I am pretty horrible at role-playing games, but my boyfriend suggested we play Diablo 3 together during the lockdown in our state due to Covid-19. At first, there was a learning curve because I am not used to playing these types of games, but after things clicked, it has been quite enjoyable.

We started playing towards the last couple of months of Season 20. The new season just started earlier this month, and I’ll have to say. it is definitely more fun the second time around! So much fun that I am playing without my boyfriend! Haha You first choose a class to play.

I chose Necromancer as my first character in Season 20. It was honestly a bit complicated to learn (or it could have been because it was my first go around without really understanding the game). However, I am really enjoying the Barbarian class for Season 21.

I like how the Barbarian is less squishy (aka you die less if a monster hits you!). You first have to get through 5 Acts before you can change the mode of play. It is all self-paced, but I think it is much better after you complete all 5 Acts.

You still have certain missions to get through, but it kind of becomes a game of looking for certain gear. I haven’t played other modes yet but hoping to explore later this season. This game is a bit dark, so I would only recommend it for a mature audience.

If you have some time to kill or are looking for a new game to play, I definitely recommend this game!.

Is it Diablo? Yes. Is it repetitive? Yes. Do the devs change things up with seasons and new goals and cosmetics for free? Yes. Is it fun to play with friends? Yes. Is it fun to play alone? Is it better than 1 and 2? Naww.

Is 4 ever coming out? Who knows. Even after all this time I love all Diablo games. (Oh not the mobile garbage game though. ) Personally I don’t like the look of the multi-player aspect of 4. But 3 is great fun till you get bored.

I’ve gotten my moneys worth over the years. Recommend.

I would play this game 5 hours at a time. I thought it would be repetitive running the same bounties over and over, but it’s so much fun. Getting the best gear, getting your level as high as possible.

I played all classes and loved them all. Great story line.

The Logitech – G715 TKL Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard from the Aurora Collection featuring tactile switches is a great ten-keyless keyboard for anyone who is looking for a G715 that offers a bit more customization than the traditional G715.

The faceplate and keycaps are all customizable, although this only comes in the White Mist color with additional faceplates and keycaps available separately from Logitech. The addition of Lightsync allows you to customize the colors of the perimeter and under-key lighting allowing you to even further customize your experience.

I really enjoy the looks and feelings of this keyboard and I am extremely happy with the customization options that are available for this keyboard. I am not fully certain of the type of keycaps used and I am not too familiar with customizable keyboards, but I would be interested in knowing if it uses proprietary keycaps only available from Logitech, or if it uses a standard size which would allow for even more customization.

I typically prefer a full-sized keyboard as I do programming on a regular basis, but the fact that this is ten-keyless but still features the traditional arrow keys as well as the PG Up, PG Down, Del and all those keys make it still useable for me without having to use a bunch of weird key-binds to get around when I am typing.

The keyboard works out the box for Mac and Windows using the provided USB Logitech Lightspeed Wireless dongle including the additional media functionality and doesn’t require any additional programs or applications unless you want to customize your lighting.

For computers or devices that don’t have or don’t work with the USB Lightspeed dongle, the keyboard also features Bluetooth making it compatible with just about any device that can use a keyboard. On Mac the Windows key of the keyboard works as the Command key and the Alt key is the Option key, I prefer having my keybindings the same as a Mac keyboard and unfortunately the Logitech software only allows you to edit the F1-F12 keys.

I use a third-party tool called Karabiner-Elements that allows you to rebind the keys of any and all keys on your keyboard to something of your preference and this allows me to rebind the Command and Option keys to where I prefer them.

The only issues that I really have with this keyboard, and they are less an issue and more a preference, are the fact that the faceplate is a bit wobbly as it only attaches by a few small magnets to the keyboard itself and also the tactile mechanical switches are very loud in my opinion.

Logitech advertises them as “giving you feedback you can feel and some click”, but in my opinion these are louder than “some click” and could be annoying to your partner or coworkers depending on your space.

I personally don’t mind it, but I have also gotten some comments from others who notice it from quite a distance away so you may want to steer away from these ones if you need a quite keyboard. Other than these small personal issues this is an excellent keyboard that I have really fallen in love with, the smaller footprint is nice and the fact that it still features useful keys makes it a great keyboard for me to use while writing code and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good ten-keyless mechanical keyboard.

Adding the Logitech G713 Aurora wired gaming keyboard to my gaming setup has been a major upgrade in comfort, usability, and customization. In the box is the wired keyboard (~6′ detachable cord USB-A to USB-C), palm rest pad, and instructions.

Setup is simply plug and play, however to use the customization options, you will have to install the Logitech G Hub. Jumping into layout, the keyboard is tenkeyless (TKL), meaning its standard size of 87 keys, and doesn’t have the number pad to reduce footprint.

The keys are individually lighted RGB mechanical switches topped with textured PBT keycaps, with under case lighting. The key spacing density is standard, so for most there isn’t an issue with accidentally hitting multiple keys.

The key weighting is medium, with a bit longer key travel that I expected from a gaming keyboard, however there was zero lag and after the first 15 minutes I didn’t notice. The keyboard has rubber feet and two levels of incline, a 4 degree tilt and an 8 degree tilt.

Additional features are quick control buttons across the top, in order from left to right are: gaming button, customizable to eliminate unwanted key input during gaming, brightness, media reverse, play/pause, forward, mute, and a ~2″ wide roller for fine tune volume adjustment.

Lastly, there is a magnetic removable top plate you can paint or swap with two other color options (not included), these same colors are available in interchangeable key caps as well. The thing that sets this keyboard apart, outside of the quality tactile mechanical keys, is the user experience.

From the G Hub interface, I can create custom light patterns or use preexisting light animations, create game specific lighting profiles, configure game keys, and overall make the RGB lighting patterns as vibrant or muted as preferred.

While the presets are a nice starting point, I really liked the ability to match RGB color patterns with my desktop lighting. In summary, this is a well made, nicely weighted gaming keyboard. It can double as your daily school / work keyboard if you don’t mind not having the number pad.

The color patterns and animations are only limited by your imagination, and the keys are sturdy with a no lag response. This keyboard will be my new go based on visual style and build quality.

After the 1st month It had double clicking issues, on top of that about a week after the double clicking issue began I woke up one morning and the scroll wheel was broken. The middle mouse button would not work, and every scroll cycle the mouse would do a clicking thing and slant to the side.

I went to logitech support about this and they told me to try unplugging the mouse and updating the software even though this was a hardware issue. I explained that it was a hardware issue and they told me to open a warranty claim ticket which I spent the next 6 hours trying to figure out how to open a warranty claim ticket with my parents.

