Best Cold War Ffar Loadout (2024 Updated)

I’ve used my D10 for something like 2 years since ordering off of Newegg early on in the pandemic, and was very satisfied with the actual performance of the drive when using it as a secondary SteamLibrary unit.

Allocating disk space during Steam game installs can either be instantaneous, semi-fast, or agonizingly slow depending on the type of storage media you’re installing your game onto, and most HDDs tend to err on the agonizining slow slide of things–even the 7,200 RPM drives (especially the external drives) unless you’ve got a proper SATA setup going on.

Suffice it to say, the D10 is nothing like other HDDs insomuch as Steam library installations go. Every install that I’ve put on this drive has been on the instantaneous/very-fast side of things, and when you’re queueing up multiple games (especially if you’ve got several terabytes worth of titles you’re interested in putting in your download queue) this seemingly simple difference in space allocation speed can literally shave as much as 30-60 minutes of waiting time off of your queueing process if you’re lining up 30-40+ titles for download.

Not to mention, faster write speeds and space allocation also means there’s less of a hardware throttle/bottleneck on your download speeds; if you have 2. 5GB fiber optic like me, this can mean the difference in as much as 50-100MB/s of download throughput per second.

I have external SSDs (first generation, mind you) that are slower than my D10–this is one impressive HDD, and for the price its seriously hard considering buying anything else for the excellent performance.

I got mine on sale during Black Friday for something like $79–that’s a hair less than $10 per terabyte of storage. This is buy far the best price:performance ratio on any single piece of storage hardware (hell, maybe even just hardware in general) that I’ve ever paid for.

The only disk better for my money that I’ve bought is my SK Hynix P41 2TB @ $139, and that’s a Gen4 M2 clocking 7,000MBs both R/W that I was able to cop at a freakishly good Cyber Monday deal. So that’s saying something.

Unfortunately, I had to take off a star because I bought a brand new computer and with my new battlestation came a transition from Windows 10 to the new Windows 11. And now I can’t get my new computer to read my D10 WD_Black drive at all, no matter which USB port I plug it into–I’m using an ASUS Crosshair VIII, so all my ports are 3.

1 and 3. 2. And it’s not a Endpoints issue common with USB problems on Win 11; I’ve uninstalled all my other USB devices and left this the only one plugged in but it still won’t be recognized by the explorer shell.

If I plug it in to my Win 10 computer, however, it shows up just fine still. Talk about frustrating!! Sadly, I had to remove a star on the rating due to this serious compatibility issue, because I’ve downloaded all the suggested software and drivers/driver updates recommended in troubleshooting guides to zero avail.

I’m keeping my fingers cross that it’ll magically appear in explorer one day and I can once again enjoy this wonderful device. The performance difference while using these other spare external drives is massively noticeable when playing games, particularly when it comes to preloading textures and streaming cutscenes during gameplay.

The D10 was smooth as butter and absolutely mellifluous, and now I’m having to deal with macro and microstuttering on the older external SSDs that I’ve been forced to replace my D10 with in the meantime, and it’s an annoyingly disappointing nuisance.

I just want my D10 back in action! :(.

So, today I will be reviewing the WD P50 500 GB SSD game drive. I have been using this on my PS4 due to lack of space and multitude of games on my system, but this external SSD can be used with just about anything from your pc, PlayStation and Xbox.

This is a pretty solid SSD with a rugged metal shell with a plastic bottom with cut outs for heat dissipation. The SSD has one USB-C connector input but comes two cables, a USB-C to USB-C and a USB-C to USB-A cable and it is pretty much just play and play.

I was easily able to access the hard drive on my laptop as well as my PS4. So, like I had mentioned earlier I primarily got this to use with my PS4 and clean up some space on the unit by transferring some games over to the SSD and I was easily able to do so, but it did take some time.

It took nearly 2 hours to transfer over about 200 GB over to the SSD and I was still able to play the games from the SSD without any issues and my games actually loaded a lot faster then they before, so the transferring time made up for it on the loading end.

