am happy with Anyday cookware and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking.

This Nina Neverstick pan is very good quality and did not disappoint. The stainless steel handles are attached with large bolts without any wiggling or fear they will loosen. The pan is very heavy and thick. This means that it takes longer to preheat but also keeps the heat longer when ingredients are added or the stove is turned off. I was surprised to see the stainless steel base, which makes it easy to use on many cooking services including induction stovetops. The pan is evenly weighted so it stays flat and steady on the stove top. I did not experience any fear that the pan would tilt toward the handle. The pan was easy to clean and eggs did not stick to the pan. I was surprised to find that the outside of the pan is smooth but the inside of the pan is slightly more rough. I was scared this would make it not as non stick but I didn’t find it to be so. Like most pans, the pan is listed as 8 inches but the exterior is 8 inches and the interior flat portion is about 6.5 inches in diameter. While this pan is made to stack with other pans in the Ninja Nest System, it does stack on top of my other pans without scratching them. This is a nice function since I often have to place something between pans in order to stack without scratching the pan surfaces. After using this pan, I am interested in getting other sizes in the future. The additional handle that is part of the Nest System design is useful to lift pans off the stove, which isn’t as necessary for small pans like this would definitely be useful on larger sizes.I would recommend this pan if you are in the market for a long lasting non stick pan.
I got this Ninja Foodi Neverstick pan a little while ago and really like it. I have several non stick pans which I have used for years. This one has several clear differences which I believe make it much better. First off it has a steel handle with no coatings. Personally this is much better for me as I find that no matter how nice the rubber coating is it fades, peels ext. over time. Secondly it’s not uncommon for me to put a pan on the top of my grill. I like an egg on a burger so I have to get out cast iron to put on the grill as I do t want to mess up the handle of the non stick pans I already have. I don’t know that I would put this on the grill on really high heat but I will say it’s much heavier and thicker than other non stick pans. I feel like it would hold up much better. Speaking of the construction of the pan I think the thickness of the bottom really makes it heat evenly. It holds the heat well and evenly like a stainless steel pan or cast iron without the major pain of cleaning those kinds of pans. Along the lines of cleaning it was really easy and the coating is very nice, even and without coming off from the first several uses like others have in the past. Time will tell how it holds up but it certainly seems more premium than other also “premium” brands I have used in the past. At the end of the day I really like the pan for how it cooks and how I think it will hold up as well as the simple things the handle and construction will allow me to do. Try one I think you’ll like it too.
This is a top-rated pan on many web sites for its non-stick characteristic and longevity, and after about 3 weeks of use I have to agree. But the fact that the bottom is not flat bugs me. I called Ninja after I noticed a crowning in the middle of the pan the first time I used it – I wanted to confirm that this was designed that way or if I had a bad pan. Some cheaper pans warn that their pans will warp (or crown) if they are subjected to too much heat. Ninja Customer Service confirmed that the pan was intentionally designed to be a little higher in the middle, with a very gentle slope to the outside edge (often called a crown). This is good if you’re cooking something that will release fat while cooking (like a single steak). The fat will run to the edges. But you can’t get a round pancake if the batter runs toward the edge. A single fried egg will spread unevenly. And a 2-egg omelet? It is very thin in the middle of the pan as most of it will run down toward the edges. Tilting the pan to try and get more to the middle doesn’t work – it runs around the crown to the other side. Crepes also need a flat frying pan, or a crepe pan, so this won’t do. If you can live with these limitations you won’t be disappointed.