I never ended up finding out how to open one and thought whatever, I don’t use middle mouse button that often ill just wait a few months with this one and get a new one at a later date because I just spent $70 on this.

2 month later and just this morning I woke up and now the whole scroll wheel is not working including scroll function. Its almost like it sunk into the mouse. Funny thing is I had these same exact problems with my razer mouse which is what led to me to get this mouse, and I have always been extremely careful with my mouse as I don’t receive money often as I am a teenager with no job.

Extremely disappointed.

It should be 4. 5 but what can you do, lol. It is a larger mouse, which I needed, which is why I got it. The charging time is average to quick, but you can plug the charging cable into a USB slot [either regular or one devoted to charging] and it will still function if you say forget to leave it on charge overnight.

Great performance for gaming and the DPI gets outrageous depending on what you set it to. My 1/2 star off; 1. It feels cheap and is really light. Now that is my feeling on it, you may feel different.

2. It’s not shaped quite like the others I liked that were corded, it is not curved as much and leads to fatigue quicker than my old mouse from Logitech. 3. The software you have to use to make the lighting change, etc.

Logitech G Hub interferes and causes crashes with new and legacy programs. All in all a good mouse for being cordless and precise with a remote signal reciever. I have tried others and they tend to skip and stutter, so I was using a wired mouse for the longest time.

It remains to be seen how long the built-in batteries actually last.

I had the old non-hero G703 that had “the scroll wheel issue” so I upgraded to this one. Its a solid mouse with the same look and feel of the standard G703. The stats say its slightly lighter, but I use the 10 gram weight since I like my mice on the heavier side and haven’t noticed a difference.

This Hero sensor model feels like it has better build quality than the older model. I only occasionally use the mouse wirelessly, and I feel no difference to the movement response it being cabled vs wireless.

Moving the mouse when it is not cabled feels quicker and easier, but not to my personal preference. I specifically like the look of this mouse and it was one of the reasons I choose it originally. The design is subtle but not aggressive or an abomination like the G502, it could be passed off as a normal mouse at first look.

The light points at the logo and the mouse wheel paired with the shades of black, give it a classy look and feel. The click on the buttons feels nice and tactile, but the mouse wheel scroll and mouse wheel click do take some time to adjust to.

When scrolling only a slight amount, it feels like you scroll in “notches”, which is not a problem for my use cases. Holding it in your hand feels nice, the rubber at the side isn’t squishy and adds to the overall comfort when being held.

This is a large mouse and fits well into my hand (my hand size is approximately 19. 5cm). While this mouse gets used gaming often, I use it more in general windows use, including design and software development.

All round this mouse is suitably perfect for both situations. The feet slide nicely, but you can buy aftermarket feet for better gliding (called hyperglides). I just wish this mouse had an extra button! Something you need to be aware of is that these latest Logitech mice have had problems with the mouse button clicking mechanism and scroll wheel rotary encoders.

THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE ISSUES as I still bought this newer G703 despite experience a problem in my non-hero G703. I am saying that others, including myself have had issues. My older G703 (non hero sensor) had “the scroll wheel issue” where scrolling did not work correctly (it would pick up being scrolled in the wrong direction sporadically, which frustrated me when I was scrolling websites, documents and switching weapons in game).

Others have reported “the button issue” where clicks would randomly register as double clicks, or not register clicks at all. I am mentioning it here for full disclosure so that if you are unlucky enough to experience these issues, you aren’t alone and that you should RMA your mouse ASAP.

I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn’t experienced the mouse wheel problem on the older G703 mice nearly two years in.

Probably oen of the best budget headsets. Budget in this sense meaning its at the 60$ price point. If you can get it any cheaper than its a steal in my opinion. The ear cushions are soft and plush providing comfort though hours of use.

The headest is relatevly durable, in my useage scenarios nothing ever broke on it, but I have been known to be carefuly with my tech. After 2ish years the ear cusion glue started to wear to the point of me wanting to replace them.

The mic is of decent quality and has the super convient flip mute feature. Where swiveling the mic to the top of the headset will mute your outgoing chat. Audio quality is pretty good, nothing extraoridnary but I’m no audio connoisseur.

As long as there isnt any crazy distortion, levels sound fine, and imaging (location based sound) works then the headset gets a pass for me. I use a different headset now. But for a while I would only use these and when they eventually broke I would get a new set.

My only gripes are that I wish they could be at a cheaper pricepoint, despite what they offer when I was younger 60$ was a high price to pay. Lastly that there is no twist the the ear cups for a better fit.

I initially bought this headset simply because it has a built-in microphone and I was tired of using my Apple EarPods as my go-to headset with a mic. After my EarPods’ microphone died on me, I decided to unbox this product, and I was in for a SHOCK! Before I get into the nitty-gritty, I will praise Astro Gaming for the build quality.

The A10 is a well-built pair of headphones. However, the headband squeezed my head too tight. The ear cups were super uncomfortable to the point where I was sore a day after wearing them. What’s worse? The audio quality is absolute TRASH! I should’ve known better given the fact I’m an audio engineer by trade.

If you want to know just how bad these are, the volume dips at around 600 Hz and doesn’t come back up until 900 Hz. Essentially, all of the high-mids of the average human range of hearing is GONE! I would never recommend this to anyone as a cheap gaming headset.

I was better off buying another pair of Apple EarPods.

I bought these during a sale – and for what they can deliver in terms of audio output is astonishing for the price! Keep in mind that I left 4 stars – because of the cord. While the build is made of quality, the cord installation could’ve been better.

At first I thought I had a defective pair of Astros. Then I found out that the other end of the cable has a longer tip. The long side plugs into the headset – you need to REALLY APPLY FORCE when plugging the cord in to get a solid audio connection.

The headphones sound indestructible! The BEST audio for the price range. Overall build is phenomenal. These headphones are built solid and rugged. Just make sure to properly install the audio cable correctly (really force the longer cable tip into the left ear cup port) and you are good!.

This will be a gift for the gamer in my life. It’s a good size—smaller than a real game controller, big enough to show up on the tree. Details are absolutely charming, and the colors are nice and vivid.

This ornament is not the quality I was expecting unfortunately. It reminds me of a craft done by a not so talented child. The paint job is what I am referring to.

The ornament bore very little resemblance to a game controller. I felt that my game-obsessed son-in-law was disappointed in his gift.

This mouse was my second wireless mouse and I was not disappointed one bit. Lightweight, small but strangely ergonomic for my medium sized hand. Previously I had the Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless, but switched to the G Pro Wireless because it has a higher arc and it feels much more comfortable.

