Concrete sealer is for patio is a material used to coat the surface of concrete to protect it from weathering, staining, and other damage. It is typically a clear or tinted liquid that is applied with a roller or brush, and then allowed to dry.
AQUA-X 11 will give your concrete a long-lasting natural finish while creating a moisture barrier on concrete pavers, block and masonry. With our industry leading coverage rate of up to 600 square feet per gallon, typically one coat required, the product will cover any of your sealing needs and can be easily applied using a sprayer and a roller.
Our water-based formula will ensure no foul smell and provides excellent water repellence while keeping out mold and mildew from the surface for easier maintenance. Our environmentally friendly and low VOC concrete sealer is UV resistant and prevents concrete spalling.
Our unique water-based sealers were inspired due to an unmet need for a high-quality alternative to solvent-based products. Our sealers are very easy to use and are commercial grade. Black Diamond Coatings’ products ensure the highest quality through every step of the way.
Easy to apply. My concrete driveway was plain, no covering such as paint etc. However, Aqua 11 does not live up to it’s beading claims. I had my driveway professionally power washed and let dry. Shook bottle as directed to assure Aqua was mixed properly.
Applied Aqua X11 as directed. Let it dry. Surface temp was as recommended. No rain for 4 plus days. The end result is my driveway does not bead at all anywhere. I do not think this product sealed the concrete.
I think I wasted $200. 00 for the 5 gallon container.
Easy to apply. I bought 2 gallons because a gallon is supposed to cover 600sqft. I have roughly 460sqft. The first gallon I applied I don’t think it was shaken enough because the Aqua X never appeared milky when I applied it to my colored concrete squares.
My concrete squares dried immediately. My husband didn’t shake the 2nd gallon at all, even though it is clearly marked on the cap. So again it didn’t appear milky. Since the squares are colored I could still tell where I had spared so it wasn’t a problem.
I was able to cover the area complete three times with both gallons. It has been 2 weeks since I applied the Aqua-X 11 to the concrete and the squares look great. I happened to spill a drink and the liquid beaded up and was easily wiped up.
Also because the squares are colored the Aqua-X 11 makes them look wet, but not a shiny wet. Which my husband and I like. We have some older concrete squares and once we clean them we plan on ordering more Aqua-X 11 to use on them just to help them stay clean.
MasonrySaver Paver Sealer is a durable, water-based, clear brick paver sealer designed to protect and beautify both clay brick and cement patio type paver stones. It also functions as a paver sand sealer and has a rich satin finish.
Paver Sealer provides protection from both water and the ultraviolet light of the sun. It can be used on most types of horizontal, above grade concrete applications, including clay brick, clay paver stones, and natural stone.
I applied 2 coat 4″ brush application to 31 year old 16′ x 16′ brick patio paving stones, they have never been sealed before, they now look like new. Great Product. Used a brush instead of a tank sprayer, less waste of product by brushing.
The Armor AR350 is a breathable, non-yellowing solvent based acrylic that will darken concrete and pavers to make them look wet, and provide a long lasting, durable low gloss finish. The Armor AR350 is manufactured in the US and made from non-recycled resins.
The Armor AR350 is self-priming and can be applied to unsealed concrete and paver surfaces, as well as surfaces previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic sealer. The Armor AR350 will help to reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion such as dustring, cracking, spalling, and pitting.
The Armor AR350 can last up to 1-3 years on exterior surfaces and up to 3-7 years on interior surfaces before the need for a recoat.
I have just completed applying Foundation Armor AR350 Wet Look Concrete Sealer and it looks great. My driveway needed a reseal since it was originally done 2 years ago. I had noticed that the look had become dull and rain didn’t run off as it had.
I found Foundation Armor online and decided to try their product. With free shipping here on Walmart it was a easy decision. I bought the 5 gallon and it arrived in a few days. Application seemed easy.
I used a hand pump sprayer to give a quick coat of an area and then I also used a roller on an extension handle to smooth it all and make sure the product was applied to all areas. Of course I had cleaned the driveway with a water hose down a day before making sure the concrete clean and dry and also did a hand sweep before application.
Now my stamped concrete driveway looks new again and rain quickly runs off. I’ll be using Foundation Armor again. A neighbor has already asked about it so it looks like a good product will be sold again.
