I admit that it was the discounted offer that tempted me to try the Iconic drinks. I was really pleased to view the various flavors beyond just chocolate and vanilla. As a pescatarian, I need to increase my protein options.

The immunity coffee featured 3 different flavors. It consisted of the dark roast, the caffe latte and the mocha flavored. The dark roast was the best, being rich and creamy. The caffe latte did not disappoint as well.

It was tasty and kept me wanting more. The mocha flavor did not meet my expectations. The mocha flavor was hard to detect and it seemed a little bland. All in all, I would recommend the Iconic immunity coffee.

I’ve been a fan of Iconic products for a long time so when they release this Dark Roast coffee, I was so excited! The grab and go bottles make it much easier to pack in my lunch box and take to work.

This product is plant based AND tastes good. Sometimes there are some plant based products that taste weird since there’s no artificial sweeteners but that’s not the case here. There is no bitter or chalky after taste either! I love that it’s coffee that includes protein and vitamins.

You truly get a good blend for your buck!.

Now this I have something to say about. I am so disappointed. I had a bag oh this back earlier in the winter ~ and I LOVED it! Whether I used it alone, or added just a bit to the reg coffee that I had here ~ (to make it last longer!) But this bag, again ~ just nothing.

Cannot tell the difference from the Focus, or the coffee I was previously using (which was French vanilla flavored). Again, not by taste or smell. I was really looking forward to it. So much so that I bought 2 bags.

One is in the freezer. Hoping that when I get to that bag, it will be good like that first one was. Btw, the mct creamers which I bought the first time ~ not thrilled with those, either. I finally mixed the plain and the flavored one together, just to get them used up, but I still have to add the same amount of (bad for me, I know) non-dairy flavored creamer as always ~ just to make it drinkable.

I love Laird’s coffee creamers but had never tried their coffee, until now. I was just about to run out of my organic medium roast ground coffee when I got an e-mail from Laird’s that their Focus Functional Medium Roast Ground Coffee was on sale, so I decided to try it.

My organic coffee was too weak, which I didn’t like, but Laird’s Focus coffee is robust and pairs beautifully with Laird’s coffee creamers and organic coconut sugar. AND, it does Not upset my stomach like other brands that I have tried in the past.

I only drink coffee 2-3 times a week, but I noticed how much energy I have after drinking Laird’s Focus coffee. It keeps me going all day! I love that the Arabica ground coffee and the lion’s mane mushroom extract are organic, although, it would be great if the coffee cherry powder and the rhodiola rosea extract were also organic.

But still a great coffee that is gluten free, non-GMO, vegan, dairy free, soy free, and has No artificial anything. I will definitely buy again!.

Good as any other decent brand of coffee. Maybe it’s less acidic? I would have to do a side by side taste test with my regular coffee. But I can’t really afford these specialty coffees – I save money by getting my quality brands at the nearby discount warehouse, or Costco.

This was a splurge. Also, I’ve been adding the Laird tumeric supercreamer (another splurge) which lends an interesting flavor. It’s pretty good as well, but you have to stir when it gets toward the bottom or you’ll wind up with a layer of “sediment.

Where do I even start with Franklin’s Finest coffee? Words can not describe this instant type coffee; however, I will try my best. Every time I get this cup of coffee ready, my senses tingle with anticipation knowing I’m getting only the best and boldest on the market.

I carefully and precisely measure the perfect amount from the resealable pouch with my spoon and, ever-so-gently, coax the grounds into my coffee cup. Well finally decided to try out the Franklin Coffee. They claim that there are 60 servings in a pouch. Unfortunately I believe that these servings are for 5. 5 ounces per cup. We usually drink ten to 12 ounce cups.

No big deal just something to remember. So for us first time using a one teaspoon serving, it was colored water. So being instant added another teaspoon and mixed it into the cup. Taste, it definitely is NOT brewed coffee.

That said it is not bad, especially since one can add more to it, in order to make it stronger. Whereas with brewed coffee if it is to weak, you are stuck with it, pot or whatever. Unless you have some instant to add to it.

My husband and I were very impressed with the variety of the foods in the Buckets and instructions are easy to follow. We purchased the 6 month supply plus the coffee (good bargaining item). The cost was less then other places I had checked on.