But battery life is not a complaint what so ever for me. If you turn off the RGB it will last weeks, depending on how much you play. Software is easy to use as well. It was a bit wonky at first as I would try to change the dpi (50dpi increments by the way) and the entire app would freeze and would have to shut it down through task manager and reopen it.

The mouse comes with an extender as well that you can attach to the charging cable which is nice. For an ambidextrous mouse, this mouse is pretty comfortable for my hand. Great mouse, but I ended up discovering the Glorious Model D mouse that weighs 69 grams (compared to the G pro which is 80) and have been blown away.

Take note that the Glorious Model D is ergonomic and not ambidextrous like the G Pro. The G pro superlight has now came out now, but that mouse is 150 compared to the G Pro which is now 100. So, if you’re looking for an ambidextrous, lightweight mouse without breaking the bank, give the G Pro a try.

And if you’re looking for an ergonomic wireless gaming mouse with great battery life, check out the Glorious Model D wireless. There is the ROCCAT Kone Pro air which is small and ergonomic weighing at 75 grams, but for my medium sized hands, I get fatigued hands after an extended period of time.

But the Kone Pro Air does not come with a wireless extender, which is disappointing because the Kone Pro Air is the most expensive out of the three that i have talked about.

Intro – I am a mouse/peripheral enthusiast with lots of experience testing various mice from different brands. I purchased the GPW to finally try the shape and see how it performs. It’s excellent and totally worth the hype! Shape/weight – I would describe the shape as “universal” it easily fits all 3 grip types for me – claw,palm, or fingertip.

I have 18. 5×9 hands and use claw which works great. A lot of people also call this shape “safe” so if you’re new to the world of gaming mice and don’t know what kind of shape is the best for you its likely that you will enjoy the GPW.

At this point for me personally I’ve found better shapes for me and my claw grip, but the GPW still ranks near the top. For the weight its 77-80g and while not being the lightest anymore it’s still a good weight for most people I think.

8. 5/10 Sensor/wireless – This uses the HERO 25K sensor and it’s the best sensor I’m yet to feel on a mouse. It’s very responsive and smooth, absolutely no issues. Wireless is also great and works as it should.

9. 5/10 Battery life – I rarely have to charge this mouse. I sometimes even have the RGB on and it’s still really good. Can’t give you the exact figures since I rotate between mice, but I think I’ve only charged this twice since owning it.

10/10 Buttons – This uses Omron 20m switches and they are fairly average. I wish Logitech would ditch Omron finally for some better aftermarket switches, but these are light and fairly tactile. Main buttons feel a bit inconsistent.

Side buttons feel alright. Scroll wheel is very good with a light but still fairly tactile scroll and the sound stays consistent. 8/10 Feet – Feet are below average and don’t glide as smooth as some of my other mice.

They are still passable though. 7. 5/10 QC – I found the QC to be good, nothing to write home about though. I wish the main buttons were more consistent. 9/10 Software – Uses Logitech G Hub so you can change your DPI settings and RGB.

Easy to use, but can be annoying in some spots. I would recommend saving all your settings to the mouse profile though as that will be much more convenient. 7/10 Value – Overall this is a great mouse to pick up on sale.

Nowadays you can also get the superlight version for a bit more and I’d recommend that if you want something much lighter. 8/10.

This is the best mouse on the market. Logitech really nailed this product with its all-round performance. Its been almost 1 year and this mouse still gives 20-25 hours of solid battery life. I have to only charge this mouse every 3-7 days with heavy use.

I have had gone 10 days without recharging the mouse with almost 3-6 hours of everyday use. Very light and good for tracking and flicking for fps gamers. It does have 0 to none latency from other high end wired mouse.

Great for other games like Apex, Warzone and there is no latency. This is the best mouse i have ever used in my entire life for its lightweight, compatibility, battery life and performance. Its ergonomics and design has made it that even after hours of use i feel no pain in my hands or fingers like other mouse.

Its lightweight and buttons really make a difference. The only feedback i have to give is the older/first batch of these mouse had an issue where there was some spacing issue with your buttons will start double clicking.

They fixed it with the newer batches so do make sure you do not end up with one of those older version of this product because i had to exchange it due to that issue. Please use Google to make sure you are buying the newer model of this mouse.

As a newcomer to classic arcade games played on the PC with a fightstick, I read all the reviews that said cheap sticks were a waste of time, and to get real quality you had to spend hundreds of dollars.

Instead, I ultimately decided on the Mayflash F500 but I swapped out the stock pushbuttons for Seimitsu. I grew up on the mushy Happ switches of the old arcade cabinets, but Seimitsu buttons were a happy medium.

not tiring to push, but not as lightly triggered as the Sanwa. And definitely crisper than the stock Mayflash buttons. The Seimitsu were easy to swap into the Mayflash, using only a screwdriver to remove the back panel, and needle-nose pliers to help with pulling the cable connectors.

The joystick can also be swapped, so I may eventually replace it with a Seimitsu as well. The Mayflash works great with my Mac, using the shareware “USB Overdrive” utility (Google it). Recommended!.

This thing has settings coming out of its ying yang! For the most part it will work out of the box with all your PC games. There are 3 main controllers the F300 support via DIP switch, first is XINPUT, which is essentially an old school 10 button PC with rudder controls, second is XBOX controller mode, 4 buttons and extra 4 buttons that are your R/L shoulder buttons and triggers.

Thirdly is PS3 DINPUT, its actually the same as XBOX mode except the main 4 buttons are remapped from my understanding. Generally newer PC games use the XBOX baseline. But there are certain games that don’t support the analog joystick, only the D-PAD, but fortunately there is a DIP switch that you can either choose D-PAD or Analog Joystick, its a life saver, some fightsticks will not work with certain titles due to this technicality.

I’m quite impressed with the build quality, its very sturdy and well built. Its a little plain looking. If someone would sell skins for it, I would definitely buy one.

It should be able to be used without another Xbox controller. The joystick should click sooner in the travel range. The buttons should have more force required to press and a snappier, more satisfying press.

It should not render the controller as disconnected every time the Xbox controller is removed. At 60usd found on amazon I would say it’s a good value but for the 87 I paid, I feel it should’ve been a bit better.

The color scheme is also very boring and would’ve been better all black if they wanted a minimalist design. Navy is not a good color for gaming imo.

So, when I first bought this headset it worked great. Good sound, stayed connected, lights worked, was fairly comfortable even after long hours. THEN after a few months the headset started to disconnect.