Extremely pleased with AR350. Used this for my pool patio travertine tiles and fire pit floor with pavers, and I am extremely pleased with the finish. Two years ago I had someone seal the same areas with another, cheaper product, and it turned out OK.
This year, after doing some research I came across the AR350 and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. It was a more expensive, but the finish between the two products is significant. AR350 really brought back the tiles’ original finish and gives it that wet look.
The extra cost is well worth the outcome. Unfortunately I didn’t take a “before” photo to be able to show a before and after comparison, but if I did, my photos would look similar to those on Foundation Armor’s website.
This time I did it myself. It’s easy to apply, and I simply followed the directions. I used a paint brush for some of the edges and a roller for the rest. It was just like painting a wall. I was cautious around the actual pool edges and I could see some splatter getting into the pool, but I trust the filter will take care of that.
I highly recommend AR350 for the superior finish. You can get a cheaper sealer, but I can say from experience, the AR350 is a superior product. And shipping is super fast.
I researched the HELL out of this product. I have an old exposed aggregate concrete pool deck – it was tired looking and rough to walk on. I ground the whole thing down with THREE 7″ carbide wheels. Brutal work.
The deck was prepared and I decided on Armor AR350 for it’s solvent-based makeup and MEDIUM gloss sheen. The pool is salt, and IO live in Tucson so whatever I bought it had to be the best. My research led me to AR350.
I bought 5 gallons as I have a 500 sq ft job and it requires two coats of sealer. It was a hot spell in Tucson and I had to wait well past sundown to get the surfaced temp os the deck below 85 degrees.
(I found a cheap IR thermometer for $11 at Harbor freight). I cut it in first, then rolled it with a roller. (Didn’t use a sprayer). Smelled pretty strong – I wore a volatile organic mask and couldn’t smell it.
Easy to apply – just roll it on and work any puddles out with the roller. Easy Peasy. Cleanup with Xylene. Waited 24 hours to the next sunset and on went 2nd coat. A little tougher this time because It was hard to see old versus new product (remember I’m working at night with a headlight – But I was just thorough.
Looks great – Medium sheen – Not slippery (yours may be – remember that I had ROUGH exposed aggregate). Water beads up and stays beaded. Many complements. I recommended highly. I had no contact with the MFG cause I followed the directions.
NOTE: A lot of negative reviews on a lot of products turning milky. That is moisture, I’m sure of it. There is no moisture in Tucson, I assure you. 10-18% humidity. Go ahead and jump, friend – If you’re looking for a long-lasting solvent based medium sheen concrete sealer – this is the stuff!.

Old concrete requires a little extra care when maintaining. Get the job done right with the RadonSeal Plus Clear Protectant Concrete Sealer. Specially concentrated for older, more porous concrete, this material will seal up your old foundations, pads, and heavyweight concrete blocks.
This unique sealer will protect your indoor and outdoor concrete against dusting, cracking, freeze-thaw, deicing chemicals, and efflorescence without changing its appearance. Concentrated for older concrete, RadonSeal Plus is recommended for indoor concrete poured up to 20 years ago or outdoor concrete over 2 years old.
The RadonSeal Plus works by absorbing deep into the concrete and sealing pores and capillaries below the surface. Unlike other sealants, this concrete sealer will not leave behind a glossy coating and won’t cause the surface to become slippery.
This factor makes the concrete sealer a great choice for areas your loved ones frequently walk on every day. Whether you’re renovating your basement or hardening an aging sidewalk, RadonSeal Plus will help you craft a firm foundation the first time around.
I purchased the Radon concrete sealer because all other sealers failed to seal the water that was seeping through a 12″×18″ area of my basement floor. It was easy to prep the area and the Radon product was easy to use.
So far, the seeping has stopped. I only wish they could have sold me a container that was 1/2-gallon, instead of 2 1/2-gallons.
Totally happy with RadonSeal Plus. Even my shiny cement floor absorbed your product just not as much as if it was rough and porous. I used it on the walls and they absorbed it as it should go in. I would recommend this to anyone.
Foundation Armor The Armour SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation approved water-based penetrating water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%.
The Armour SX5000 WB is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film.
By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.
I bought this product because of all the great reviews it had garnered. It was considered the top choice of almost everything I read. I bought from Walmart because they had the best price from what I could determine.
