Anyways, these are amazing. I’ve used them for over a year and get the best results. I have washed them many times and they always hold up. Here is how I use it: I first oil cleanse with the Clean it Zero cleansing balm, then I’ll go in with the halo and remove the bulk of my makeup, very helpful with the mascara.

Then I’ll go in with the Fresh Soy Cleanser, or CeraVe acne cleanser for my hormonal breakout days. That is how you’re supposed to use these. They are not meant to completely wipe away makeup, you still need to cleanse.

That being said, sometimes I just wear mascara and nothing else. If I want to take it off with this with just water, it works beautifully. You have to gently move upwards with this on your lashes and go up and down to remove it completely.

Don’t rub harshly. Be gentle and you’ll remove the makeup cleanly without a lash falling out. I love the reusable aspect of these and the longevity. It’s great for on the go, if you need to remove liquid lipstick immediately or mascara from the gym, etc.

These work great! You should gently rub the makeup off and not rub your face so hard. Sometimes I do find myself still reaching for my makeup melting cleanser to get waterproof mascara off. I have thrown these in the washer a few times and notice they’re not as soft as when you first buy them which is to be expected.

They feel a little rougher after putting them through the washer. Maybe I wash them too hard, who knows. Overall, it works with water besides for mascara. I’d have to rub pretty hard to get the mascara off which is a no no so I just use a cleanser to get the excess off.

I am a professional fiber optic cable splicer, the fiber is made of glass and is very fine. Communications fiber is typically found with coatings applied which protects and allows quick identification.

These coatings must be removed from the glass to fusion splice two fibers together. Hair, like fiber, is very thin and can become a splinter causing pain and infection. I have many tweezers because I’m always looking for the perfect pair. I’ve never purchased Tweezerman because they seemed very expensive and I’ve been hurt before. Well, let me say, I was wrong about that.

The tweezers are a good size to fit comfortably in my hand, they’re sturdy and they come in a little storage tube, which will be much better than the open ended cover I have for other tweezers. I knocked out a bushy underbrow in just a few swipes and the tweezers made it much easier.

Imagine my surprise when I felt extra resistance on my first tweeze only to come away with THREE eyebrow hairs! That’s some holding power. I didn’t have to squeeze them to death to get a good grip, great to reduce fatigue when there’s a lot of tweezing to be done.

The angle had some leeway too, I hate when you have to align the tweezer juuuusssstttt right to avoid breaking a hair or missing it completely.

OMG! Love the packaging, first of all, I was excited to receive my items and when I first opened it I see tiny little pink shape hearts. I got the bundle, a lot of goodies and have not used them yet but will soon.

This is my first time trying them out and I have been following them for a long time and decided to finally get me a set. Now, the pure white is WHITE! I don’t know yet if I recommend this product due to me not using it yet but hopefully, I can do an update for everyone soon.

I adore this color! It is a true pillow top dream. I suppose upon purchase I did not know it had such sparkle. I paired it with sterling dip powder which was sparkle with sparkle. No complaints! I have been DIY for over 3 decades when DIY wasn’t cool.

Love this color. It’s a really gray/nude color but not totally gray, not totally beige. It’s the perfect “graige”. And it not milky or transparent. It’s very opaque. I loved it the second it was on. It’s on the lighter side so it pops on the fingers.

Perfect neutral. I’m a pale, kinda gothy white chick and it looks good against my skin tone. I imagine this would look good on anyone. Sometimes nude colors look weird against my skin but this one is nice.

Even my husband was like, “that’s a nice color. ” So when a dude notices, I think that’s a good sign.

I had never used watercolor pencils before. So out of the box, I used them like soft colored pencils, with cross-hatching and a mix of heavy and light lines, and limited shading. They were really comfortable, enjoyable pencils to sketch with, and very responsive to light pressure.

Then I read through the instructions and realized what “water color” actually meant. I went back to my test sketches, and filled in depth of shading and color mix using just my licked thumb. Even using non-watercolor paper, the blending was extremely easy and effective, and looked good even with my lack of experience.

I have not done any watercolor painting for years, except for woodworking projects. I primarily sketch with pencils, and having this new tool in my art box is incredibly helpful, enjoyable, and opens up many interesting challenges.