I would restart headset, turn off and unplug USB and put back in and turn on again, restart computer, tried plugging the charging cord in and keeping the logitech g hub open. NOW after a year of frustration with this headset it disconnects anytime u put thr mic back up and turns the headset off.

I have to start the headset and open g hub and lug in charger just to get it working again. Then randomly it will disconnect again and I have to repeat the same process. Sometimes the mic will work for a minute and then sometimes it make work for hours.

I used to be a long-time supporter of Logitech, but my last couple of purchases have been huge disappointments. I bought this headset 6 months ago to replace the wired version of this that I previously had, that stopped working due to the detachable cable coming lose from the headset itself.

The connection on the wired headset is the same as the connection here – micro-usb. And sure enough, I’m running into the same issue. The micro-usb connection to the headset is loose, so that when I think I’m charging it, I’m actually not.

So that means when I go to use it, it lasts for maybe 20 minutes and then shuts off. When I plug it in to charge while I’m wearing it, I have to keep the G-hub open and constantly check it to make sure the it’s actually charging.

Additionally, when I’m wearing it when it’s plugged in, I occasionally hear a light buzzing/whining sound in the left speaker. This only happens if I dare move my head while wearing it, and I presume it’s the micro-usb connection being loose and causing some electrical feedback.

That was something I could just deal with, since the headset itself was actually working properly. Until the last few days. The right speaker has stopped working completely. There were no signs that it was dying (like crackly sound, or fading sound), just that it worked one day and then the next it wasn’t.

Dunno what’s happened with Logitech lately, but their products have really gone down hill. Should’ve learned my lesson with the wired version of this headset (635) that I tossed due to the micro-usb connection.

But now I have, and until Logitech switches to USB C, I unfortunately will be looking at other brands, and encourage all others to do the same.

I bought these Logitech G935s because they seemed like what I needed, they matched my other Logitech stuff and I thought for $150, I wouldn’t need to deal with some of the annoying pitfalls of cheaper wireless headsets.

I needed wireless because I use my headsets for work as well as gaming and sometimes I need to move around my office to look at other stuff away from my desktop. I liked the RGB and the sound is pretty good, if you’re not looking for audiophile level quality.

The base is solid, the range is great and the presets are actually plenty nice for me. (As an average user) What ruins these headphones for me are the small but numerous problems and shortfalls. The battery is comically small, so if you use these to listen to music while working and then games after work, expect to have to charge almost nightly.

If you forget, then you have a 150 dollar pair of wired headphones for your work day. The charge at a glacial pace, so an hour isn’t going to do much. (This is through my case with USB-C io, so it might be better with a wall charger) Then there’s the issue of range, these things don’t have any, need to walk out of the room to take a bathroom break? No good, they drop out and loose sound quality.

We are talking like 15 ft. here, with an almost direct line of sight. And you can forget about going to the kitchen if its downstairs. What’s worse, when you do come back to your desktop, they don’t reconnect, so you have to power cycle them to get them to pick up again.

The mic works ok, but the gain is insane and most of my friends can hear me, the background noise, my wife, the neighbors dog etc. It annoys them epically when we have a larger party. And that’s if the mic registers at all.

Several times the mic has muted itself and refused to unmute with the buttons on the side unless. you guessed it, I power cycle them. I’ve tired updating the firmware, and to no avail. Still not sure what that’s about.

Finally, they are large and bulky, not a huge issue for me, but they have some pretty flimsy arm connections and I don’t see them lasting forever. Otherwise the build quality is ok, they are comfortable enough to wear for a few hours.

TLDR: save your money, and look elsewhere, the wireless is meh, the range is meh, the functionality is meh. The price is meh. Meh.

When it comes to shifters that ship with steering wheels, this shifter is leaps above them. The construction of the shifter and the magnetic sensors instead of buttons, the shifts are smooth and you never have to worry going in gear or not.

The shifter can be adjusted for tension with a simple turn of an allen screw to get the right feel for your preference. I’ve been using my shifter now for probably 5 years of so and haven’t had one single problem out of it.

I use it from trucking to racing, so it can take slamming gears and responds just fine on the gentle shifts on your big rig. Turning it into a sequential shifter is easy to do as well if you’re in need of that.

I think the only negative I have with it is that dirt/dust can get down in the H pattern. There is a fabric type of cover down in there, but cleaning it isn’t the easiest thing to do. You can remove the H pattern cover to do so, so it just takes a little bit to get it cleaned up.

I would highly recommend this shifter for your virtual trucker to your gear banging racer 110% based on my years of use and zero problems from it.

Pros: Works as an H-Pattern Shifter and can switch to a sequential by unscrewing 4 hex screws (tool provided in the box). You can rotate the H-Shifter plate 90 degrees and it functions as an analogue handbrake for rally by simply ticking the relevant checkbox in the software.

It actually works pretty well as a button box if you’re not using the other functions (I sometimes use it to adjust brake balance, differential, fuel mix, etc). Well-built, solid, in the build and the electronics.

If it fails, it will NOT be because it wore out. It can be modified to improve shifter feel, shorten the throw, etc, cheaply and quite easily with readily available parts from eBay, etc. It is compatible with actual gear knobs, so I could take the gear knob from my actual car and screw it onto this shifter, which is nice.

Cons: I have a Thrustmaster wheel, and the unit comes with a lead for USB and a lead to attach it directly to the wheelbase, like my Thrustmaster pedals. I only discovered after I bought it that if you use it on a PC, you MUST connect it by USB; it can’t be used if plugged directly on the base, that is only for consoles.

I’m sure there is a valid technical reason for this, but it is disappointing that I have to use one of my USB ports to connect it. For the money, I think some of the shifter feel mods should be included in the box to allow you to tune it to your liking, as they provide with the load cell pedals they sell.

There is a screw on the side to adjust spring tension, but this gives you a range from “limp” to “slightly less limp”.

This shifter is a real beast, the materials are really good, and the knob fits right in the hand. The H-Mode is in my opinion the best, for the small time I have tested the sequential mode, I haven’t liked it.

First it was hard to understand in which way I had to put the plate, and in the end I didn’t make it work. It might have been my settings which were false. I’m pretty new in the sim racing stuff. But for the H-Mode, it’s really good, I’ve seen some people having some issues with their g shifter, well don’t be scared because this shifter has some strength, and you could even be suprised.

It’s quite loud too, so I do not recommend using it if someone sleeps in the room next to you. To sum up a bit what I said, it’s a really good shifter, it has 7 gears + a reverse, and it’s a really good addon for your wheel.

I highly recommend it. P. S Don’t forget to download the driver to use it, or it will not be detected.

