This is a very pretty machine- a step above your standard sewing machine with attention to aesthetics. I chose the pink, green, blue flowers and the colors are pastel with a nice design. I’ve been sewing for years and so I know the basics of setting up a sewing machine.

That said, I would highly suggest using the QR code on the machine to bring up the video for set up because it is not easily done from the quick setup guide or the instruction book, especially for a beginner.

As I said, I am experienced in setting up a machine but I had to use the video. This is not overly unusual since each machine has slight variations and it is best to use their guide for best results.

Once set up, the machine is standard in how it operates. The videos show you how to choose your stitches and how to use the digital commands. The digital display shows you your stitch, the size and width as well as which foot to use.

I found that very easy to use. My first project was blind hemming a pair of pants and the machine did it quickly and nicely. This is an excellent feature for a sewing machine and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to hem anything.

SO much easier than hand hemming. There are 60 stitches to choose from, including stitches that can be used on stretch material, overcasting stitches and buttonholing and the size and width of the stitches are totally customizable.

Also, the front of the base removes, narrowing the machine bed so that you can sew a cuff or small item easily. Sewing machines in general, in my experience, have a tendency to have bobbin issues. This one, to a lesser degree than older models, does have the issue of extra bobbin thread catching & pulling through when removing the material, bringing through a third thread.

It is a minor issue but it did happen even though I checked all settings and the foot. This also causes the top thread to snap occasionally due to the extra tension. This could just be an adjustment different on this machine so I’ll be checking into adjustments that I can possibly make to avoid this in the future.

The machine comes with additional feet for different stitches including the button hole maker. It also has a tool for changing the feet as well as extra bobbins and needles. It has the capacity for a single or double needle plus self threading for the single needle ( love that).

I found the stitching to be consistent, even and tight – as it should be. Making the bobbin was easy once I was used to the configuration they use- again the video from the QR code is MUCH more helpful than the instruction book or the Quick Start guide, both of which have plenty of pictures but are configured in a way that is difficult to follow, using a mix numbers and letters that I finally figured out were for totally different things than what you would normally expect.

My advice to Brother would be to overhaul the guides. The videos are very helpful to avoid confusion. The machine comes with a removable power cord and foot pedal for operation. What is very nice is that the QR code is also shown on the machine itself, just in case the guides are lost – good feature.

Overall a very nice machine that will be getting lots of use. I look forward to exploring some of the fancier stitches to use on gifts.

I had never used a sewing machine before in my life. My mom had one when I was growing up, and I just wasn’t interested. Fast forward to now – I see the appeal, and the utility, but was pretty intimidated because I literally had no idea how to use it.

After unpacking it and plugging it in, I used the QR codes in the instructions to watch the video tutorials on how to thread the bobbin and the needle, etc. The videos were really helpful, and I also found some good video tutorials for this model on YouTube.

It took about 30 minutes for me to get it all threaded and ready to sew. I tested on a practice piece of fabric and tried out the different stitch patterns, and it took a few tries to figure out the speed to guide the fabric through the machine, but it didn’t take me long to get the hang of it.

After a little practicing, I hemmed a pair of shorts that I had cut off, so they wouldn’t fray. I was pretty happy with the result – especially for my very first try. Overall, I was really impressed with how intuitive it was to figure out how to use this machine and get it all set up – and now that I’ve tried it, and excited to be past the “intimidated” stage and ready to try new things.

It’s especially fun to have a machine with all these different stitch patterns – and it seems like a very high quality product. I’m sure this is a sewing machine that would work for all levels of expertise – but from my perspective as a true beginner, I would highly recommend it!.

I do like that the QR Code is not only in the manual but also right on the front of the machine. The LCD screen is easy to see. The LED light in the needle area is bright enough to easily see your work.

Performance wise this sewing machine works extremely well for my needs which is basically doing alterations to clothing as well as curtains. It handles heavy denim material as well as lightweight sheer curtains.

The thing I love most is that brother gives you so much free lifetime support with this machine, there is online as well as phone technical support so if you run into a problem brother is right there to help you.

I highly recommend this sewing machine, it is easy to use whether you are a beginner, or have experience and it’s performance was exceptional.

I purchased the CP100X after a lot of research and consulting others. While it is a great machine with tons of features, it is definitely not for beginners. It took 3 of us multiple attempts and failures and much frustration just trying to thread it.