—– SUMMARY —– Verdict: Whatever meal I’m cooking, I can rely on the GreenPan Reserve 12” Frying Pan to deliver delicious results. I’m impressed by how effective the nonstick coating is and the pan’s durability. The additional features such as being oven and broiler safe are nice to have for cooking versatility. Not only is the pan effective, but also beautifully designed. If you need a frying pan or are looking to upgrade your current one, the Reserve 12” Frying Pan is one to consider. Pros: – Beautifully designed with striking gold handles – Well made and durable – Nonstick coating is highly effective – Easy to clean – Heats evenly Cons: – None —– DETAILS —– Design: The Reserve 12” Frying Pan is beautifully designed. It’s simple but striking. The gold handles really elevate the look, and every component seems high quality. Time will tell if it’s durable, but it still looks and works like new after using it for a couple of weeks. Features: Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to the ceramic nonstick coating. I just hand wash it with a soft sponge and some gentle dish soap in most cases, but it is dishwasher safe. I’ve heard hand washing can help preserve the nonstick coating and the “Quick Tips” sticker that’s on the pan when you unbox it advises to hand wash for best results. The pan is oven and broiler safe up to 600 °F, and the glass lid is safe up to 425 °F. As I mentioned about the design, it seems durable, so I think the hard-anodized construction and diamond-infused ceramic nonstick surface truly make a difference. I opt for silicone utensils to prevent scratching the surface, but even when I use metal utensils I don’t notice any scratching. Results: I’ve cooked a variety of foods on the Reserve 12” Frying Pan, and everything has been exceptional. Eggs, meats, vegetables, and more turn out better when I use this pan. Perhaps because the nonstick coating makes it easier and more effective to cook, and the pan heats evenly. —– WHAT’S IN THE BOX —– 1 x Frying Pan 1 x Lid
After a lot of research I took the plunge and bought these expensive pans (even on sale they were expensive!). I’ve been using them for a little over two months now and I am somewhat surprised to say they have exceeded even the highest expectations I could have had. So much so that I felt compelled to write this review, which I normally wouldn’t bother doing. The pan itself and the coating looks incredible, it has a nice weight and feeling of quality, and to say that it’s “nonstick” is truly an understatement. Even cooking scrambled eggs without oil is not an issue, it just literally slides right off. The pans get very hot (definitely follow instructions that say to only use medium heat!) and can even manage to sear things pretty decently, especially for a nonstick pan. I was even more amazed when I burned something onto the bottom (outside) of the pan by mistake. The burn mark didn’t come out after a thorough wash and I was pretty bummed that I had already stained it. Then I read that you can use a magic eraser on it. So I got a magic eraser (soaked with water and squeezed out as usual) and, very lightly to avoid causing any more damage, rubbed it over the stain. I was shocked that even the light touch I used literally erased the stain as if it had never been there. This would be unthinkable with any other coating I’ve seen. These pans are amazing so far and are very much worth the money. I’m hoping that with good care the coating will last a long time. So, if you’re looking for the best nonstick pans money can buy, look no further.
This is an excellent ceramic nonstick pan and I’m happy to have it added to my kitchen collection. This pan has quite a bit of weight to it and it feels and looks very well made. It comes with guidelines on which stove type to avoid, which cleaning/utensils/preheating time/which type of oil to use and which to avoid. Those guidelines are very helpful to someone like myself new to ceramic pans. The first time I used this, I made chicken fajitas. In the picture, I had scooped the remaining into the middle of the pan and saw how the liquid in the bottom looked much different from the pan I usually make this in. In another, it shows the pan after just rinsing with water, no scraping or wiping with a sponge at that point and it was 99% cleared with just the water. Usually after making this meal, there is a lot of scrubbing involved to clean the pan. I like the small handle on one side to have an extra grip since the pan is rather large. For the regular handle, my only suggestion would be for it to be removable. The long handle made it more difficult to figure storage and tougher to fit in the sink/hold under the water in addition to the weight (which the small handle helped with). Overall I am very happy with this and look forward to adding more pieces of the collection into my kitchen.

Well, I purchased this set on another retailer website, and paid an unbelievable price for this set, too good to be true. It was shipped prompt. Could not wait to try out my new pans. I have many name brands Sets of Pans from high price to low price, and sometime, the lower priced brands, believe it or not, seem to cook and clean better. Price has no bearing for me at all. When I received my set, I followed the instructions to a T, and yes, I season the pans after cleaning them and following the instructions. So, I wanted to see what all the hype is about, and made a simple sunny side up egg, using no oil or butter, as their claim is nothing sticks to the pan. Because their Cookware is mineral infused with a granite coating. which the Mfg. Claims makes their Cookware Non-Stick, and easy clean up. Well, I put the 8 in pan to the test as stated above cooking a sunny side up egg which I do very often with other Non-Stick pans and they don’t stick using no oil, or butter. So, I cracked my egg into my little dish, season my egg as I normally do, and proceeded to cook my Sunnyside Up Egg. I do not know what the heck happened, this was only an egg, but it stuck to the pan like glue, and believe me the words coming out of my mouth, were not nice, I was not a happy camper. The pan did clean easy, past that test, but in all honesty, and being completely sincere, I doubt the claims that their Cookware is 100% Non-Stick as other Name Brands I have that make that same claim, really are, I have had the set for 6 years, and still can use with no oil or butter. Not this set. Which upsets me to no end. I love the way the pans look, absolutely love the color, they clean up good, but what good is a pan if it states NON-STICK, but a little egg Sunnyside Up, stuck to the pan like glue. Not Happy, and sorry you can have your opinions, and by my test, it does not past the 100% NON-STICK. This set is pressed from Aluminum, and it is Layered 3 times, with a Special Coating, which is supposed to give their Cookware, the NON-STICK SLOGAN. This set comes with an 8.5 10.25 but I doubt that is the actual size, does not look as large as other 10 In. pans I have and a 2 qt saucepan with lid. I could not wait to receive this set, but very disappointed in its ability to cook without sticking horribly to the pan. That great fantastic price I paid, means nothing, if the set does not live up to all the Hype that is out there.