I had to wait for delivery, but that wasn’t an issue and it arrived a day earlier than originally forecast. I just applied the Armor SX5000 to my driveway and sidewalks yesterday (10/21/2020). I was anxious to apply it before a looming cold spell and take advantage of a great day.
I bought the five gallon container since I have a three car garage and quite a bit of driveway. I was afraid maybe five gallons was not enough, but that’s not the case. The sealant went on easily with a roller.
It was not difficult at all to “see” where you had applied the sealant. Maybe the most difficult part was making sure not to paint myself into a corner! The sealer seemed to be drying quicker than advertised, possibly because the humidity was near zero yesterday.
It almost seemed likes parts of the sealer were dry after the three hours I needed to complete this project. I let it dry overnight anyway and this morning everything looks great. The slight dew seemed to bead.
I am glad so far that I made this purchase and hope that it continues to deliver as advertised.
I bought 5 gallons of Foundation Armor SX5000 WB to do my concrete driveway, I ran out, so I ordered 5 gallons more from Walmart. I had some leftover, so I sprayed it on my concrete foundation to seal out moisture.
I also cleaned and then sealed my paver stone patio with it. The prep of power washing is the hard part. Foundation Armor SX5000 WB went on easy with a pump sprayer and the results are fantastic. If you are going to do the job in the first place, buy an ODOT-approved, quality product that works and will outlast all those cheaper brands.
Product arrived FedEx well protected. It is very aqueous and covers a large area. I rolled it onto a well weathered concrete d’way that had been powerwashed and if sealed, it was a long time ago. It went on easy and soaked in.
5 gals covered about 1500 ft2. Dried to walk on in about 4 hours. Did not darken concrete. Rained a few days later, water beaded up in some spots. It was not slippery.
Z Aqua-Thane G40 is a water-based, two-component, self-cross-linking polyurethane coating. It exhibits a high-gloss finish and offers superior stain, abrasion, and chemical resistance. The durability makes this sealer ideal for high-traffic areas.
Z Aqua-Thane G40 is safe for indoor or outdoor use. Will provide darkening “wet look”. Amount of darkening will depend on porosity of concrete. Always test on sample to confirm results first. Aqua-Thane G40 vs.
Aqua-Thane M35 – The G40 has a higher gloss finish and will darken or “wet out” the concrete very similar to when water is applied to an unsealed surface. The M35 has a matte/satin finish with very slight darkening on colored concrete.
Provides a glossy, abrasion-resistant finish; Fast-drying; safe for indoor or outdoor use; Excellent chemical resistance and UV resistance Coverage – 50-75 sq. ft. @ 2 coats (one 1. 5 qt. kit) Instructions: Surface Prep: New concrete must be completely cured before applying this sealer.
Any moisture remaining in the concrete can cause adhesion issues. You can check with a moisture meter or by taking several 6×6 inch sheets of clear plastic and thoroughly taping it to the surface completely around the edges.
If after 24 hrs the plastic is dry, it is assumed there are not hydrostatic pressure problems. If acid stains/washes are used, the concrete must be completely neutralized to a pH of 7. A light sanding with 100-200 grit sand paper is recommended on all new hard-troweled concrete to open the surface /promote adhesion.
On burnished, highly-polished or concrete cast against smooth surfaces, additional sanding or acid etching may be required for the best adhesion properties. On textured or stamped concrete, no additional steps are required but in all cases concrete should be clean and 100% free of all dust, debris, or previous coatings.
Mixing: Mix exactly 2 parts of A to 1 part of B. Mix thoroughly with a paint mixing stick and always scrape the sides of your mixing container to ensure a uniform mixture. Mix adequately for 2-3 minutes.
Failure to properly mix components may result in adhesion or hardness issues. Pot life of mixed components is roughly 2-3 hours at 75oF. Application: Concrete surface should be 55oF-85oF. On smaller areas like countertops, a 1/4” nap roller or a micro-fiber applicator pad is recommended.
Product should be applied in a thin, even coating. Do not allow to puddle in low areas. Back-rolling may be necessary to control thickness and guarantee uniformity. Two coats should be applied for sufficient protection.
On rough or more porous concrete additional coats may be needed. Always test with water to confirm concrete is adequately sealed. Re-coat time is 6-12 hours at 75oF and the first coat should be tack free.
If this window is missed, the first coat may have to be lightly sanded with 300 grit paper before applying a second coat.
