A very nice and complete set of the 68 special. I have listened to most of it and the audio is top notch sounds great. I had to take the plunge and buy it especially when the price had dropped. Worth every penny.

This is Elvis at his best. But then again I love all his stuff.

Awesome collection of the ’68 Comeback Special footage and music. Highly recommended. Love the natural feel and candid humor that Elvis and the band had during the sit down shows. Left no question why he left such a significant mark and influence on music.

I bought this for my 5yo’s birthday, he is learning some early math concepts and beginner addition and subtraction at school. This game is nice because it can grow with him, he can play in more complex ways as his skills grow.

At the moment, it’s not his preferred game because it’s a bit challenging, but I think he will play it more and more as he grows. Well made. Sturdy and attractive.

Play this with our 6 yr old grandchild. Bought it when he was 5 he loves it . He is learning math doesn’t even realize it. I play it alone too!

Good game for younger kids practicing their basic math skills. Box says 6+ for age. My daughter is 8 and this got boring real fast. Thought it might be nice for continuous addition and subtraction practice, but she looses interest too quickly.

I bought this to use with my students. I work as an educational therapist with children who have learning differences. I love to incorporate games into our sessions to reinforce concepts. This game came recommended from other therapists.

Bought this for a Christmas Present for the family a year ago and everyone can play. Grandpa can play against the kids and no problem with challenge level. Well made and should last for a couple of generations.

I had been looking for years for this type of countdown timer. This was a find, and at a good price. I still like my older timers with just a single push to get a 15, 30 or 60 min. auto off, but at least I found this auto off to be certain appliances are not left on by accident.

I often use this type of timer for charging my battery drill, or string trimmer. Leaving it plugged in all time, even after it reaches charge makes me nervous. Feel the heat coming from the charger just resting there; with the battery fully charged! This timer also has a three conductor plug!.

Does exactly what I bought it for. Set a small space heater to medium (1000w) and punch it for 30 minutes in the morning in my bathroom. I don’t worry about my electric bill skyrocketing because I forget to shut it off.

When i bid on this movie i thought that it would be just another stupid movie that spoofs other movies. I was wrong about the stupid part! It was incredibly funny. One of the top 5 funniest movies I have ever seen! It has many immature sexual jokes involving a nerdy player and coach Fields which is absoluteley hilarious! I RECCOMEND YOU BUY THIS MOVIE! Great family game. The rules can be adjusted to make it as easy or as difficult as you like. Grandkids loved the action-everyone gets their own dice to toss. Good quality construction and very few parts to lose ( you can always find other dice).

The kids are honing their math skills and don’t even know it! This would be a great game to have in a classroom as well.

I purchased this because it looked like a back brace that heat up. The photo makes it look like it’s solid and not flimsy like it actually is. I just opened it maybe not even an hour ago. The box was not taped and there was no plastic or covering around the heating pad, I’m still wondering if mine was a returned or opened item however the bottom of the outlet was wrapped in hard plastic.

I had to lay back on it just to feel the heat. I also had to put it directly on my skin to feel the heat, pull it down so my lower back could feel the heat and tuck it in my pants so it would stay. I was very excited to use this but I am very disappointed.

BTW make sure you’re next to outlet it needs to be plugged in the cord is average length. I would not recommend this.

This heating pad is amazing! The high setting gets very warm which is helping me get through a pulled muscle in my lower back. I felt huge relief on my first day of using it and I love how you can strap it to yourself in different ways to use on the upper back, shoulders, etc.

for future use. I do wish it was a little cheaper but for the use I will get out of it, it was pretty worth it. I can’t speak to the longevity of the heating pad so I will try to update if something happens.

I bought this months ago and it was super hot which was great for my sciatica. All of a sudden it stopped getting hot and was barely warm on high. I no longer have receipt so can’t return it. I went and bought the same one today and right out of the box it barely was warm on high! So I took the new one back.