Also had seen this advertised on GETTER! Mentioned to my daughter as she had bought from another program and Patriot was cheaper then what she had bought. Deciding what you wanted was also very easy to choose from and we selected the 6 month.

I think this is my 6th year ordering HealthWise. If you are a folgers drinker, I will tell you, I had been a bit addicted to the acidic bite and smell of Folgers. I opened both and wow – the fragrance of the HW was so incomparably less chemical – it was shocking.

Now, I can barely stand when I drink Folgers at a friends – It is like the difference between high quality butter and margarine, or cheap chocolate bunnies and really good quality chocolate. Yep, one saves money and is Folgers is easy to come by – but better quality HW wins hands down.

And for price scoffers – 3 coffees from Starbucks pays for a can of this. Love that it is packed in shelf-stable vacuum sealed traditional tin can. Helps preserve flavor!.

Not unless you drink 6 oz cups and/or don’t mind weak coffee. When I use my standard amount for making a good mug of coffee, this stuff tastes ok, not great, though I know it’s healthy by the absence of acid-related discomforts.

For the price what you’re getting is ok but not great. For near-great low acid coffee you might want to try Puroast. You get more coffee, a bigger bang for the buck, and it is tastier, with no claims about getting an exaggerated number of cups of coffee.

I have been trying to find a completely caffeine free coffee for a really long time. I would prefer if this were organic, but I was so glad to just be able to drink coffee again. I prepare using an aeropress so I couldn’t comment on regular brewed flavor, but I find it to be mild, no bitterness, fragrant, and no noticeable symptoms from caffeine that even most decaf’s or teas cause me.

I wish the decaf coffees would all just state up front how much caffeine is in their “decaf” because it isn’t always as low as this product. I appreciated that they say 99. 9% caffeine free. This is a good product for people who can’t handle caffeine and miss their coffee.

It’s not strong, but like I said, I didn’t brew it the regular way. The flavor is pretty good.

The site states that each packet makes approximately 8-10 cups of brewed coffee. However, if I put my home coffee maker on the “bold” setting, I can get 12 cups out of one packet. You can also let it cool to room temperature, place it in the fridge overnight or add ice to make iced coffee.

This coffee has the most amazing aroma. It smells like it’s freshly ground coffee – they do such a good job with the packaging at preserving the flavor. These pre-portioned packets of medium roast make it easy to brew a whole pot of coffee, but you can also brew individual servings and store the extra in an air tight canister for later use.

WOW! buying in this bulk is the way to go when purchasing coffee. The only ting we did was add more water to our coffee maker. 100% as you get at any restaurant these days, but at a lower cost INDEED!!! If yo have a lot of people to serve this is the way to purchase French Vanilla Coffee here.

I have bought a couple bottles of Caf-Lib instant ‘coffee’ and I’ve always liked it, but wasn’t thrilled by it. I’ve become a bit of a coffee junkie lately (Something new and recent! I’ve never really liked drip coffee and would, when I did bother to have a cup, stick to instant.

Darn McCafe! and too much time to sit around and drink coffee. ) But now I have decided to forego the caffeine and beans again. When I saw this ‘dark roast’ Caf-Lib I just jumped on it. I’ve never seen it as a dark roast.

And it is good. I’m not drinking three cups a day or anything, but it definitely fills the need when it comes. It’s definitely stronger and richer than the original and I WILL be back for another one when this runs out!.

I have been looking for coffee with chicory for a long time as I recall years ago having an instant coffee with chicory and the flavour was wonderful. This product is not as strong as I would like nor is the chicory as pronounced as I recall.

It is pleasant enough to drink as a coffee substitute and of course has no caffeine. Would I buy it again? Not sure as I want to try the other two jars that I purchased and see if there is any difference.

I have served it to friends and family that are not permitted caffeine and their reactions are no commitment at this time.

I used the regular uncoffee found in regular stores until I found this dark roast one. It tastes bolder than regular one, very close to caffeinated coffee. When I crave caffeine, I mix it with regular coffee and it turns great.

It is my everyday to go coffee now.

I don’t understand the good reviews. This is one of the sourest coffees I have ever tasted. It is not “caramelly, nutty or round” I never write reviews but… yuck. We don’t waste coffee in this house, but I poured out most of the first pot we brewed.