I have a steelseries headset I got a bunch of years ago for my pc and used it until recently on my ps4 (it still works, my set up just doesn’t work with it anymore). On my pc it is perfect on the ps4 it has some static constantly but I got used to it and even liked it because then I knew when I wasn’t muted.

This headset is: -comfortable -A good weight -When the cord isn’t screwing up the sound is great. -I have had no issues with the mic as of typing this. -good noise cancelling. Someone was trying to get my attention yelling at me from down my hall and I barely heard her, and this is a woman that TALKS so loudly I can turn my phone all the way down and hold the phone arms length away and still hear clearly WITHOUT having it on speaker.

However, after spending $80 the cord should last longer than 2 hours before it gets staticky. I won’t recommend anyone buy it because since covid they won’t take returns on open headsets. I can guarantee it’s a cord issue that I’m having and $20 cord replacement is cheaper than a whole new headset considering all the things I do like about it.

Buy at your own risk, and absolutely buy on sale if you are buying.

For the sake of the discount price (Black Friday deal for $43 after tax) I purchased this headset at I’m going to give it a 5 star rating. To begin with the Pros: It is extremely comfortable, the headband makes it feel weightless, the ear cushion material is very breathable and light on the ears but still maintains a solid amount of noise cancellation.

The sound is very clear compared to other headsets around the same non-discounted price point. Compatible with Series S/X, PC, and PS4/5 I personally like the design of it as well. Cons: Lacks bass, would expect a little bit more for the price.

Plastic construction but still seems to be durable. Mic quality isn’t the greatest (although I’ve seen other headsets from this brand for more $$$ and mic quality was still lacking) Ultimately, for the original price point, the headset does lack in some aspects but at the same time makes up for it with others.

If purchased at original price I would’ve given it a 4 star.

This thing is awesome! It was at a great price and a much-needed upgrade. The ski band design is super comfortable and I could wear this thing for hours at a time if I ever played video games that long haha! I was hesitant to buy this product because of the retractable mic and I was worried it would break.

It is very well built and it is a great feature to have. The mute button is a little cumbersome at first but soon it becomes very efficient. My previous mic was a flip-down for unmute flip-up for mute type and I will admit that I prefer that design much more but this way still works great.

The cables are very high quality and my biggest complaint is the angle that the cable comes out of the headset from the back. It is at an angle going back which is nice to keep the cord out of our way but if you sit in a recliner or on a couch and lean back you can occasionally feel the way that cable pushes out.

Very minor. Overall awesome product!.

I spent some time looking for a chair with everything this chair has. Reclining? Check. Footrest? Check. Lumbar support? Check. It was easy to assemble. Didn’t expect to use the neck rest. I’m 5’2″ ~140lbs and have a bad back, the lumbar and neck cushion are easily adjustable to a comfortable place.

The massage feature is okay, I don’t think I’ll use it much though. The cable is a USB cable that is about 4′ long. There’s a pocket underneath the seat that I think is meant to hold a battery pack? But that sounds like extra steps and I just need the cushion.

The massage cushion has one button to turn it on/off but the vibrations do vary every 10-15 seconds so that it doesn’t get too stale I guess. It definitely smells like a new imitation leather chair. I’m sure the smell will go away or I’ll stop noticing it.

But if you are sensitive to smells I would keep that in mind. I Love that the leg rest folds under, I can put it up and wheel the chair to another room if I want. The leg rest is sturdy enough but I don’t think it would hold up to a kid playing on it.

I would buy this chair again even between a $600 real leather chair because it has great support where I need it. I like it.

This gaming chair is perfect for my little 11 yo gamer. We did take the leg extension off for now. As he gets bigger, he may decide that he likes it. Shipping was very fast. The quality seems pretty good so far.

Not going to lie, its a pain to attach the back to the seating area. Otherwise it’s a great chair.

I bought 2 of these chairs for my boys for Christmas. They were delivered quickly, they were easy to put together, and they look very nice. The padding is very comfortable, the chair is just a little stiff.

It seems to push you forward in the chair a little far for my liking, but the boys havent complained at all. Our 9yr old is a little tougher on the chairs than the older boys and my husband has had to tighten a few things on the chair a couple times.

Over all Im very pleased with both chairs.

The game is fun but while it lasts. Clunky controls, no campaign mode, there is a back story but is never fully developed. Rebels against the novels, that’s all you gotta know. Oh, and that one team is RED the other one is BLUE just in case you confused on the battlefield.

About 7 to 10 stages and they all repeat at random. The more you play, the stronger you get, no talent whatsoever needed, even an idiot can become the best. Why? Wether you win or loose you always get experience and points to upgrade.

Heck you can do only 1 move and play for 60 hours and obtain the best sword and equipment. You feel 0 accomplishments on this one. Everyone presses the battle cry button and is very annoying after a while, everyone gets in front of you and don’t let you run.

For Honor was a way better game for many reasons. The only thing thats a + is that is a funny game, and FUN. But that fun will last you very little. Its not a rewarding game and that sucks. Everyone is a winner and that sucks.

I want to show my skills to the world and you could but nobody cares. Its all a clash of swords, so much mayhem going on the battlefield that everyone looks like they are doing the same thing.

I wish my 12 year old self could have experienced this game. I love this game but I feel like my 33 year old jaded self is containing it’s nerdy enthusiasm. Sword and board Call of Duty! It hits every note on playing with wooden swords in the backyard as a kid.

This game would be a better experience with a mouse and keyboard or VR but they do utilize the haptic triggers on the controller. Graphics are good, motion is good, running is clunky (your in metal armor bro -_-), game pace is great and keeps action constant.

Definitely recommend the purchase, support this game and stop throwing your dollars at Epic Games, Activision, EA and soon Ubisoft. I feel like a boomer with my video game options these days….

I really wanted to like this game. The concept and genre are super fun but the execution is really lacking. The UI is clunky and poorly thought out. Matches are generally one sided with one team completely blowing out the other.

The game mechanics are frustrating at best. Nothing like working your way to an enemy to have him take you out with one shot, with his back to you. Players are not matched up with others of a similar skill level or in game player level.

You end up with a few really good players on one team mowing through everyone else. If you are a casual gamer and not interested in investing a ton of time, this is not the game for you.

First off, the number one problem with this game is it requires a constant internet connection to play. Basically, you don’t own the game you bought, you’re just paying for the right to access GT servers to play the game.

This is the primary reason for the one star; 10 days into the game’s release, the servers have been down for hours, rendering the game completely unplayable. It is completely unacceptable that you can’t play single player mode on a game you paid for! On top of this, when you first install the game, it takes 3 hours to download and uses up over 100 GB of hard drive space.