The SSD does advertise up to 2000 MB/s or 2 GB/s but you have to keep in mind that your equipment that you are using needs to be able to support that as well. For my purpose, using this on the PS4 actually worked out pretty well and my games did load up faster than before.

I also transferred some pictures that I had from my PC to the SSD and again I had no problem doing so and since the file sizes was relatively small, I was able to move those over in matter of minutes.

Overall, the SSD has worked out great, it has cleared up some space on my PS4 and has helped in loading my games faster as well as cleaning up some space on my laptop as well.

The whole COD series is great as you will see by my other reviews. Unfortunately it is hard for me to give COD Black Ops 4 a fantastic review as I played the newer games in the series first. Although saying that, I can definitely see how great this game would have been at the time of release and how todays games have been developed from this.

Recommended if you want to start you COD journey from the early days.

I bought this game when it first came out it for my husband on his xbox and i have been watching him play and i was so jealous that i didnt have it for myself. I wanted all the perks but didnt want to spend the extra cash.

well this was a STEAL! Season pass, cd points, all the bells and whistles, including custom made patches, pop socket and art work! This edition is better than the one i bought him, guess because i bought his as a downloadable version on his xbox so he only got the points, season pass and character content.

I am so over the moon about the amazing deal I scored! MUST BUY! But be warned that you will need to have a UK Playstation account to download the dlc content. I live in the states and I was unsure how to get my perks but it was super simple to set up another ps account with an email i already have and sign it in as another user on my playstation.

Since i have my ps4 set to primary all “users” can enjoy any content and games download to the ps4. It took a lil extra work but for the price its definitely worth it!! Thank you!!.

I’ve purchased all of the Call Of Duty games and this one is they only one I’ve enjoyed since Black Ops 3! You can customize your player in zombie mode. FINALLY!! Customizing characters and weapons will take a bit of getting used to but it’s not overly complicated.

I kinda wish they had more of the old weapons from Black Ops 3 but it’s not a big deal. One other complaint is if u play split screen the screens are so squished and u can’t stretch them out all the way to the edge of the screen, that’s makes it pretty difficult to read stuff and see things clearly.

I saw a lot of complaints about internet connection but it works great online for us so I really don’t know what ppl are talking about. Another complaint I saw was about small maps. really!? The ones I played (mainly zombies) so far are huge! So basically, don’t judge this game because of a few negative reviews, I almost passed it up because of that but I’m so glad I didn’t! Smooth game play and controls, tons of customization, bots available in zombie mode for local play, and of course great graphics.

First off this is a great turkey choke for beretta /benelli shotguns. People are saying they will not fit there shot guns. Just do some research before you nock this product and you will find out primos does make the choke in the optima and the Mobil choke tubes and yes beretta uses both of these tubes in different shotguns and that is why they work in some and not the others I think Cabela’s is offering the Mobil choke tube model and they should put In description so it would be less confusing.

I am not sure if they just carry the Mobil or if they can get the optima choke tube as well. It’s always best to call if your not sure about which tube to buy. I do know that they do make both models for the beretta / benelli shotguns.

And they do work great in them. I have pattern my beretta with 4 different types of turkey shotgun loads in 5 shot and all my shells shot awesome patterns with the jelly head choke tube. I can even shoot a good pattern at 50 yards which is way more than enough range to kill a turkey! So my suggestion if you want a good turkey choke this is it and also do a little research and find the one that works with your shotgun thanks.

I read some reviews about this choke and wanted to try it. Being that turkey season was in full swing, they were a little hard to find ” on the shelf “. Searching on line, I found a store in my general area that had some in stock the model indicated ” beretta/bennelli”.

After I picked up the choke, I discovered that it would not fit my Beretta extreme II. Now if a guy owns a few different Beretta’s, he might know the difference. I only own the extreme II, and as my x-wife would say ; ” I’m not always a deep thinker ” so did not realize that different models required different chokes.