The lack of instructional video that is useful is certainly a minus. The manual is ok if you can understand it as an experienced user-I/we are not. While I am honestly afraid to have to thread it again or change a foot or anything mechanical (what a challenge) I haven’t actually sewn anything, only tried each of the stitches on scrap fabric to see what they look like-pretty awesome, fast and easy to change from one to the other.

I just wish there were in person, online or detailed instructional videos for people like myself and daughters for specific machines. I think if I weren’t leery of the difficult instructions, frustration and challenges I would have actually used the machine more than twice so far.

I was beginning to think I would never get the hang of sewing, but it turns out I was using an inferior machine! Since receiving this Brother CPX100X my projects have been coming out so much better. My husband is actually much better at sewing than I am and I usually leave big projects to him, but I really think I am ready to tackle a quilt with this machine! It’s been my goal for years to get comfortable enough to make a quilt, and with the larger work space, and 10 different feet, and 100 stitches, I really think this is the perfect machine to help me reach that goal.

As I said, my husband is much more experienced than I am sewing, and he absolutely loves it. He is able to whip out masks in no time, with half the frustration of our old sewing machine. I have even been able to make a couple with no issues! The needle threader is literally one step and works every time.

Neither of us have noticed any tension issues, and the stitches look beautiful every time. I have had so much fun playing with all of the different stitches and it has been great practice. I had no idea there were so many different feet like buttonhole, zipper, monogramming, overcasting, blind hole, etc.

I have so much to learn and am actually excited about it now instead of overwhelmed and frustrated with my old sewing machine. I love that it comes with a protective case as well. I really feel like the sky is the limit now that I have something reliable to create with!.

The sewing machine is Lightweight and basically easy to use. However if you are not careful, when you thread the bobbin, you end up winding the thread underneath the bobbin holder and the only way to unwind it is by hand.

I guess I have to be more careful. Also there isn’t much room around the needle for fatter hands to thread it with ease. I do however like the automatic needle threader. I also figured out when replacing a broken needle, because there is not much space that it is REALLY easy to drop a needle into the space underneath and you can’t just tighten it the replacement needle by hand, it has to be tightened with the screwdriver.

I like the variable speed.

After my first weekend with my new Brother HD, I am very pleased. It was threaded and ready to get to work right out of the box. I downgraded from a fancier named brand that I used for 11 years to my 1st Brother, as so many people highly recommend them.

Brother does a wonderful job with signage and diagrams that would be helpful to even a beginner. This product also comes with online support, including videos, a community chat room for Q&A and live online support.

For the low cost of this machine, I was very impressed with the funcitonality. The stitches are uniform and the machine glided smoothly over a variety of materials, from lycra and thin cotton to denim and wool without requiring any adjustments.

It was also speedy, sewing up to 1100 stitches per minute without missing a beat.

My machine was working completely fine for the first 2 weeks I had it. I bought the machine May 18th. Yesterday, I was sewing lightweight FLEECE and the machine got totally jammed, not only ruining my project, but I was unable to continue using the machine.

All of the “Brother Certified” repair locations within 50 miles of me are either closed or have a 3-4 week turnaround time which I can absolutely not afford. I am having to go to a sewing repair place near me despite having a supposed 25 year warranty on my machine, and I have to pay $110 to get it fixed which is a third of the price I paid for the machine!! This machine is an entry level serger which I understand, but i have been doing simple sewing all on fleece which is not heavy weight at all.

I should not be going through this, absolutely ridiculous. And of course I can’t get in touch with an ACTUAL PERSON at Brother so that is extremely annoying as well. Don’t waste your time or money on this machine or any other Brother product.

This sucks.

I needed a heavy duty serger because we have a small farm and I repair horse blankets, etc. When I did a web search I was pleasantly surprised to find Office Max/Depot sold this model. The price was below a well known department store and I had enough rewards saved to get this for “free”.

So far it works great! Has all the features and more that I will ever use and comes with lots of accessories that are very useful.

This printer does not work with android print drivers or available apps, however it works flawlessly out of the box with IOS Air Print no problem. Brother technical support have confirmed this printer will not work with standard android print software.