Super easy to apply! Used G-40 to seal concrete counters in outdoor kitchen grill island. Ended up needing 2 coats total for 85 sqft. There was plenty of material in the 1. 5 qt size product to get good coverage.
I had two questions that customer service responded to very quickly, one by email and one by phone. One item that wasn’t clear from videos and instructions was when to apply the second coat. The apply no earlier than instructions are clear – wait 6 hours and for the surface to no longer be tacky.
I wasn’t clear on how long I could wait to apply the second coat before I had to lightly sand in between coats. The answer was 12 hours – no sanding needed before that, sand lightly after that. Temperature is not considered a factor.
First coat went on in the morning, then it was HOT (95+) throughout the day so too hot to apply the second coat within 12 hours. I sanded in the evening to prep for second coat first thing the following morning.
Second coat went on quickly. Final result looks amazing and has a relatively smooth finish, much smoother than the raw concrete before sealing. Super easy to clean with damp cloth just like wiping smooth interior counters.
I followed the instructions to the letter but the product set up way too fast. I barely had time to go and backroll the product to help get an even finish. Even then, the final finished was uneven. I had to sand it down and start over with another product.
I was able to get a much better finish with a spar urethane from Home Depot. Also, I posted this review on this product a few weeks ago and noticed it was taken down. I do NOT trust the reviews listed on their website if they are taking down bad reviews.
the high gloss finish looks and feels great. I put it on a bit thick in a few spots and it started to bubble (user error). The other areas look amazing. I would say: less is more, don’t “over-work” it.
1. I have a high end customer who wanted his flagstone shiny. Based on that I got Dominator Sealer Stone+ Gloss. Gloss would indicate a high sheen, but no…. not even close. Get your labels right guys! You can’t put Stone+Gloss in the upper left hand corner, Satin finish in the sub headline, and in the description say semi-gloss/low gloss wet-look sheen.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD just tell me what sheen to expect!!! I talked to customer service and they’re only solution was to apply more. Well, OK, since I have 800ft2 of flagstone that’s not shiny and I can’t take it off, sounds like a plan! Except… 2.
The rains have started (It’s October, so no biggie, i can work around the weather) and the customer just sent me pics of his patio with tons of white patches where apparently the water is getting behind the sealer I applied, and his whole patio looks horrible.
Everytime the flagstone gets wet, there’s patches of white EVERYWHERE. And before you start thinking, maybe it was the prep, let me stop you. I’m a professional coating contractor. 25 years experience in painting, log home refinishing, and deck sealing.
I followed the instructions EXACTLY, watched the videos, checked for moisture content before applying the product, sprayed an even layer of sealer and back rolled. Now I’m stuck with a ****** off customer, no payment for the work, out several hundred for supplies, and no clear way forward to solve the problem.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!! I bought the 5 gallon Dominator Sealer wet look/high gloss for my paver driveway. I did my paver driveway and waited 4 days after applying the sealer, until I parked my vehicles on the driveway.
During those 4 days it never rained, and was sunny in the high 80’s low 90’s. There are tire marks all over the driveway!! Even 7 days after applying the sealer, I’m still getting tire marks all over my paver driveway.
I tried getting the tire marks off, but the only way is to pressure clean the driveway so the entire sealer job was a complete waste of my time let alone the $300 I paid for the product. My driveway looks worse now after the sealer went on.
I should have just left it alone. Yes you’ll probably block this review. I don’t want any reimbursement or anything I just want people out there to realize that this product does not work. I am extremely upset with the outcome.
Tire marks all over my paver driveway looks terrible.
Application: Concrete slab driveway and adjoining pavers. Pros: Easy to apply with sprayer. Appears to have sealed the driveway from rain. Cons: Unless the surface is sprayed thoroughly across the entire surface, it does leave a color difference between areas coated more heavily and areas not covered heavily on concrete slab.
This is likely more apparent due to it not being pavers which have a more complex pattern of colors and textures unlike a uniform, slab like my application. However, given the limited quantity of the product and the cost, I didn’t have the option of ensuring a uniform coat unless I ordered more sealer.
I did order enough solution according to the online coverage calculator. Miscellaneous Comment: This variant (NG+) states ‘no gloss’ and ‘wet look’. I found that for my application, it did show no gloss but also didn’t give it a ‘wet look’ either.
The surface has a dry look other than the lighter and darker looking areas due to the coverage issue described above on my driveway. The pavers I sprayed had a uniform look but, also, did not have a ‘wet’ appearance.
