Let me start off by saying the product is beautiful. The handwritten note and the packaging make it an incredible gift which is why I purchased this item a second time for my mom. The first time I ordered it was received in record time.

\n\nThis order as I know we are in a new normal did not meet my expectations for shipping. I emailed prior to ordering to make sure my mom would receive it on her bday (5/24). I was told yes and to send a note after I ordered.

I even paid for faster shipping. My mom’s order didn’t ship until 5/22 but I thought maybe it was being overnighted. It wasn’t and unfortunately she didn’t receive it until 6/1. Due to Covid I was unable to celebrate with my mom so I wanted to send her an extra meaningful gift and while it’s beautiful it did not arrive on the date that I was told it would.

The seller added a special request at no charge, and it just made the bracelet so complete. Also, handwriting my personal message to my grieving friend was such a wonderful touch. I am so grateful I found this shop, she absolutely loves it and it brought her to tears.

Lovely. It shipped the next day, but usps is a disappointment! They held it for a long time before they transported it. I would prefer a different shipping company for sure. I thought it would be get here in time, and it took about 3 weeks! The bracelet is gorgeous!.

I bought this for my niece and her new husband. But when I got it they had a small scratch on it over one of the names, even though I was able to buff it out a little bit you can still tell there was a scratch on it so I was disappointed with that.

Otherwise it was nice.

I bought a Slate Christmas Ornament for my son & his new wife to celebrate their 1st Christmas as a married couple. They absolutely loved it. The quality is great, looks magnificent and the order was shipped quicker than expected.

I purchased 5 of the Memorial Heart Slate ornament. I really liked the ornament, good quality, but was disappointed with the personalization – not quite centered – part of it printed on the rough edge of ornament.

I got this infinity keychain for my husband and my 8 year wedding anniversary. I already gave him his big gift and wanted to find a small brass/bronze gift (8 year gift), for him to open on our actual anniversary.

This keychain fits the bill and then some. I thought it was cute how the infinity symbol can also be interpreted as an 8. The quality seems good, I think it could stand for a stronger key holder. Shipping was great.

I bought the infinity keychain for an eighth year anniversary gift. Bronze is the traditional metal. My husband loved it and Natalie was able to make the entire product in Bronze which I really appreciated.

Also shipping was very fast.

Although the heart charm was a bit smaller than I expected, the photo image provided is true to relative size. I was a little underwhelmed by the quality vs the price, but then again I was just trying to fulfill the bronze requirement of my 8th Anniversary in a pinch.

I love them. They are as comfortable as sketches. The material is soft so you shouldn’t wear them if its raining. I am very happy . You can charm them too, hint.

I was hoping to get this card and was told on fb messenger that they may be able to send me the this card.

I bought this for my daughter who is leaving to college soon and was hoping to give to her soon before she’s off to college. I don’t mind paying a fee for it or returning the other card I received. Hoping someone can help.

As I was isolating and looking for a present for my 6 yr old granddaughter for Christmas, this bracelet caught my eye and I wondered if I could get it in time. Thankyou Liberty for going the extra mile.

My Granddaughter is delighted with it and her face lit up when she opened it. I found the clasp a bit fiddly but her older sister sorted that out. All in all a fabulous bracelet, well made and value for money.

Haven’t checked the size of the charm braclet as my daughters birthday isn’t for another 3 weeks and hasnt tried it on yet, but the quality definitely exceeded what I thought. It is very well made and the charms look genuinely good and not ‘cheap’ especially for my daughter who will soon turn 4 years old.

Also I’m extremely pleased with the bracelet clasp as it looks super tight and would definitely not fall off from her wrist which was a major worry for me before purchasing. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the purchase and I would certainly recommend and use this site again for future gifts!.

I loved this little bracelet bought for my grand daughter’s 5th birthday. Beautifully made and so pretty and it was beautifully wrapped and presented. The follow up care was exemplary, I had difficulty opening it but received very clear instructions.

It was a lovely personalised gift to give her, she lives is Spain so I haven’t been able to see her for 18 months due to Covid. Purple is her favourite colour and she’s very ‘girlie’ I felt it the best gift ever for her.

This is very sweet smelling and a little on the lower end of quality. It’s not cheap, just not high quality. The lids on the scrub and lotion will easily crack if dropped and don’t stand a chance it you step on one.

But the product is good. It smells very sweet and fruity. Everything arrived very well sealed. The bath poof is a joke, though. It’s not a poof like the mesh material you’d buy in any grocery store. This is fun foam folded together and tied in place.

Fun foam like what Michael’s sells for crafting. It’s not absorbent or scrubby. It’s just for decoration. I threw it away. The card is a cheap flimsy piece of paper. And it has a misprint on it. It reads, “With love and cane.

” I threw that away, too. The back scrubber isn’t bad for a teen or preteen, but I wouldn’t give it to an adult. The rest of the pieces would be fine in a gift basket with some other materials added, depending on the recipient.

This is both pretty and useful. It’s not a huge gift – it’s compact but it has nice size products in it, and there’s a nice back scrubber folded up neatly on the backside. Everything has a green apple theme which makes it a really cool gift for a teacher.

I am so pleased with this gift basket. It’s definitely a great gifting basket as well as a gift for yourself. The scents are spot on and smell absolutely amazing. The back scrubber and the body lotion are my favorite items.

I like to keep it by my sink after I wash my hands to keep dryness away with the colder weather heading in. The bask scrubber is such a wonderful exfoliating scrubber. I love that I can reuse the basket so I will be putting it to use once I use the products up.