Initially, I would like to apologize for the nostalgic reference: however, about 45 years ago, I remember buying a couple of Faber-Castell colored pencils. Still imprinted in my memory are their vibrant colors.

So, after receiving the Faber-Castell Albert Durer watercolor pencils I was awed to see that the bright pigmentation quality had not degraded over the decades. In dry technique drawing, even with slight pressure, the light colors are intense and transparent while remarkably without any individual stroke visibility on paper, while the dark colors are vibrant and opaque.

When combined with calligraphy Indian ink the pencil colors neither smeared nor blurred. In wet technique (brush drawing), following sandpapering the pencils’ pigments granulated finely and the presentation was wonderfully smooth and soft on the paper.

I’m thrilled with this watercolor pencils and only sad that I waited so long to try them. Like most Faber-Castell pencils, these are great quality and have vibrant colors. I find them great for travel sketching and it’s a lot of fun to later “activate” sketches with a wet brush.

The pencils are smooth in the page as well. Overall, I’ve had a lot of fun “discovering” these pencils and finding creative ways to use them. Highly recommend!.

I had been using tapered blending brushes from another brand for a while now and it didn’t blend any of my shadows to a soft edge. I saw some reviews on Sigma brushes online and decided to give it a try.

it works miracles! I like to do a dry brush blending and it softens the edges of my shadows perfectly without being too large for my eye size/shape. I have dome shaped very hooded and protruding eyes, and it works wonderfully! I also love using this brush to apply a sheer layer of a powder or matte nude to help set my eyeshadow primer.

the bristles are super soft, smooth, and doesn’t irritate my skin. I have sensitive skin with eczema. the brush is easy to wash and doesn’t trap residue, everything washes off with ease. the brush shampoo is also fragrance free which is a huge win for me since I have both asthma and hand eczema.

totally worth it!.

I actually received this brush in a brush set for Christmas of 2020. a year ago. & I absolutely love this brush for blending my transition color in my crease. Sigma brushes are the best brushes you can buy in my opinion.

They blend & apply like a dream! They are durable, amazing quality, & they make makeup application a lot easier & less of a hassle. They are definitely worth the price point & they totally live up to the hype.

First time using major body paint. Was recommended this brand from numerous professional cosplayers. Was thoroughly impressed with the quality, the coverage, the ease of use. Paired with the sealant spray and setting powder.

Held up pretty well for a full day of convention. 6-7am paint went on, 8-9pm washed paint off. Contact points started to fade throughout the day. (Underarms, fingers, bangles on my arms, etc. But some of that I attribute to my inexperience.

) Overall extremely happy with the quality. Will recommend and use again.

Caveat – only tried 2 colours once each. I bought this because I was beginning to get a reaction to my green snazaroo face paint (red was ok) and I use them regularly for morris dancing. I asked around for recommendations and this brand was suggested for colour and skin care.

So far so good. The colours look great – less lurid than the others, and no skin reaction. We’ll see how it goes. Only reason it’s not 5* was that it took a while to come.

I bought this for my Spooktober projects and I got disappointed: you can not actually put all colours everywhere you want to on your face and body 😐 The warning on the packaging says: Do not use red, yellow and orange around the area of the eyes.

Do not use blue or green on the lips. If you have sensitive skin or dislike heavy staining, please make sure to follow this warning. I bought it so I could drench myself in red, but hey thank god for my carmine based Chanel red eyeshadow collection, I could actually do my full look combined with this in the end.

The product applies nicer with little water also once it’s dry on your body, it barely stains clothing or objects 🙂 However I could not get the red out of my skin toned bra, in the gentle wash cycle.

I have yet to try soaking it. Be mindful.

2 week review: I got my car broken into and the only thing of value was stolen, my makeup bag. Ouuuuch. But alas I needed some makeup replacements, FAST. Since I have some items like my concealer and foundation are $$$$, I needed to save somewhere.

And like you, I stumbled on Karity. I was SKEPTICAL to say the least. But after a couple non influencer reviews, I took my chances. Product: 15 Nudes + Rudes This has become my go-to basics palatte for every day and to build off if it.