It looks nice but if you rip it slightly wrong, it eats the stickers, rips them in half, and then you gotta take it apart to clear it.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. It has been a long time since a label maker was on my list of things to buy for my home office. There were many occasions when it would have been nice to have in order to add that extra personal touch on gifts and other household items.

However, it was a challenge to find one that met all of my expectations. Luckily, I came across the Brother P-Touch Embellish Label Maker. It has all the features I always hoped a label maker should have and more.

When I saw the box I immediately fell in love with the machine and the possibilities. It had colorful pictures and clear details throughout the box. It even gave me ideas on how else I could use it. What caught my eye right away were the satin ribbons and variety of decorative tapes.

I have so many favorites and I can`t wait to try them all. However, it only includes a few cassettes and the others are sold separately. Once I opened the box I was a little skeptical about the assembly of the label maker because of past experiences.

I thought it was going to be a challenge to put together and ultimately use, but to my surprise it was easy and fun. Changing ribbon and tape cassettes is simple as it only requires opening the label maker and switching out the cassette.

The keyboard layout is also easy to use. Perhaps the LCD display could be a larger and/or clearer. One of my favorite features is the save feature because you can reuse the text and settings for up to 20 different labels simply by assigning a number (1-20) to each saved file to reuse it, edit or overwrite.

The instructions come in three languages which I find very helpful since I am bilingual. What I also love about the instructions is that it gives you an illustration of all the symbols and characters available to use.

The label maker comes with the option to use a power cord or 6 AAA Batteries. Unfortunately though, it did not include either. I think it should come with at least the power cord. In all, the P-Touch Embellish Label Maker is a great and easy to use label maker.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. When I received my label maker I used it right away since I had baby shower favors I was working on and was going to make custom label ribbons to wrap with.

It was very nicely packaged and upon opening it, it was easy enough to assemble so I didn`t need the instructions to figure out how to place the batteries and insert the ribbon cartridge. It is very similar to other label makers as far as how to input the letters so that was intuitive but I did have to resort to the instructions to figure out how to input certain symbols, fonts, and patterns because there were many more options to choose from than standard label makers.

I`m very impressed with this product and how it can give any crafty person the ability to add such a personalized touch to whatever you use labels and ribbons for. In fact, my favorite feature on this device are the patterns you can print and overlap with a personalized message.

The only downside is the cartridge is set at a specific color so you can`t change color on the material in the cartridge. However, I`d imagine if that was doable the machine would probably need to be bigger and be able to accommodate separate ink cartridges and it`s current size is just right since it`s not too big or too small to use and store away.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone but especially to someone who likes options and details!.

There honestly aren`t even words to explain how much I love this P-touch embellish, but I`m going to try! Forget everything you thought you knew about label makers and while you`re at it throw your old ones away.

This thing can do so much more than I ever imagined a label maker could do. Want to print an actual label, print on a ribbon instead, add emojis, frames, change fonts, automatically print multiples of the same thing, or save a design for future use? You can do all of that and more! On top of being an amazing device it also holds up well if little hands get a hold of it.

In my case my 5 year old had seen me using it and snuck it to his room to print some ribbon but he hadn`t seen me use the (very easy to use) cut button so he just yanked out over a foot of ribbon while pushing more buttons! When I realized what happened I thought it was for sure ruined for good, but nope! I had to do some minor surgery to the ribbon in the cassette but the machine still works perfectly and I think I may even be able to get the ribbon cassette working again!A silver lining of that experience is that i now have a long piece of the ribbon that comes with the P-touch so i can tell you that it is extremely soft.

If you figured out the correct lengths it would be great to make ribbons for pigtails with a name or design or something on them. The instructions were very in-depth, but easy to understand. Overall, this is an amazing product and I can`t recommend it enough!.

The lack of power adapter didn’t bother me since I was upgrading from another P-touch and using batteries is normal for me. What did bother me what despite setting the options for narrow margins and tabs to save label space and make it last longer, there’s still a ridiculous amount of wasted space on the left of every label.

P-touch would have you believe it’s so it can “feed correctly” but give me a break. I’ve used the older models and they feed fine and cut correctly. This is deliberately wasted space so they can sell more tape and defeats the point of having a built in cutter because I HAVE TO MANUALLY CUT THE LEFT SIDE OF EVERY LABEL NOW ANYWAY!!.