While you’re waiting for the game to install you can play a bare-bones tech demo that isn’t really worth playing. Another major issue with this game is microtransactions. For the most part you can get through the first 10 hours and acquire around 50 cars without spending any real world money.

After about 10 hours the difficulty spikes significantly and you will need to grind to get credits for upgrading your vehicles. Going back to the always online requirement, Sony just released a patch that decreased the number of credits awarded for winning races, thus requiring more grinding or opening up your wallet.

To further make earning credits more difficult, you cannot sell cars. I paid 176K for a car that I ended up winning a duplicate later and was unable to sell the double. To mitigate this, you’ll need to go online and figure out which cars you can win so you don’t needlessly purchase.

If the issue with the always online requirement and microtransactions weren’t bad enough, the gameplay is atrocious. Almost all races begin with a rolling start where you’re in last place and the first place vehicle is almost a quarter track ahead.

This requires you to modify your car so it’s insanely powerful (again requiring more credits so be prepared to open your wallet) and drive with ungodly precision. Finally, the selection of cars is questionable.

Although there are over 400 cars to chose from, many are duplicates and not many recent model years. For example, there are sever different types of Corvettes but all FR and they did not include the recent MR model.

Also, there are many cars from previous GT games missing; no Audi Avant, no Honda CRX, etc. And for Tesla, they only include a 2012 model S; why not a model 3 or a Cybertruck? To sum things up, this is not worth $70, at best I would pay $20 and get some fun for a weekend.

But seriously, please don’t buy this game. Gaming companies need to be stun where it hurts and no one should support these predatory and anti-consumer practices.

Gran Turismo 7 for Playstation 5 is just as good if not better than its incarnates, it is certainly better than GT Sport in my opinion. In GT7, whilst the game is installing you can race in a mini game called Music Rally.

Although, the music can get annoying in this, the cars that you use are fun to drive. After installation you are prompted to buy a used car with the 20,000 credits that are given. In the early stages of the game, you’ll spend most of your time flipping between the cafe and Sunday Cup races.

In the cafe, you are given a menu book and this is how you can unlock other parts of the GT world map, earn cars and unlock new tracks as you progress in the game. At certain points you will also need to acquire specific licenses like you do in previous versions to advance.

The controls on the standard PS5 controller are easy to master but I can not comment on other controllers. The graphics in game are superb in my opinion, just like watching a video but your the main character in it.

Every detail I can think of is there including shadows, reflections and varying weather options. The sound is good, but I can find the BG music both in game and in the menus irritating, but once I figured out how to turn them off and only have Sound Effects and other ambient sounds, gotmore enjoyment from the game.

Overall an extremely good game and perhaps a must have game to those who like driving/racing simulators but I think the RRP of AU$109. 95 is a little to high. I’d wait until you get it at a discounted price.

I’d certainly would not pay anymore than the RRP if you can avoid it.

A fantastic complete package, some early QOL fixes requires in some areas but nothing that takes away from the fun overall. Engine sound design even on PS4 is such a pleasant upgrade wow, and speaking of which, upgrades really change the sound of the car more realisticly and prominently than FH5.

Various exhaust upgrades actually sound like step upgrades to the same vehicle rather than how FH5 does it where it just selects a different exhaust sound file from a slightly more powerful sounding V6 engine for example of a different car.

You even have Anti-Lag upgrades which makes coasting the car sound awesome seeing the better looking flames spit out and all that wonderful roll off sound and exhaust burbles and cracks. even on a diesel car! I am not sure if it does the idle rev limiter machine gun popping effect as I haven’t used it on a powerful car yet, I’ll test and see but it’s so fun when driving.

There is a lot to love, it’s a shame it’s always online single player and when servers are down it would be nice to be able to tune cars, do license tests and other stuff like that. I have nearly 20gbs 5g data as a backup on 2 devices which the game would never use in a 6 hour session for example so that’s not an issue, it would just be server maintenance.

Hopefully this can be patched going forward to allow access to racing offline. Every house hold should have a 4g or 5g backup setup in place, or hell even 3g. Overall very good, could do with maybe a few more tracks and more city cars but I’m sure they will come, we are only just beginning with future content updates looking promising.

I just took off a star because the shipping was a little bit slower than I would have expected shipping within Canada (although the weather hasn’t been great so that could have been a factor).

TL;DR Version – Great Computer held back by motherboard choice. Still needs some TLC to fix software errors. If you love to tinker, this is a great choice. If you want pain-free gaming though, you may want to look elsewhere.

From a specification standpoint, this is one of the best pre-built gaming desktops you can purchase. 12th Gen i7 is superb when combined with the included AIO water cooler. 32GB of DDR5 RAM is blazing fast and the RTX 3070ti is more than adequate to max out games up to 1440p with ease and even handle some 4k gaming.

In execution, this desktop does runs into issues. The MSI motherboard is adequate, but presents issues with the default configuration. In BIOS, I disabled XMP to reduce DDR5 BSOD occurrences. The CPU already supports DDR5 memory so disabling XMP doesn’t seem to affect performance.

MSI BIOS is also a bit behind compared to its competitors. Lastly, Windows 11 is still working out bugs with stopcheck errors and other things that are causing crashes. There’s not much Corsair can do regarding Windows 11.

Microsoft will eventually iron their stuff out. Overall, it’s a really good gaming desktop that is held back from greatness because of configuration choices that encourages BSODs, crashes, and other issues.

I ordered this PC after I initially had purchased another that immediately was overheating. I was, understandably, cautious with my excitement for this PC. This PC comes with a total of 6 fans, which immediately made my anxiety due to the previous purchase ease.

It is a beautiful rig, the options available for customizing the RGB lights are fabulous, you have plenty to select from. I should note, I had done my research very thoroughly for months prior to making this purchase since it was very much an investment.

I decided that with the price/availability of somewhat ‘future-proof’ GPUs would make a pre-build PC the better move. This build will be good for a while and give me some time before I should have to look at upgrading.

To me, that was a big plus. Add on that I didn’t have to build it myself (would be a first time so scary haha), I felt really confident with the price point vs quality aspect of this purchase. Now I did have some initial issues with my D drive not wanting to recognize, I was able to get it quickly fixed via my Totaltech membership benefits (which I also recommend but that’s another story).

Only reason I went with 4 (would be 4. 5 if it would let me) was due to this. All in all, this is a solid rig if you are looking for a more future proof investment. Corsair did a wonderful job with cord management and the build itself is very nice to look at.

I would recommend this PC for purchase.