Although it didn’t create the end finish I expected, it does would work better on pavers.
An industrial-grade, water-based, silane/siloxane engineered to reduce water and moisture intrusion, while protecting concrete or masonry substrates from chlorides and deicing salts. Siloxa-Tek 8500 is our favorite product to treat nearly any application.
A proprietary blend of silane/siloxanes, this clear penetrating sealer not only prevents deicing salt and freeze-thaw damage, but its hydrophobic nature resists moisture intrusion and vapor transmission.
This is the go to choice to seal any concrete, brick, or masonry based substrate especially driveways, basements, patios and garages.
I did a lot a research on concrete sealers before buying the Ghostshield Siloxa-Tec 8500. Even though this stuff is quiet expensive, I decided to give it a try. I bought 2 of the 1 gallon concentrates.
Using the online coverage estimator, I thought I might need a little more than the 2 gallons, but I decided to start with that much to see how far it would go. I prepped my concrete by using a leaf blower first, then a pressure washer the day before.
The morning of the application I used the leaf blower again to clean it again. Then I started by using an empty one gallon distilled water jug. I filled it with 3 cup of Siloxa-Tec 8500, then added 12 cups of distilled water.
This gave me about 3/4 of a gallon of solution. I dumped it into a gallon pump sprayer to apply. My concrete sections are about 12′ X 12′. At first I sprayed to solution on one section and waited to 5 to 10 minutes as instructed, but the solution started to dry pretty quick, and the instructions said to apply wet on wet.
Also, I think I applied it a little bit heavy to start out, because I did have some areas that puddled a bit. I used a car wash brush that has an extendable pole to spread the puddled solution and it worked well.
After experimenting a little, I found that it worked best to apply the first coat on the 12’X12′ section then immediately apply the second coat. I also found it worked best to pour the gallon of mixed solution into the sprayer, then mix another gallon and have it ready to go, so you don’t run out of solution part way through the application process.
I have about 3000 square feet of concrete. I did the application over 3 mornings in early June. Each day it took less than 2 hours including prep and cleanup to apply the Siloxa-Tec 8500. Almost immediately after application any water that got on the concrete would bead up and roll off the concrete.
The 2 gallons of concentrate treated all the concrete I was planning on treating and I have enough left over to treat my 30’X30′ basketball court and large front porch. So far I am very pleased with the Ghostshield Siloxa-tec 8500.
The Armor AR350 is a solvent based acrylic wet look sealer that is designed to seal, enhance, and protect a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. Worst concrete stain I have ever used. I have used other brands to stain foundations, walkways and patios. Coverage area was fairly spot on. Not this stain. I have a 6 foot by 18 foot porch. 1 gallon covered about 2/3 of the porch.
I now have to buy another gallon just to complete the first coat. What an expensive lesson. Save your money and find a brand that covers what it claims to.
We painted our house recently, and love the new color. However, the stone/bricks now looked hideous! We bought the EasyTint, and what an awesome transformation. I get compliments all the time. And it truly is Easy.
I just brushed a few coats on, and changed the color, and sealed in one step! I recommend the trial kit to get the look you want. My stone was all different colors, so I only had to purchase one color of tint and still kept the color variation.
We needed a stack stone bench to be a better color to match the surroundings and this did the trick. Two coats gave us the perfect color. It went on easy with a spray bottle and instead of a roller we worked it in with a brush because of the very uneven surface of the stone.
Ony negative was the awful odor. Very glad our little bench was in an open entryway.

Easily applied with a low-pressure sprayer, roller or brush, the 9500 can be used on a variety of poured concrete substrates. Provides a flat, natural finish. Treated concrete will not change in appearance, color or texture.
Creates a long-lasting water-repellent surface that beads water.
I purchased 2 gallons of this product for my new home in which 2 areas were of concern to me: garage floor and crawlspace floor. I was concerned about moisture wicking up through the concrete and radon seeping in.
The Lithi-Tek 9500 is labeled to minimize both. In addition, the “densifying” ability intrigued me. I wanted a garage floor that repels moisture, stains, etc from various activities and have the protection applied when the concrete surface was new.
Same for the crawlspace floor. Once these 2 areas of concrete were poured, I waited about 4+ weeks (refer to the instructions re: “green concrete”) and had everything ready: 2 sprayers, bottles of distilled water and a floor brush to spread it.
