I purchased this product after reading the reviews. I should have noticed these reviews were over 10 years old. This product is not a colon cleans, it is just your ordinary every day fiber supplement.

It is not pleasant to drink, but it is tolerable. I am going to return it. It did nothing different than my old fiber did, which was much more pleasant to drink.

As in the title, it is about the easiest way to go about getting a fair & decent Tablespoonful of DAILY FIBER. It may be taken twice or thrice daily. I do not go that far. However, I need to take a daily MEDICATION that I MUST EAT PRIOR TO TAKING the med.

Tell you, prior to the Med. , I take this in a tall glass & it fills my belly enough to “ACCOMMODATE” that medication. Assuredly, a plus side is the fact of regular bowel movements. I don’t know, is their a better way to properly state “going #2”.

I took one pill to start out with and went all day without feeling amy different. No difference in bloating. No need to use the bathroom, no cramps. I did however end up with the worst headache and nausea.

I spent the day in bed. None of the other reviews mentioned this as a side effect so i chucked it up to a bad day. The next morning my head is still kind of hurting but significantly less however I just had a sudden sneezing attack that feels like an allergic reaction.

Unless i’ve suddenly become allergic to my apartment I’m thinking its another side effect. Finally, i checked the underside of the bottle and the product they sent me is expired.

I have IBS and have suffered with it for a long time now. In my early years, I experienced mostly the bloating, gassy, diarrhea variant, but in the past 5 years or so, the constipation side of IBS has hit me hard.

I was looking for something that would release that bound up feeling inside and help alleviate some of the unpleasant symptoms, and this stuff seems to do the trick! The pills get the job done! Idk about the whole weight loss part but let me tell you DO NOT TAKE THESE PILLS WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO DO! For example I go to school Mondays and Wednesdays and work Friday,Saturday Sundays so I only take the pills Monday and Wednesday night.

The first three days I only took one I would only use the restroom once but I did have a lot of gas. Now after the 3rd day I started taking two! That stuff plays no games I was having stomach pains constantly like I literally thought I was dying I would constantly drink water too but still no change in the stomach pains.

So fair Ive been taking them for like like 2 weeks now and I think imma just throw the bottle away I cant deal with the stomach pains anymore. Oh I forgot to mention after taking two pills I would start to use the restroom 3 times a day but it was the most uncomfortable painful moment.

Hello, everyone, I must say I was a bit skeptical about this product. Everything in the past has failed to work as it said. I had read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I took 2 capsules as directed on an empty stomach, and two later about six hours and I could not believe it, the product worked! I was amazed! This product is wonderful especially if you have chronic constipation problems.

I purchased this product to try. 10 capsules. I was hoping this would help me go due to having some stomach issues that my doctor is aware of. I took this yesterday around 3 on an empty stomach and drank plenty of water.

Last night around 11 while sound asleep I woke up with extremely horrible stomach pain all over. The pain lasted for over 4 hours before it settled down with a few pain here and there. Still woke up this morning to more pain and I still can’t go.

I’ve been using Sculpt n’ Cleanse for about 6 years and its great! I have history of blockages and would be in and out of hospital. I waited a week after receiving this product to review it and I’m pleased. I’ve seen a big change in my bowl movements and in my lower tummy. After every meal I end up in the restroom and that’s fine with me.

I don’t get uncomfortable cramps as I have with other products. I personally didn’t feel comfortable taking this product before bed as suggested. I take it in the morning because I rather be in and out the restroom during the day rather than the middle of the night.

This pill really works great. My husband got this from Amazon and when he try to order it again but it was out of stock but I found it at walmart. com he was so happy to find this product here. Tried couple of detox products before that were more expensive, but this detox is my favorite so far. Price is very reasonable and I saw a dramatic change on my overall digestive system. I feel lighter, more energized, less bloated with a flattened stomach.

I would give this zero stars of I could. A few hours after I took the first tablespoon, I started getting nauseaus, having stomachache and throwing up. This product gave me food poisoning symptoms. I was throwing up and in serious pain all night.

So this is my first time writing a review, but after my second bottle, I am on this website to purchase my third and thought why not–this stuff deserves it anyway. like i said, ive already gone through two bottles.

The first bottle I took religiously and the second I just took every once in awhile to help keep the scoreboard even if i felt that it might have been awhile since i needed a little help in that department.

I have a lot of IBS symptoms, espcially around a certain week that comes monthly. Not only that, but I also am trying to lose weight. Not sure how much of this stuff helped with the weightloss because I was exercising and doing weight watchers at the same time, but if it helps I was losing weight.

I used a product by Dr. Group which had just increased in priced to double what this product cost and I thought I’d try this since the ingredients seemed to be the same. Group apparently does use a proprietary process of Ozonating his ingredients.

which this did not mention and perhaps it may be the reason for the difference? I did NOT get the same results from the same quantity of ingredients (grams/milligrams) as with the other product. This is MUCH milder and is perhaps better suited for a longer-term therapy than a quick cleanse which is what I was hoping for.

I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchase this product for my brother who has special needs and has been on medication since he was three years old. His medication like so many others have side effects and the main one is constipation.

His physical is always fine but trying to find a product to work with constipation was hard. This product was very easy to follow directions and his bowel movements was on a regular day to day. The bowel movements were soft and loose.