The fact this particular palatte comes with a mirror is invaluable since I am using it often. Colors: AS shown. This powder is great and a generous amount, each pod about the size of a quarter. Tips: This shadow blends and builds BEAUTIFULLY.

While I consider it pigmented, if you want it to look as in pod, use a primer or use a couple strokes. Without primer, this goes on as shown after 3 or 4 passes and stay on better than most shadows without primer.

This blends better than any shadow I’ve used. At less than $2 a shadow, this palette is a steal. Cons: um. it’s a big palette? Due to the amount of product you get, this may not fit in a tiny makeup bag ::cough::IPSY::cough:: but honestly, get a bag to fit this palette if you rock the neutrals.

This palette is not only superb for a neutral color lover but it works wonderful for even those who love color like myself! The shades and formula’s are just wonderful! If you’re looking for a great neutral look, THIS is your palette! It would be amazing for weddings and for those subtle yet sophisticated looks.

Also, look at the great price for such a lovely palette! I definitely recommend this to everyone to add in their collection.

The colors in this palate are beautiful and neutral. Makes a really pretty smoky eye or everyday wear. The powder does fall some (not terrible) while applying your eyes, so make sure you don’t do your eye concealer or foundation prior to eye shadow administration.

The texture of the eye shadow is amazing. It’s not a powder, but not a gel either. I always apply primer first. Good price, good product.

A must buy – set is super worth it considering that the expert face brush, blush brush and sponge alone are already $52 if purchased individually. Blush brush is super soft and fluffy – doubles up well as a powder brush too.

Face brush works great with cream and liquid formulas (tried with cream blush and it blends like a dream). Love how soft these brushes are but I find that the smaller brushes (crease and small setting brush) are not as well made.

Setting brush was fraying a little but it’s still holding up well so far. No comments on the sponge as I don’t use it very often. Would purchase this set again!.

I bought the brush not knowing what I actually wanted to use it for. It’s really too soft for a powder brush. So I started using it as a blush brush. I absolutely love it for that. I get beautiful color that is light and natural looking.

Another thing I noticed and like is that I can put my blush on the brush and it stays in the bristles for several days, yet it still deposits however much blush I want on my face. When I buy brushes again, I will be getting a few more of these.

This will make an excellent bronzer brush.

Rather than using my fingers to apply makeup the time has come to buy some brushes. The product comes in a retail box, meaning it would be ideal as a gift. It comes in a hassle free packaging. I bought the following1 x Real Techniques Concealer Brush1 x Real Techniques Expert Face Brush1 x Real Techniques Powder BrushWhen I went to the YSL shop, instead of paying 40 per brush I was advised that these Real Techniques brushes were as good as the YSL ones.

Big praise for these cheap brushes. As I had no bushes I was advised to buy the above as my core set. The brushes feel and look great. The metal banding across the middle screams quality. The bristles are fine but strong.

Im not an expert at these things but having tried a friends and then the ones at YSL these are really up there with the best. My friends cheap ones smudged the foundation onto my face and the concealer brush left lines.

These brushes however were faultless. Even for a someone with no experience with these things, I made it look easyTo all the haters out there who are screaming that the product is fake. Please check who is selling the product.

brought it due to good reviews. it is functional to what i want, as an eye liner and will try to use it for my brows. it’s brush is so soft and remain as it is after wash. the only – 1/2 star is that it is a bit pricey but worth getting as it is a product true to itself.

This mat is huge! I was really surprised, honestly, by how large it is. The thing is, that just makes cleaning brushes easier. The cleaning areas are big enough for every size brush I have, also excellent since I have some really large powder brushes.

It’s so nice not to have to twist my wrist so much anymore to clean brushes which is what I had to do with the smaller mat I had. Storing the mat isn’t so bad either, since it’s silicone. I just roll it up and leave it with my brush tower (also from Sigma!) Kind of wish I hadn’t hesitated to buy this one first, haha.

This is hands down the most effective cleaning mat I’ve ever had.

I have heard a lot of Youtubers talking about this product before deciding to give it a try. I thought my brushes were clean with multiple rounds of washing and rinsing using my fingers and soap. However, this mat cleans my brushes better with fewer repeats, while keeping the bristles in better shape than using my fingers.