Although it was newly poured concrete, I swept it clean and sprayed the first coat. It’s a learning experience as the first coat was sucked in like a sponge so when it was time for the second coat, the floor was damp dry with no puddles.
I went a bit faster on the second area and was able to spray 2 good coats on before the prior coat dried. Lesson 1: be ready to spray the second coat on before the first coat disappears in the slab. Lesson 2: in areas with minimal air exchanges (e.
g. crawlspaces) I would recommend a dehumidifier after allowing the material to set for a few days. The absorbed solution evaporated over a period of weeks so the cardboard boxes I placed on the surface became damp on the bottom.
This was my naivete as there is no longer any moisture coming up through either slab on which Lithi-Tek 9500 was applied. I have a continuous radon detector on order: Airthings View Plus and will update when I have some long term data.
I am hoping that this will mitigate some of the Radon seeping up through the slabs.
Protect and beautify your exposed aggregate concrete with a wet looking, high-gloss sealer. Your concrete will look better than new. Eagle Gloss Coat is also a durable protective coating, and the brown tone enhances the color of your exposed pea gravel.
Brown tinted for exposed pea gravel concrete High-gloss wet look Protects from water and salt damage and lessens rock popping Solvent based for best adhesion High solids acrylic co-polymer Cures and seals fresh concrete Seals and makes old concrete look new Seals concrete pavers 5 gal.
I bought 2, 5 gallon containers of this for my new house. I was quite excited until 24 hours later. The product did not live up to my expectations. Never developed the wet look but had an extremely strong odor.
This Water Glass Adhesive and Concrete Sealer by Rutland comes in a 1 gallon container and is 100 percent sodium silicate. This sealant may be used as an adhesive for gasketing, cartons, or labels, and helps control dust and resists stains as a cement floor sealer.
This sealer even serves as a preservative for eggs! Water Glass is a time proven, inexpensive adhesive, and meets Fed Spec 0-S605D Class I and ASTM D3400-85 Type III. Needs no heat to cure.
A friend of mine is adding a new two-car garage to his house. I told him about the concrete sealer and how I had used it when I built my house years ago. The floor still looked pristine when I sold it over 12 years later.
I got it as a gift for him to use when the floor is poured in two weeks.
I’m using it to seal home made low temperature fired pottery. It takes several coats on a polished piece, but so far so good. (Polishing the surface of the clay before firing it is also important on how well it seals.
I don’t think I’d expect it to seal more porous terracotta.
I used this at full strength as Water Glass, gluing a furnace combustion chamber into place and coating the whole chamber to give it better strength. It is a good value, and I will use the rest to seal some of my concrete.

Reviews From Real Customers
I am sorry to have read that people here have been having issues with the flowability of this product. Personally, I find this product flows very well and really gets into cracks and whatnot. So maybe some here are getting old product that is already on the dry side? The dry time depends on how much of a gap one needs to fill but even with a more deeper application I find that it only takes a few hours to dry.
Its dries as a rubbery concrete. The colour always tends to be a brighter grey at first but give it a few months and it will gradually darken due to the elements. You will most likely have to reapply every 5 years or so, at least if you live in an area that has winters.
But once again, if you get this product in proper form it is very easy to apply, anyway. Definitely easier than constantly having to remove the weeds that emerge within the cracks or gaps between my concrete slabs.
The Armor AR500 is a solvent based high gloss acrylic concrete sealer designed to seal and enhance concrete and paver surfaces. The durable, non-yellowing high gloss finish offers superior resistance to rain, the sun, cold and hot climates, stains and more.
When applied to dull or faded surfaces it will help to enhance the natural characteristics. It can be applied to unsealed surfaces, or to surfaces previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic sealer.
Looked great when first applied. Now after winter the wet look is gone and there is a white chalk that covers all the stamped concrete and won’t come off. Looks like we ruin our concrete. Very disappointed!.

There are many different types of concrete sealers on the market, so it is important to choose the right one for your patio. A good sealer will protect your patio from the elements and help it to last longer.
It is important to read the labels on the sealers to make sure that they are compatible with the type of concrete that you have. Applying a sealer is a simple process, but it is important to follow the directions on the label.
Once the sealer is dry, it will create a barrier that will protect your patio from the weather and wear and tear.