My son bought this last December, worked fine for a few days and started crashing in game and on desktop sitting idle. A list of things i did was unplug everything, re seat everything, plug back in. fresh install of windows multiple times.

Bios update, GPU bios update, fresh install of current drivers, chipset drivers. Ran memtest, Prime went as far as installing 2 new sticks of Ram. Adjusted multiple setting in windows and bios to no avail.

Runs fine for a day or two and crashes again. I have built 7 PC’s from scratch and have never experienced the issues this PC has dealt us. I have come to the conclusion that it is possibly a bad CPU or MB.

Contacted Corsair and just get the run around with them wanting you to test this, test that, do this do that. Corsair is absolutely no help once so ever! Pretty sad that they sell defective prebuilt units to consumers that may or may not know much about PC’s.

We tried so many things to get the PC to run correctly my son is so frustrated he won’t even use it anymore. Its only 6 months old as well. This thing has only 1 game installed on it after multiple fresh installs of Windows and still does not run without crashing.

Between work and such we don’t have time to fiddle around trying to take screenshots of blue screens and test this and that for Corsair when they should just send an RMA so they can figure it out. It shouldn’t be left to the consumer.

At the very least send a tech out. People who purchase a prebuilt system may not be computer savvy and should be able to enjoy their purchase unless something was user error. It’s to bad as i like Corsair products but has me second guessing ever purchasing a Corsair product ever again.

I have two of these same exact controllers. I play a lot of Fallout but my B button on the original controller was sticking a bit at a certain angle. It just needed to be cleaned but I panicked after Amazon was backed up over three weeks and over priced because of the supply chain issues.

So I grabbed this one as a back up as quickly as I could and delivered in two days. I play under Windows 10 on a Lenovo Legion this controller pairs instantly via Bluetooth. Functions are quick with excellent response.

This controller is perfect for windows 10 PC gaming via bluetooth if you understand how to pair and game. Buttons are normal controller is fine and anyone with an issue probably doesn’t understand what they are purchasing or how thier system works.

So yeah, this is the baseline standard for PC gaming with a control pad. The unit is solidly built, with a tried and tested design. Nothing feels mushy or out of place. Setup is a breeze, since Windows will immediately recognize the dongle and take care of the rest.

BUT some caveats which ding the overall experience. If you tuck the dongle away behind your PC, then the connection might occasionally stutter or you get controller drift. So you have to maintain a line of sight.

The design of the dongle, however, is a long thin stick of plastic that you don’t want to leave hanging out the front of your PC on a permanent basis. So you’re best off using the enclosed extension cable to have the dongle attached to the PC from behind while still maintaining line of sight.

Also, the price is a bitter pill to swallow, especially since the packaging is pretty flimsy (everything literally tumbled out the box as soon as I opened it) and you really want to get a rechargeable battery pack on top of everything else.

Would be nice if Microsoft simply offered a controller (not the elite) that had both wireless connectivity and a rechargeable battery out of the box.

Cons: Requires two AA batteries. Includes none. I had some but I can’t remember the last time that I bought something that didn’t include batteries. I wonder how many people received this as a gift and couldn’t even use it out of the box.

That’s a rather pathetic cost cutting measure. Includes a cable, USB-A to USB-C. The cable is require to program or update using the Xbox Accessories program even if you connect it via Bluetooth. My system only has USB-C/Thunderbolt.

So, the included cable is worthless to me. I have to buy a USB-C TO USB-C cable. Frequently drops its Bluetooth connection even after updating Windows 10 and all Dell drivers. Every five to ten minutes it goes dead and the connect button flashes while it reestablishes its connection.

Allegedly, an firmware update may fix it but I have to buy the previously mentioned cable first. Pros: It feels nice and, if you ignore the software and firmware issues, it seems well made. Recommendation: If you’re buying this for your PC, hard pass until they address the well documented problems with this controller.

If you need something right now, look somewhere else.

I’m not spending $50 on a box with a paper code in it so I can download this game. I wanted the FULL game on a cart. I’m not a fan of digital downloads, I am old school and want physical media. It appears that this is the only way to get this game.

That means I won’t be getting this game until they release it on a cartridge. When I discovered what was going on, I returned this before even leaving the store. I’ve been a fan of Mortal Kombat for a long time.

I was really looking forward to enjoying this game. Not recommending because I dislike digital downloads. Also rating 1 star for the same reason.

Not for children. Let’s face it, a rating doesn’t prevent kids from getting hold of this. Very gory, lots of blood, and body dismemberment seen in the short video clips. Honestly a little too much of this.

Fighters react and fight well in competition mode. Graphics are incredible. Fatality moves at the end of the fight are as cool as they have always been. I would give it a 5 star, but they are pushing too far with the horror and gore stuff in the story line video clips.

It’s simply not necessary. At least with the fatality move, you are choosing to take it to the next level.

Aftermath is a much improved update to Mortal Kombat 11. Being a huge fan of Mortal Kombat XL, I was a little let down by the game play and story for MK11. I was slightly hesitant to pay for Aftermath after being disappointed by the first installment, but the character DLCs sold me enough to give it a try.

After jumping into story mode for Aftermath, I was immediately having more fun. The characters they make you use were much better and for whatever reason the game itself just felt less clunky. If you’re on the fence, I’d say its worth a try.

If you hated 11, maybe not.

A lot of people have written this game off as a walking sim, mailman sim, and other similar mundane descriptors. They’re not entirely wrong – there’s a lot of traversing landscapes. But part of the addictive formula is how you acquire equipment to make movement less of a chore.

Admittedly, until you start getting these improvements, moving from facility to facility can be tedious. It’s best to save optional missions until maybe a few main missions in to start seeing just how the upgrades look in this game.

At its core though, you do just make delivery after delivery, slowly working your way across the country. The multiplayer aspect is a treat. Structures that other players have built can appear in your world, saving you from spending precious resources and giving you ideas for how to get around by building things of your own.

Players can even contribute towards each other’s structures if they’re lacking materials. Roads are the most exciting things to build. They require the most resources but building long stretches of roads allows you to travel quickly and safely without any wear and tear of equipment.

The story was a bit too on the nose. There’s only so many ways you can spout the same message. A little bit of patience will go a long way towards enjoying the experience; not just to ride out the story but also for the myriad of animations and dialog bits you’ll repeatedly hear throughout.

There are a lot of animations/mini-cutscenes for actions like getting out of bed, dropping off packages, activating consoles, etc. Enjoy this game for what it is: a high production value deliveryman simulator with an engaging traversal and progression system.

Definitely a unique experience. Lots of terrain traversal and delivering goods back and forth. Strange and unique characters and story that only Kojima can conjure up. The idea is that this game parallels our current world and society.