While this mat might not be essential, it would definitely make your life better and easier, if you like using a lot of cream/liquid, tacky or staining products.

The shade matches my skin very well and wears beautifully all day. It’s easy to layer from sheer(ish) finish to full coverage. You really don’t need any primer with this foundation. It’s scentless, which is a big plus.

The bottle is nice as it’s light, durable and pretty small. My only real complain about this product is the pump: either you get nothing out or your get a full load. The pump is so stiff that you really can’t press it only halfway down, and for me it means I always waste about 50% of the stuff as I only need half of the amount that does come out.

I enjoy how WATERPROOF this product is. I sweat, constantly, for 8h, at my job. With some primer, this makeup is basically wind and tears proof. Without primer, it blows off your face in odd wind patterns.

This is a durable, medium coverage product, matte foundation. I continue to buy it. I have tried things like, Kryolan tv paint stick as an alternative to this, but that stuff like, IMMEDIATELY melted in sweaty beads off my face, even set with powder.

So, I combine the paint stick with the Face Atelier, and use the paint stick as basically highlighter- not an all over coverage.

This is my second purchase of this foundation and I wear the Cocoa shade 10. In MAC Im around NC 45 if that helps anyone. This makeup is silicone based, so with wearing the right moisturizer almost any skin type can wear this foundation.

Primer is not needed. The only problem with this foundation is if you are extremely oily or in humid weather I would not recommend. I see why this foundation is MUA favorite, especially for doing brides on their special day.

When I look at my pics – I get so many compliments on my skin and not just my makeup. It makes you face look so ethereal looking. Challenging part is choosing the right shade, but Im glad the company decided to sell adjusters so if you are a little lighter or darker, the shade can be adjusted.

The down side, it is a pricey line but worth it. Did I mentioned that this is the best foundation ever, ever ever!.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the size 12 round brush! I appreciate its point and snap. It holds a decent amount of paint and water and has good flow (not as much as a sable, of course ).

I will be using it for plein air times, as it’s not so precious as sable but gets the job done. I understand why so many painters use this workhorse brush year after year. I plan to buy a couple more.

As an oil painter, I use the Princeton Heritage liner for all of my rosemaling strokes. This liner brush holds paint better than a round brush and produces long strokes without interruption. It splays effortlessly with pressure and yet returns to a fine point.

Size 4 is versatile for most projects. The Princeton Heritage brushes are my first choice for rosemaling.

just experimented with both brushes so far. Really love the good point on the 8 and the fine lines. minimal liquid plops at end of stroke. The #6 doesn’t point quite as well, but still should work well for fine detail work.

I really like the amount of spring in the Heritage brushes. I find them easy to control.

I have been wearing Lancome Color Design Eyeshadow for years. More recently I have been struggling to find the perfect color as the colors I have worn continue to be discontinued. I love pink pearls -it is a beautiful shade of soft pink that I love to use to highlight my brow bone and lid.

I recently tried Snap and Click -and surprisingly love both of them -they are soft shades that look beautiful and apply seamlessly -I one or the other in the crease of my eye -they make my eyes sparkle.

Just enough color to enhance my eyes, with not too much color as to be overwhelming. Thank you Lancome for the perfect eyeshadow.

After purchasing the Holiday Collection Bundle in 2016 – I fell in love with the neutral eyeshadow palette. The downside to that was the fact that NONE of the eyeshadow colors were listed on the back of the palette.

So my affection for one particular shade left me on a limb when trying to replace that color with a current product from the Lancome line of products. The eyeshadow that I absolutely was in love with was a peach tone that looked amazing in the warm color tones.

With my fingers crossed – I called the customer help line for Lancome and shared my dilemna. With seeral suggestions from the representative, I decided that Passion Glow was the best match for the color I wanted to purchase.

Taking a risk, I ordered the shadow and hoped it would fit the bill. While it wasn’t an exact match – Passion Glow has seriously become a staple in my makeup bag. The texture goes on so smooth without any creasing.

The color is perfect for matching with ANY of my neautral tones color products. It stays on all day, and I have had so many compliments on this one shade of shadow!! I can’t say enough about how much I love this shade of eyeshadow!! If you are looking for an amazing ‘base’ color – Passion Glow fits the bill.