I received these just yesterday and at first site I thought about returning them. The green is not as green as the picture, more a dark dark green, pretty though (I love most greens). The steamer fits into the skillet, not the largest pot. The handles are going to get hot. The lids have a steam seep hole which I like, no pour spout so it’ll be a good seal. This morning as I was preparing to return these I decided to give one a try and made scrambled eggs, absolutely no oil or spray in the pan the absolutely nothing stuck, it was crazy, we’re talking scrambled eggs! Heated nicely, cooked evenly and clean up was a simple rinse with the faucet! The only sticking was on the rivets that attach the handle but that is just life. Nice sizes but I would like a larger, deeper skillet to have been in the set. If you are in need of a new set (and I was, desperately) of cookware, give this one a try. I think you’ll be pleased. Blessing to all, ljm
I love how my GraniteStone StackMaster set stacks neatly together, and the lids are great they way they stack, too, one handle up, one handle down. But I didn’t know they would be so heavy. The larger stack of pots and pans need two hands to lift. You can’t just reach in the cabinet, lift the top pot with one hand and grab the next one down with your other hand. Too heavy. And today, I tried cooking eggs without butter or oil spray–the eggs stuck to the pan! That was disappointing. But with a little spray, the eggs cook fine.

I’m very impressed with the just about every aspect of my new cookware! I hadn’t heard of the Cook N Home brand prior to my owning their 12-Piece Nonstick Stay Cool Handle Cookware Set in Marble Pattern. I don’t quite understand why it’s called “Marble Pattern” because the set is actually a gorgeous and bright, shiny cardinal red color. The nonstick interiors of the pots and pans are black, and the four lids are clear glass with silver trim (they are shared by six pots and pans). The lids have black “Stay Cool” rubber grips covering steel handles. I’ve had this item for a couple weeks and have used every single pot, pan, lid and utensil that come with the set. I cannot, honestly, believe how nonstick these pots and pans truly are! Well, I guess I have to include the utensils, as they are totally nonstick, too! I added a short viceo below to try and demonstarte this to you if you are questioning this quality! After having washed this manually only, I cannot attest to wetheer they hold up to the diswasher, but I like them so much I don’t want to risk it! My husband is a parttime chef at our house, as well as me, and he loves them just as much as I do! The only aspect of this cookware that I’d change is that I’d include something that is transferable to the oven, ie) one pot that doesn’t have the Stay Cool Handle. Otherwise, I I am legitimately 99 percent happy with this item so far! And I am completely confident we’ll have this for the long road from reading others’ reviews about the durability of this product!
I really love this cookware. These are the best pots and pans we have ever had! Super happy with this set .It cooks great. You must preheat no higher than medium before adding your cooking oil/fat and keep the heat low. The cooking surface seems to heat uniformly. These pots are a great value. They heat up quickly, and the coated handles allow you to easily move the pots around when hot. Nothing sticks to these pans. The food does not stick at all! I’m pretty pleased with the evenness of the cooking. They are not too heavy. Easy to clean. I always hand wash them.It cleaned up with the sponge in seconds. They clean up like a charm. It comes with instructions on how to care for your cookware. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Follow directions for first use and throw away that non stick spray. I feel at the current price they are a great buy for anyone looking for a very good nonstick cookware product. Great budget set of pots and pans! I highly recommend this set to anyone who needs a well built set. We are very happy with them and will definitely buy this brand again.