Bought this label maker because I had so many organizing bins in my garage, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It was time to label them all! I bought more bins for my office. Everything is organized and labeled now.

The labels stick really well! The font is easy to read! They can be washed without losing the writing! I wish I had bought this years ago! If you are a DIY organizer and want to take your organizing to the next level, buy this product and get going!.

I’ve been using the D210 now for several months and while it’s a decent printer, it seems the settings are designed to waste about 40% of the tape cartridges. I’ve read the instructions twice and find it very annoying to have to edit the settings every single time I use it.

My complaint is that the margins or tabs – I still can’t figure which is which – are defaulted to waste an inch of tape before AND after whatever you input is printed. You change the settings to where they’re almost acceptable but every time you change the copy the settings once again default to where you waste half of each label when you print it.

I get it; you guys want to sell more tape cartridges but it’s beyond ridiculous. I almost suggest purchasing a different brand until they either fix this issue or let you know – via the useless instructions – how to set the printer once and have the settings stay that way.

It’s a great label printer and was working fine until it ran out of labels. I replaced the labels but it won’t reconnect to the network. Apparently I have to restart the router (kick all my co-workers and other devices off the internet) just to get it to connect again.

Terrible network interface. BRAdmin Pro 4 is useless to resolve the issue. It says Error but won’t say what the error is and won’t allow you to reset it or reset the connection. After a few restarts of the printer, it just says No Connection now though there is no error on the device and all the lights are green.

It just wont connect. It’s super frustrating. Even on initial setup, I had to use the USB because it wouldn’t connect any other way. Brother should really get the interface and connection issues corrected.

I have never had a label printer so it’s hard for me to compare. I wish the labels printed darker. They are sufficient, but the addresses seem a little light to me. I bought this printer because it was one of the few specifically supporting Macs, so I appreciate that, and because it can be used with wi-fi.

The big negative of this printer is that you have to buy Brother labels which are a lot more expensive than other brands. If I had to choose again, I might try harder to use a different brand with cheaper label options.

Just bring the label prices down and I could be a Brother user for life. As it is, if label prices remain high and I ever had to buy another label printer, I’d probably explore other options.

I really like this printer, but the software that it is bundled with is a bit quirky. For example, one day it started placing all text within a frame on any new label. I figured out how to turn it off temporarily, but it comes right back with the next new label.

Really annoying. I can’t figure how to make it gone and keep it gone. It prints beautiful labels any number of ways. They are always crisp, easy to read, and do the job well. The Brother software has tons of features, some are hidden deep within the sub menus.

Often trying to find a feature requires going to the on-line help (which isn’t always easy to maneuver through. ) which can be a pain. And the help info is hit or miss as to if the topic one is looking for exists.

This printer is more temperamental than some of the other label printers I’ve had from brother. For example, it has jammed more times than any other brother label printer. When it jams, the tape cartridge is done.

You cannot repair it, you just have to toss it. But those are minor inconveniences that can be overcome. For the most part the printer works well, does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does that well over and over again.

I like the chain printing feature which saves quite a bit on tapes. Otherwise every label has an 1” to 1. 5” of leader before the actual text.

The machine is great. Easy to use, load, and the software is easy to use. The only thing is it wastes tape. It maybe a setting but it rolls some tape out then cuts it off then prints before every label.

Then the 2nd downer is the graphics in the software on all platforms is limited when they could be more abundant and better. Other than those two things it works great and has many tape options in size, color and tape type mediums.

I chose this particular machine because I thought the wifi feature would be very convenient in that it would allow you to print from you mobile device but the feature does not function well at all. This is true with my both my Android and iOS devices.

Every time I try to print from my mobile devices, the app says that it is unable to connect to a device. So I have to try multiple ways to get it to connect to my device even trying to connect manually with the IP address doesn’t work.

I always have to connect through direct wifi and then it will connect. But that means I have to disconnect from the network I’m on and then connect to the printer. I just think the connection process should flow more smoothly any time I want to print wirelessy.

This is awesome. Excellent quality and just looks amazing. Can’t wait to give it to my niece for Christmas.

I have owned the machine for a couple years now. The needle plate breaks frequently. The first time a called years ago they said they had no idea when it would be in stock and it would be $45 with shipping, on a machine that I had bought only a month ago.