We tried it the second time as cold brew and it’s a *bit* more tolerable but we will just keep it for when there is absolutely nothing else. Save your money. Honestly Folgers or Dunkin Donuts is better.

I bought this because of the rave reviews. I tried it first with nothing in it (as one should) and it tasted like watery decaf hotel room keurig coffee. I added plain cream and it improved marginally from “ew” to barely drinkable.

It’s possible people like it because they add cream and sugar. Definitely not for me (but I never waste beans, so it will be drunk- probably mixed with another batch of beans so it’s less gross). Things to note: I am a former barista and I have been tasting and drinking coffee for 16 years.

I have already ordered another kind of CC whole beans and I’m hoping to find one that works for me – sadly this wasn’t it. I recommend this solely because you might like it! Apparently I am in the minority hahaha.

This coffee is fantastic! Better than some coffee shops. It has such a smooth, deep flavor. No harshness or bitterness. Well worth the price if you enjoy a really good cup of coffee. As I was enjoying my first cup I couldn’t help but exclaim out loud, ‘What a good cup of coffee!’ I used 4oz of beans in an 8 cup drip coffee maker.

Tomorrow I’m excited to try some in my Aeropress, can’t stop thinking about how good this coffee was. My bag arrived dated 2 weeks after the roasting date so it was very fresh. I also tried 2 other varieties of Counter Culture coffee and those dates are similar so no issue with freshness.

Firstly, I am a coffee connoisseur. Secondly I bought a bag of this nonsense at the local supermarket. Thirdly I have enjoyed coffee that is genuinely strong enough to make you want to run a marathon in the morning, and this nonsense Death Wish BS “Worlds Strongest Coffee” is an absolute lie and not even close by a Long Shot! So here is a quick primer of what makes genuinely STRONG coffee: 1 – the beans are grown at Low, Hot altitude, aka NOT Arabica, but rather Low-Altitude Ultra-Hot Climate Robusta beans, for example the fields of Sumatra (some of the best beans and coffee in the world), and NOT high-altitude Columbian (garbage coffee).

2 – the coffee must be roasted SLOWLY at a modest temperature to get the oils (caffeine) to gently come to the surface, aka NOT Starbucks who roasts their beans at very high temperatures quickly because of the sheer turnover rate they have to produce.

3 – More roasting within the guidelines above IS better, aka NOT this myth that a “mild roast has more caffeine” – that is incorrect and not how it works. Perfect roasting for maximum caffeine takes time, and most major roasting companies do not work on that principle, but instead try to crank out as much coffee as fast as possible.

Having lived in a variety of countries and traveled to about 1/3 of this planet, I can tell you that the information above supersedes any marketing nonsense from any company. Also, for the record my comparison is by way of a 2-shot french press that travels the world with me, marked with an exact measurement for the “fill level” and always left to steep for about 15 minutes with a stir in the beginning and a stir at the end before pouring (can you tell I like double-blind science?).

I have had fresh cups in streets of Sumatra, the coffee fields of Laos, cafes in Italy, etc. I have bought bags of coffee around the world, including the infamous Luwak coffee which tastes excellent but admittedly is not very strong.

By comparison, a straightforward bag of Starbucks Sumatra Blend is FAR stronger than this nonsense Death Wish coffee. I have had numerous Dunkin’ Donuts coffees with more caffeine than Death Wish. Their claim itself, “World’s Strongest” is just plain False Advertising.

In short don’t waste your money, and when you buy a bag of coffee my recommendation is Indonesian (Sumatra, Mocha Java, etc), as their coffee fields tend to be low altitude and extremely hot. Read the label, and if it says “100% Arabica” it means the coffee will taste better but have LESS caffeine.

Labels that do not say that often are at least mixed with Robusta beans, which is where you will find the real caffeine. Old school Folgers and the strong coffee at Denny’s is mostly Robusta for example, for people (e.

g. Truckers) who need to Wake Up! Save your money and don’t waste it on this “Death Wish” absolute BS.

I dug deep to come up with a title of this review, fitting enough to express the worthiness of the experience this coffee brings every time, with every cup I drink! I had to borrow a phrase from Snoop Dogg! This coffee is the Shim Sham Shizzle Each and every time I make a cup for a friend who has never tried Death Wish Coffee, my preference is the Medium Roast, the results are the same, first sip……oh my, 2nd sip oh my………….