I paid almost $50 for the first one and it should have held up longer. So disappointed. Are they all being made weak now? This will probably deter me from buying any more Sunbeam products unless they send me a replacement one.

I am willing to ship back old one in new box if so. If not, I won’t waste my money on your products anymore.

*WARNING: MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS* This is a great music documentary, which provides an excellent insight into the Dixie Chicks’ lives, both personally and professionally, as well as the current state of affairs of the country music industry business and the United States more in general.

For those of you that may not be quite so familiar with the Dixie Chicks: they are a contemporary country / pop band, made up of three galls from Texas (Natalie Maines (lead singer and guitar), Emily Robison (harmony vocals, dobro, banjo, lap steel, acoustic guitar) and Martie Maguire (harmony vocals, fiddle, viola, mandolin) plus their accompanying band.

After signing up with Sony in the mid / late ’90s, they made it big time. All of their CDs released (Wide Open Spaces, Fly, Home, Top of the World) are platinum best sellers. To date, they are the best selling female band in history.

In 2003, they were at the top of their game — they sang the National Anthem at the Super Bowl, their single “Travelling Soldier” was #1 at the charts. And then, all of a sudden, something very strange happened.

Some background: early 2003, President Bush was getting ready for war against Iraq. At the time, most Americans were supportive of President Bush. Not all Americans though: there was a growing anti-war movement, especially in Europe, but also inside America and elsewhere around the planet.

The Dixie Chicks were very much against the war – strangely so, when you consider their background as a traditional homegrown American country band – and had been discussing this for some time. Then, at a London venue (Sherpard’s Bush), at the eve of the war, Natalie blurted out the following twelve words: “Just so you know, we are ashamed that President Bush is from the United States.

” This is commonly referred to as “The Incident”. That quote was picked up the UK based newspaper The Standard, and subsequently reported in the US media. In short succession, the Dixie Chicks were widely dissed by conservative America: they were traitors since they were disrespectful of the American President, at the eve of a war of all things, they were unpatriotic, and moreoever they did all of this from a foreign country instead of on US soil.

And then more happened: country music radio, mostly controlled by big corporations, widely boycotted the Dixie Chicks. Concerts of the Dixie Chicks were no longer fully sold out at every venue. In the end, they even received death threats.

In spite of all that, the Dixie Chicks remained defiant, and this movie is about how they dealt with the aftermath of The Incident: they wrote the songs for their new album (Taking the Long Way), but on a more personal level also had children and raised families.

They lost many fans, but they also gained many: especially people who admire the Dixie Chicks for their outspokenness and courage. It is a wonderful movie, and like I said, warmly recommended, both to music and non-music lovers.

The Dixie Chicks are beautiful, wonderful, talented, admirable, and a force to reckoned with. *Disclaimer: this review is based on my review of the movie which I saw on the world premiere, last October, in Toronto, Canada – at the eve of their Toronto concert.

This DVD gives the public a side to the story that they may have never had the opportunity to hear before. While the remarks made were the honest opinions and feelings of the Dixie Chicks band members (along with many others), as Americans, we need to always keep in mind that what we express about our country, and our elected officials, outside of our borders, should be weighed very carefully.

I have always loved the Dixie Chicks. I am happy to see that Marti and Emily have chosen to continue with their own music. There is definitly an element of bravado missing in the overall sound and tone of the Courtyard Hounds, when compared to the Dixie Chicks, but I applaud their hearts and spirits to want to continue sharing their gifts even without Natalie.

murder-investigation, law-enforcement, lawyers, snarky, verbal-humor Reads like the 2018 SCOTUS incident gone extremely and horribly wrong. Add in problems with recently ex wife, a client who was railroaded seven years prior and currently on death row, and Andy’s other personal crises and you have everything about the book except Andy’s incorrigible snarkiness.

This is a very good read!.

A really good read! This is the first book in David Rosenfeld’s Andy Carpenter series. I am ordering all the rest of the series books.

Like his other books, this is a fun suspenseful novel. Dogs are only a slight side interest.