Finally after a couple months I was able to get a new one. I thought for sure it was just a fluke- no it has broken several times after. I was able to find a replacement, but breaks every couple months.

Now I can’t find them anywhere. And it isn’t just me, I found other people that have this issue and have resorted to super glueing the needle back on and crossing their fingers. Without this part the machine is useless.

So if you need to buy a brother serger, just buy the 1034D, not DX. The parts are readily available and cheap.

i am an intermediate level sewing enthusiast at best, and have reawakened my passion with sewing during the pandemic beginning with making masks. i had a cheap serger that did just fine for general tasks, but now as i’m trying to sew more elaborate projects and thicker upholstery fabrics, it was just failing me time and time again with breaking threads, etc.

it also had no real guides for where the blade was cutting and ZERO space or guides to the right of the needles/blade. it was basically just a cheap entry level thing i bought on a limited budget years ago at Walmart.

so i read a bunch of reviews and even comparisons of various Brother models, and again without wanting a full on expensive professional machine, this 1034D model sounded like the one. i bit the bullet and bought it right here off the Brother website and it arrived in less than a week.

long story longer, i am up at 1:30 right now like a kid on Christmas night with a new toy, and so far just the threading was a breeze and serging of this thicker upholstery fabric has been a dream!! the presser foot can really handle thick fabric including running over a thick piping i’d already sewn in.

my other serger just did not have as flexible of a presser foot nor the tension range to handle moving over the piping and thick fabric. the power and the speed of this model are really impressive!! and the little trim trap accessory is a nice bonus part.

looking forward to testing all the various stitch and presser foot options with more projects to come. but now it’s 1:45am and i’ve got to catch some ZZZZs. will be dreaming of easy, powerful serging HA!!.

I really love this serger! Originally, I tried to look for the brother 1034d but that one kept getting sold out everywhere. So, I ended up doing some research and I found this one(1034dx) and I’m like ‘okay lemme try this.

’ I’m so glad I got this on my birthday because this serger sews like butter! It’s like it’s not even trying lol. And I also love the stitch quality and how it’s super easy to thread the machine. I even tried to sew with few layers of denim and it works perfectly.

As long as you use the right needles ofc! This machine is also perfect for beginners who’s just learning about different sewing machines or how to hem clothing.

As someone who wasn’t sure how I was going to like printing from my phone rather than typing on a physical keyboard. well. I have to say I can’t believe I waited so long. This little label maker is wonderful! The apps for the phone definitely have a learning curve, but when you get the perfect label and are able to save it, it’s pure joy.

The labels come out sharp, the battery life is excellent, it’s quick and quiet, and it fits nicely in a small camera bag. They do make cases it specifically, but I live all the pockets a camera bag offers.

I have not had any jams. The machine recognized which tape I have in it and sends that information right to the app. The apps offer many more options for label styles and you can see the label right on your phone before you print.

The tape is not cheap but it is durable and has stuck wonderfully to every shelf at work. I work at a car dealership in the parts department and it is a dusty and oily environment. The price of the labels is worth it.

This is a great little printer that was worth every penny.

I saw someone using a similar device a few years ago, and while it was adequate for the task required of it at the time it had a somewhat limited capability. It could only print in upper and lower case, its memory was limited, and the tape was only available in white.

I was delighted to find the versatility of the H101C exceeded my expectations.

I had my last serger for about 20 years but there were some fabrics it just couldn’t handle the thickness. One example is when I was making zipper bags. I actually bought this machine from someone used and it appeared to have never been used.

So far I can say that it has handled everything I have put under it and with beautiful stitches. I almost never have to change the setting like I did with my old machine. Threading is also not as complicated as with my old machine.

I enjoy my brother products and have come to trust them. On a final note, I will say that I could not ever find the difference and this and the 1634 serger. I only got this one because of deal I got on it.

They appear to be the same though.

It’s smooth, fast and much more than I hoped for in a new machine. The only problem I have with it is changing threads the quick way (cutting, knotting and serging through) just never seems to work. The loopers go through ok, I stop the knots before the needles, cut and re-thread like you’re suppose to, but it just won’t catch right and loop.

I then have to start over, re-thread completely, and away it goes. I have no idea why but I will keep trying until I master it or learn my lesson and just re-thread from the start. Threading completely is quick and easy anyway and absolutely nothing to be feared on this machine (like you hear and read).