I’ve been using Lancom Color Design Sensational Effects individual Color eyeshadow since 2007. I’m very disappointed in the discontinuing of this product. I only used certain colors of this eyeshadow.

Now, you are going to palettes which is more expensive and have colors I would never used. Now, I have go to a different makeup counter.

Embryolisse is an absolute favorite of mine for all things skincare. I have tried their sensitive skin moisturizer and love it, but this is the richer concentrated cream, which I am currently using and have fallen in love with.

I especially like the simplicity of Embryolisse cream – from the color-coded, non-gimmicky packaging, to the natural, tried and true ingredients – shea butter, aloe vera, soy proteins. This is another multi-tasker, that can be used as a primer as well as a moisturizer and makes a great base for make-up and can also be applied slightly more generously as a mask.

It does not have a very thick texture but is fairly fluid making it easy to absorb into the skin. At the same time, it still manages to be a very rich cream, so even my dry skin feels really moisturized, supple and soft, and I can achieve this result very quickly because it goes on so easily.

This makes it a great cream for both morning and night. Unlike the sensitive version, the concentrate has a mild floral scent, probably jasmine, which I really like. Those who react to scents might prefer the unscented product.

I am glad we are seeing more of Embryolisse in Australia; it is a really lovely French brand – they do seem to nail the skincare- and although it is not the cheapest out there at about $41, it is certainly more affordable than many others and actually delivers results.

I was also pleased to learn that it is cruelty-free (although not vegan) which is reassuring and means I can purchase again with a clear conscience!.

I wear lashes every single day. Even if I’m barely wearing any makeup, lashes make me feel confident and so beautiful. I received House of Lashes Iconic Mini Lashes, Iconic Lashes Iconic Lite Lashes for free from @Influenster in exchange for my honest review.

I LOVE THE MINI!!! The band is thick so they did not break like lots of other lashes when removing them from the plastic. They were easy to apply and there was no need to trim because they fit my eyes perfectly, something that most other lashes don’t do.

They were very comfortable to wear, I was able to wear them all day and night. They provided enough volume so I could go from day tonight very easily without having to change lashes, which is some thing I truly loved.

I will be stocking up on these lashes. These are my new favorite lashes and I recommend everybody who has smaller eyes and that have to trim lashes to go get them. I felt the same about the iconic lashes which were the same exact lashes as the mini, except that I had to trim them before I put them on, so if you have larger eyes and you like volume those would be perfect for you.

The Iconic Lite lashes were OK. Not as thick as I like my fake lashes. Very thin, I was even told like I wasn’t wearing any lashes. You can’t even see them in the picture. If you like really thin lashes, then these are for you but for me, I prefer thicker ones All three lashes are great so if you’re looking for a new lash that is easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and are beautiful, then go get your self some of these lashes.

easy to apply, i applied these with my @houseoflashes Lash and Dash Crystal Clear Eyeliner Adhesive which made it was even easier. these lashes are super comfortable and lightweight. i love that these feel like they’re your real eyelashes once you put them on, they’re soft and stay perfectly in place for a long time.

these are a bit pricey for me but not as pricey for being high end lashes. if taken care of properly you’re suppose to be able to wear these up to 15 times or more so they’re worth it. i love that these lashes are handmade, cruelty-free, vegan and eco-conscious.

So let me preface this by saying I’m an absolute NOVICE when it comes to false lashes! I would even go so far as to say that they intimidate me a little bit. But I’m generally game to try most any kind of beauty product and work on a new skill.

I’ve only tried on one pair so far: the mini pair – smallest of the trio I received (from #Influenster in exchange for my honest review). It took a little work but I managed to get them on with a minimum of tears and fussing.

I instantly loved how lush my lashes looked! I already have long, fair colored lashes, but fullness is difficult without a ton of mascara. This little pair of falsies sure did the trick, though! I even managed to keep them on for a full half day (I was singing on a video shoot, a risky first trial).

While they occasionally bothered me a bit, I think that was mostly due to one of them being a little bit crooked (my fault during application). The only downside is that they would occasionally brush up against my glasses.