This is the first set of pots and pans I’ve had that have been a color other than black or stainless steel. I always skipped over them before because it seemed like you were sacrificing quality for style, so I was nervous taking the plunge with these. My fears were put to rest with this set. Not only are they contemporary and eye catching, but they get the job done. The nonstick is truly nonstick, which can be hit or miss depending on the brand. Everything I made was evenly cooked, no hot spots. The handles are extremely comfortable to use and the lid handled are too. They feel heavy and sturdy, not thin or cheap. The kitchen utensils were a thoughtful bonus and they too felt quality. Highly recommend.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more. Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference. As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though. I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.
I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all. I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years. Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.
We recently purchased the Toughened Nonstick PRO 6-piece set. While making pancakes using a silicone spatula, the large 11-inch frying pan got a noticeable scratch. We are extremely disappointed. The other cookware has been fine so far, but the large frying pan seems to be not as tough as claimed. We called Le Creuset and they asked us to submit a warranty claim upon which we received the following: “After reviewing the pictures you submitted and the description you provided, your claim does not fall under our Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. Our warranty only covers manufacturer defects and defects in workmanship. Since this is not going to affect the performance of the item, we are unable to replace the unit.” Ultimately, still disappointed.
Prepare food at the comfort of your home with the use of Carote new Ice Cream set.It has a unique and creative color design that you will surely love to use in your kitchen.Designed with a specially curated palette of Swiss sleek white granite, creating a natural aesthetic to your dining and kitchen space.
Overall pretty good pans! Definitely my fault for choosing the light pans and that they get dirty quick. After the second use the two bigger pans (the two i use the most) have a lighter stained color from the foods. No matter how much I try to clean it. Also, the bottom of one pan after just the first use looks like it’s burned. I don’t ever go past a medium on my stove top so not sure how that happened. But overall the non stick feature has been holding up well so far. Also really love the spatula it came with and think they should include them with all their sets. I think next time I will definitely purchase their darker pan set.
I have only had a chance to use this less than a handful of times. This set is beautiful and matches my aethetic perfectly. They are very light weight. So far the nonstick aspect has held up as promised. Most food rinses right off if cleaned imediately after cooking. I have not noticed any staining so far, after putting it to the test with making spaghetti. My only concern with this set it that I have noticed there are scratches around the rim of the pan after using an ordinary scrubbing sponge. I hope this doesnt ruin them.
This set exceeded my expectations! For starters- looks so cute in my kitchen. Even better these pots/pans are extremely easy to clean. I have left dinner residue in them overnight and through the next day and debris comes off in one simple swipe of a sponge. We also purchased the utensil set (carote recommends to avoid scratches) and those are all great too. We have no scratches on our pans from using the carote utensils. Highly recommend the pan set & utensil set together.

Hello, I have been looking for a way to get “out” of the teflon pans I have been using all these years, pans I paid a lot for, originally. These Caraway pans are perfect and I love every aspect of them yet I still have suggestions which I’ll come to in a minute. First, these pans are beautiful and made of solid but not too-heavy metal, so as an older person, they are not too hard to pick up, even the largest of them. The ceramic lining is the perfect solution to replacing teflon, and cleaning them is a breeze. Here are my suggestions: These pans were made in a size meant for a family of four or more – which means they are basically too large for the average 2-person couple or even one person. I would love to see at least three sizes smaller on the handled pot (not the big one, but the one with a single handle.) We often use small pans for making items for just two. I already had another brand in the very small fry pans, but if you would have had them, I would have purchased them from you first. One other suggestion: It would be nice if you had an option where the tops were glass and a little curved up. The flat-tops (which are nice and come with a very cool wall-hanger for them) are awkward to work with when taking it off of the pan when something is boiling, it drips on the stove so even though cork rounds are included to put the tops on, it is not enough, because you have to get that dripping top TO the cork, and it isn’t big enough for the larger tops. A top which is slightly curved up handles this problem in my opinion. I am suggesting glass for the tops because many cooks love to be able to look into the cooking food without having to lift the top to do so, and considering the provided-for tops are flat and drip quite a bit when you lift them, a glass-top option would be much appreciated. And if you come up with some small, smaller and smallest pans, I promise I will buy them all from you and I assure you, so will many more people. And one more thing: I would love to replace my extra-large soup pans for cooking for groups, so a size or two larger would be great, too. In other words, I really hope you diversify as these pans catch on. They are great and to tell you how great they are, I rarely if ever fill out these surveys, so it takes something great for me to do so. Thank you.