I have seen Death Wish Coffee for some time at the market and finally went ahead and purchased it. I have historically been hesitant due to the price considering the amount of coffee we go through at my house in a weekly basis, but with a name like Death Wish I couldn’t resist forever.

For perspective, I typically enjoy Kicking Horse Medium or Dark roast lately – and in the past have enjoyed the various Raven’s Brew blends such as Deadman’s Reach, Three Peckered Billy Goat, as well as Portland Coffee Roasters blends.

I was not pleased with this coffee, it is most definitely not worth the price of $20/bag. I wouldn’t be re-purchasing this coffee if it was $10. 99/bag. The taste is flat, and is like diner coffee. I was definitely expecting a more rich experience with more depth of taste than this.

I’m certainly not naive to coffee and enjoy it daily for the taste. There are much more tasteful options out there that cost less than half of a price of Death Wish. I’ll try the dark roast at some point but I feel like I might be let down there too.

A friend recommended Inka as a nice alternative to coffee and I agree. You just add water and its a creamy, mild hot drink. I believe it comes from Poland. I do recommend it but just wish it was a little less expensive.

My husband drinks this as a non caffienated alternative to coffee. He has been seeing a dietician and passed on info about the drink for others who might appreciate something different.

I loved the flavor of this coffee; however, after a few weeks of drinking it I noticed I was getting bad headaches. I couldn’t figure out the cause, so I decided to stop consuming it. Now, my headaches have remarkably gone away, and I feel so much better.

Keefe coffee is like no other. It has a good strong taste. Gives you that extra energy without making you feel all weird. I drink it daily and strongly recommend it.

After the start of the pandemic, I purchased an espresso machine to keep me caffeinated while working from home. Being from Hawai’i, I have developed a taste for fresh espresso made with Kona coffee beans and wanted to reproduce my favorite coffee house flavors at home.

This proved more difficult than I expected as I quickly realized why a good Kona coffee drink typically runs $6 or more – Kona coffee is expensive. So began a two-year search for a comparable replacement.

I purchased fresh medium espresso roasts from national chains, small specialty roasters both locally & nationally, and even imported coffee from Italy. I have a few favorites, but all the caffeine started to get to me.

Enter the half-calf products from Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC – I have tried nearly every variety of their half-caf options. For espresso-based drinks that most closely resemble the Kona coffee flavors, the Peruvian is definitely #1, however, my husband likes Italian espresso flavors and prefers the Mexican half-caf blend.

I am a coffee grower/roaster in Kona Hawaii and am experimenting with coffees to blend with coffee from my estate for an espresso blend. I am ordering roasted coffee, but when I decide the blend that works well, I will order green.

I have ordered (2) batches of this coffee and they were almost identical to each other and true to the roast label indication of Medium Dark. This company certainly knows how to source green coffee and roast it reliably to a predetermined roast profile.

The time from order to delivery is impressive. My roastery stocks no roasted coffee as we are a roast-to-order business. Fresh Roast is not a roast-to-order business, but they certainly have very freshly roasted coffee, as their name implies.

The days past roast date is not so critical to brewed coffee, but it super critical for espresso. Both batches that I received seemed to be about the same in freshness past roast date. As someone who is buying roasted coffee for espresso I really need the date of roast on the package, That is the only negative thing I can offer for my experience with Fresh Roasted.

As a coffee grower and roaster with 12 years of experience I can certainly recommend Fresh Roasted.

My first experience with FRC, was Black Knight Decaf at a friends house. I thought it was not only the best decaf I had ever had, but the best coffee period, I had ever had. Of course, that was before I found out about FRC’s Haitian Blue, Bali Blue Moon, Flores, and on and on.

Now, I rate it 4 Stars, regardless of caffein content, and 5 Stars for Decaf. I like that it is 100% Decaffeinated, and you absolutely cannot tell it’s not normal high octane coffee. Nor can anyone I’ve ever served it too.

I can only handle 1cup, 2 cups max, of caffeinated coffee, and then it’s decaf for the rest of the day. Bottom line, I probably drink more Black Knight Decaf, then all other coffee’s combined. It is definitely bold and a little syrupy.

Just what you need to fool you into thinking your getting a little extra kick when the afternoon blahs set in. I’ll never be without Black Knight decaf in my collection.