We are increasingly becoming more isolated and losing important real life relationships and experiences. Your character Sam is trying to reconnect everything. The more selfless acts you put into the world (building roads, delivering goods, creating ziplines etc.

) the more you will see appear in your world from other players, helping you traverse it easier. It is not an extremely exciting game, rather a reflective experience. There are scavenger human enemies and beings from the stranding side, along with bosses and evil characters.

When you reach the top of a beautiful mountain and look down over the Icelandic plains, and the trance like soundtrack is playing, it can trigger really reflective personal moments. A very interpretive game.

If I was a kid, teen, or in my 20s i would probably abandon this game quickly. If your someone who is a little older and has watched society change and become increasingly isolated due to the internet, there is a deep emotional experience on offer here.

Running packages is tedious but becomes easy when you become integrated with other players and help eachother out. You will either love or hate this game, very interpretive. Wasnt the most exciting game but very appreciative of the message and teaching Kojima had on offer.

3 years! It took me nearly 3 years to finish this game. I played nearly 30 hours of this game, when I lost interest. Some random prepper in the game requesting I deliver him pizzas, drove me to putting this game down for a little less than 3 years, because I didn’t want to waste my time as a delivery boy.

I decided to beat some games I hadn’t finished and picked it back up again. Now that I’ve beaten it I have only one thing to sum it all up. WOW!!! I’m so glad I pushed through the tedious part of delivery nonsense to people.

The story unfolds and it becomes absolutely gripping. I couldn’t put it down. I finished it and started back from the beginning the next day. One tip to those getting bored with the mundane deliveries.

stop doing them. focus on the main missions and dismiss the rest. The Story is absolutely worth it! 5/5 would recommend to everyone who loves story driven games!!!.

Best regular Xbox controller on the market right now. I had one of the Elite controllers previously and honestly wasn’t really a fan of that one, so I have to say this feels like the nicest controller Microsoft has delivered so far.

The textured controller grips and textured trigger buttons are a big improvement, it helps the controller feel more solid overall. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows however – I won’t ding this review too badly as I’m hoping this controller lasts longer, but I will caveat things by noting my previous controller that came with my Series X died on me after 10 months of heavy use (faulty right trigger button, starts to stick when you depress the trigger and won’t pop back out) and this was purchased to cover me while I waited for my warranty replacement from Xbox (this blue one is now my primary).

I’ve noticed both sticking trigger buttons and broken bumper buttons tends to be an issue with the general controller design MS uses, and it was an issue on the older Xbox One X controllers too, so that’s a bit of a bummer to see the new ones continuing to utilize that same general design internally.

I have both the Xbox Series X and the PS5 – One thing I will say is that I prefer the size/shape ergonomics of the Xbox controller a bit more in terms of comfort after longer gaming sessions, but the Sony controllers definitely feel more premium and have greater functionality, which to me helps justify the price in my mind more.

The Xbox controllers are quite expensive, and given how many I have gone through over the years it is a little frustrating to either need to repair or replace them as often as they’ve needed so far. We’ll see if the latest gen Xbox controllers hold up any better, but I’ve had my PS5 as long as my series X and my PS5 controllers are still running solid as a tank… but this is already my 2nd Xbox controller in 10 months.

I used the controller for about a week, so I can’t tell you exactly how well it will work after a year, but I might give you an idea. ## Comfort I used PlayStation controllers for most of my life, but my hands would get really tired after some time.

No such thing happens with this controller, it just feels great. ## Buttons and layout D-Pad is fine, some people complain that it’s loud… and it is, but I enjoy it using it. ABXY and joysticks are all good, nothing to complain about.

I was used to PlayStation layout, but after a minute of using, it already felt right, you shouldn’t have a trouble adapting to it. ## Features There aren’t really any many new features like with DualSense, but if you plan on gaming on a PC, it won’t matter anyway.

Rumble feels fine, nothing fancy. ## USB connection It uses USB Type-C and it will work for you out-of-the-box on Windows and Linux. It apparently should also be painless on macOS. ## Bluetooth Windows works fine, but on Linux… first-time connecting is problematic.

First, make sure you are using Linux 5. 12+. If you are not using 5. 12+, you will have to disable ERTM. After that I had to make a Windows VM in virt-manager and redirect my Bluetooth controller to it (it will likely show up in the USB redirect with some generic “USB controller” name, but just check `lsusb` and the ID for your Bluetooth card) and then pair the Xbox controller in the VM.

After doing so, you can unredirect your Bluetooth card and close the VM. From now on, you should be able to connect to the controller without any issues on your computer. If you are having connection issues on any OS, it is recommended to update the firmware with the Xbox Accessories app on Windows.

The only issue I found is that it might have incorrect button mapping on Linux like R1 being mapped to Start (which can fixed by using xpadneo driver or you can just rebind the keys on Steam or something).

## Build quality It’s great, feels solid and not like a toy. ## Longevity The controller accepts AA batteries, which means that you can easily replace them. The Xbox One controller still works with Xbox Series, so this controller is likely to also be supported in the next generation.

Both of these things are not true with PlayStation. Sony dropped support for DualShock with PS5 and doesn’t accept AA batteries, which is terrible, because batteries will degrade quick. If you care about using your controller for a long time, go with Xbox.

## Conclusion Even though I’m not a Microsoft fanboy (far from it), they make great controllers. You can’t go wrong with it.

Good controller, it’s a slight update from the existing xbox One controller. Physically it feels the same as my old controller. Buttons feel good not too soft and not super clicky like some 3rd party controllers.

There is a slight change to the battery door, the old door it is angled slightly to the front of the controller and where it meets the bezel at the charge port it sweeps out: the new xbox Series X/S controller it’s more straight without the bent sweep by the bezel it feels more flush to that bezel.

Rechargable battery, the original charge and play battery pack from Microsoft will indeed fit in this controller, you do have to use a USB-C cable to charge it but it does work and does charge, you lose the tiny charging light indicator though (it was removed even on the new play and charge kit from MS).

Any USB-C cable will work with this controller same as they do with any android phone/tablet or game console that uses USB-C. Now what I don’t like is how clicky the D-pad is, I like the feel of the D-pad I just don’t like how noisy it is, it also feels like it hangs up on something internally if I try to make full circles with it.

This may smooth out with repeated use. I got mine in White to match my computer case and I do like the fact that the front bezel is also white. I also like the A, B, X, Y buttons being colored and not the same color as the blue, neon green, and red controllers.

All in all it’s a solid controller with very minor upgrades and cosmetic changes.