Let me start by saying that I have had this cookware set for less than 2 months. I have the marigold and this set is very pretty. Unfortunately, looks alone cannot make a good set! I am not rich and I just moved. I purchased this set with the hopes that it would last me a lifetime if I took great care of it, so I’m extremely disappointed to say that parts of the coating have already chipped despite me not putting any part of this set in the sink, using soft sponges and silicone only utensils, not dragging on the stove, and following every little detail in the instructions to the very best of my abilities. This set will NOT last a lifetime, even with exhaustive tenderness. I am heartbroken, honestly. For something this expensive, I expected at least a year without damages. As I said earlier, I have the marigold set. Stains catch in the exterior easily and are nearly impossible to get out considering you have to wait until the pans are completely cooled before cleaning and you can’t use anything too abrasive. The smaller fry pan has the worst internal coating despite my best efforts and already things are getting stuck. True nonstick should not have any need for butter or oil, but yet you need it and I use it despite it not helping as much as they claim. There are several imperfections in the interior coating, like a tiny bubble in one of the fry pans that drives me totally insane because I think it is food stuck on it when washing. The lids scrape against the top edges of the pans (which damages the coating on both items!!) if you try to turn the handle slightly while it’s already on the pan, which REALLY frustrated me. The handles on all parts get far too hot, even beyond the notching that is supposed to protect you, so I’ve already burned myself pretty badly on one of the lids. I had a huge, nasty blister for about a week, and now a fresh pink scar on my thumb. Overall I am giving this 3 stars because it’s a pretty set and for a (very) limited time, it will function as advertised. However, if you cook daily like I do, it won’t last long despite your best efforts to treat each piece as a delicate little baby that can’t handle even the slightest ding… What a shame, truly. I had decided early that I didn’t want to go through the return process and already thrown out the boxes because I live in an apartment so I feel like I’m stuck with this set and it’s not amazing, save for the first 2 weeks… :/
Beautiful cookware but poor quality. These pans look great but aren’t very functional; they lose their non-stick coating very quickly, they stain very easily, and the lids are not ergonomically designed. Within a few months of purchasing the pans they have lost their non-stick coating and so I continue to have to use oil to prevent food from sticking. This is one of the main selling points so I’m very disappointed it did not hold up. I bought the Cookware Set in gray and this color does not mix with a gas stovetop. The outside of my pots and pans all have a brown stain at the bottom where the gas flames heat the cookware. Additionally, the gray cookware stains very easily and they are hard to remove. I’ve using vinegar and baking soda with a ton of elbow grease scrubbing and these stains still will not come out. Lastly, the lids/handles to the cookware are not heat resistant at all. The handle is not very tall and is not insulated in any way so if you are boiling or simmering something the metal handle will become very hot, too hot to the touch, and you will need a kitchen mit or rag to pick it up. However, since the handle does not come off the lid very much it is impossible to get a kitchen mit under the handle to lift the lid. The same goes for the handles on the sides of the pot. They are not heat resistant at all and will become too hot to touch if you are cooking anything. Overall, I’m very disappointed in the cookware set given its price. I expected to have beautiful non-stick pans that lasted for years, but they barely stayed that way for a few months. I delayed writing this review for a while but I am fed with the pots now that I have begun to cook more often and felt the need to share this information. If you don’t cook much but want to have beautiful cookware out for display on your counter, get a Caraway set. If you want functional cookware that lasts, find another brand.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this Frieling Stainless Sauce Pan. Needing a sauce pan for the sailboat, I knew I wanted stainless steel to prevent rust issues. This may be a small sauce pan, but it is really well made and sturdy. I expect to receive many, many years of service from this lovely little pan.
There are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing a cookware set for electric coil stoves. First, consider the size of the set. A larger set will be more expensive, but it will also last longer and be more versatile. Second, think about the material the set is made from. Stainless steel is a popular choice because it is durable and easy to clean. Finally, make sure the set includes all of the necessary pieces, such as a frying pan, saucepan, and lid.