Like I said, the choke was identified as ” beretta/bennelli “. I did manage to return the choke to the store for a refund. I contacted Primos by email to explain the problem, I also explained that I had wasted 3 hours of my time going to pick up the wrong choke.

I suggested that they should correct their labelling or have their distributors specify which guns their choke will fit. ” Bubba ” from Primos replied, ” yeah we have chokes for the extreme II “. That was it, no ” sorry that you wasted 3 hours of your time.

“. No ” thanks for the suggestion and we’ll look into the problem. ” or anything. My follow up email was a bit more “direct but polite “. It remains unanswered. I realize that Primos has a lot of products on the market.

Seeing their lack of follow up, I’ll be a bit more cautious before trying their other products. Is the ” JellyHead ” a good choke ?. I don’t know, I never got a chance to try it. Now I’m not sure that I’ll bother ordering one for my extreme II.

Tried and true. My daughter took her fourth turkey with a Remington 870 20ga 2 3/4” 4 shot at 32 yards very impressive the pattern this choke holds at that distance. Other chokes I could only pattern to 25 yards for good clean killing patterns Jelly Head patterned well to 35 and could have been farther.

With my daughters closer is always better. Take the time to call them in close even if it takes another day. No better way to spend time than in the woods.

Got the points to get some skins after purchasing a Mace operator skin by mistake smh. Don’t be like me and buy an operator by accident. Kudos for the quick email delivery by Best Buy.

Do not buy or support Xbox. They put their access code on your receipt which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Couldn’t find my receipt so now i Wasted $40 on a stupid card I can’t even activate or return.

I am a sucker for Warzone. i know we shouldn’t contribute to micro transactions because it makes the devs more lazy to focus on the game quality, but i had to do it anyways because of a bundle pack i really wanted in the game.

This is the triple O. G. Black ops game for all us C. O. D. Players out there. World at War originally started the zombies for C. O. D; that goes way back, but what hyped it up all these years for zombies.

Is this game right here. Zombies was the shitacki mushrooms on this game. I enjoyed every single second of it. All the maps were soo original, and the effects even back then, were out of this world. My all time favorite zombies maps: Moon, and Ascension.

Moon: Having the best Easter egg out of all the maps in the B01 series, and the most Bad*bleep wonder weapons. Let alone from doing the Easter egg, you get to blow up Earth, and watch Samantha plot her revenge.

That within itself is a lot of *bleeps. (:Ascension: Why this is my all time favorite, and possibly every fan favorite’s is because, it really set the tone for every zombies map after that. Not only did the Easter egg reveal to us players that Samantha’s true identity is a demonic being, but this is really where it started engrossing a lot of fans.

Which led to us expecting an Easter egg for every DLC after that. This is such a great game, and every black ops game after that. If you’ve never played this, or it’s series. You should. You’d love every second of it.

I was very upset to learn there are many features not available in this game for the WII edition. One of the main reasons was to play zombies, although you can there is no split screen so it’s only single player.

(Don’t forget the vending machine behind the bar for a revive) the only perk to one player zombies. It’s only one zombie map too. Online modes work but no 2 player for missions or training. Cheat codes don’t seem to work either, in the main screen you can escape from the chair and access a computer to enter them but they don’t work.

I got classic controllers for the game and in zombies they only let you pick from several pre set controls you can’t customize so they are kind of awkward. Game play is ok but I always preferred MW cod.

The turning side to side is slow aiming and you can’t cycle through killstreak rewards which is annoying. I’d like to be able to use a uav before an airstrike to increase it’s effectivness. If these are things you’re looking for get a different cod or buy it on a different platform that supports it.

I should of checked myself but didn’t think at all split screen wouldn’t be supported so kind of shocked.

I’ve always wanted a copy of this game when I was young. Now I finally got it. I bought it brand new and the case was good. Once I open the case the clips of the case broke at the bottom now I need to re glue the small pieces.

Also game disc had a few scratches on it. I’m not sure maybe the cased might scratched it? However the scratches doesn’t affect the gameplay. Overall highly recommend this to your call of duty collection.