Price was awesome and delivery was quick(ish) so overall, really happy I took the plunge!.

It’s easy to thread, it doesn’t skip stitches and it cuts the fabric with ease. I’ve owned it since 2015 and now in 2021 it’s still going strong with no issues whatsoever. I use it at least 4 or more times a week with heavy canvas fabric to thin sheer chiffon with no issues.

I found this by accident bc I thought this business had gone under years ago, ordering from site Qvc, they had some brand Id never heard of but it made me think of this company found u again on the net But I was very disappointed.

The Turkey either needs to be honey or brown sugar; not both. Made it awful, horrible even. However everything else taste just like I remembered. PLEASE CHANGE TURKEY RECIPES!.

We used to go every holiday season to the Hickory Farms kiosks in the malls where we lived. We have purchased this same summer sausage and cheese box every year since the kiosks first opened. Besides being absolutely delicious, this food delight reminds us of our family tradtion.

We’ll keep getting this wonderful gift box until they put us in the ground. We love Hickory Farms!.

I labeled everything in my home, and I am really satisfied with being able to lable fragile pipe spigets, and dangerous things around some construction areas. The lableer is easy to switch cartridge sizes, turns on and off all day long, and works well as a portable with the batteries in it.

The only thing bad about this unit is that you can’t be poor to be able to afford the labler- cartridges (average $27 for 26 ft =. 40 per each 3 inch long lable per say). It’s a little bit of a luxury, but you don’t have to be rich to have your home well organized either.

Note: you can probably lable everything in your home/ garage with less than two cartridges. Good Day to You! The Unit has had no problems, but once I put a cartridge in quickly/ un- aligned, and it ruined the pully on the cartridge, so put them in relatively precise/ take your time to avoid learning this once the hard way (It’s cause I flip different size tapes in the unit quickly all day long).

I had a PT2610 before and PT2710 has some improvements. Where the label comes out now there is a small ledge to catch the short labels as they come out. The large lighted display is much easier to see.

I like the preview option. What I did not like is it does not come with the stick to remove the backing from the labels and no where to store it when I did get one. Also the case does not have much room.

I could only get 4 extra tapes in it. After I cut out the inside of the case I could get 10 extra tapes in the case. As a whole the Brother Label Maker is the best I have found. The tapes are easy to find and a wide selection of tapes to choose from.

The tapes are very durable and the lettering does not come off the laminated tapes.

This was supposed to be a replacement for one that I thought was on the blink. turns out the tape I was using was too old. Once I got the new tape there was no problem. This printer does a great job with labels, especially when hooked to a computer.

I’m sure I’ll use the second printer somewhere. Highly recommended.

The Brother CP80X 80-Stitch Computerized Sewing Machine is excellent for beginners. I have been sewing since I was 15, but not consistently, and I’ve ALWAYS hated threading through the machine in like 16 steps! The Brother CP80X makes it MUCH easier.

In fact, I have more motivation to start and finish new and old projects because it’s so easy to use! The handy stitch reference on the front panel is a timesaver if I ever saw one. I lose everything so this is awesome for me.

There is a large work area, so this machine is a godsend for quilters! I have yet to start my quilting adventures, but am looking forward to it now. The included Quilt Design Software Bundle makes quilting easy for us newbies! The accessories pouch is a nice addition and super helpful to have around.

It includes pretty much everything you would need to sew, hem, repair, create, etc. Overall, this is seriously a great seeing machine for beginners to advanced sewers/quilters. So easy to use, so well made and durable, and really helps to improve your sewing skills,.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest review. I was extremely excited to get this sewing machine, quilting has been an interest for a long time that just never was in the budget to get started.

It comes with so much stuff and there are video tutorials for pretty much everything that has to do with the machine. The computerized part is nice, it looks confusing at first but once I started playing with it I understood it fairly quickly.

The bottom bobbin is so shockingly easy to change, I think that was the most mesmerizing part for me, I’ve never had a machine that made it so easy to change that one. The many many different stitches are great for any project and I’m amazed by how many different stitches there even is.

I had no idea there was so many different ones to pick from. Fabric feeds through it smoothly, it doesn’t catch or anything like that. It’s overall just a great sewing machine to start anyone out, between all the extras it comes with and all the tutorials anyone can be sewing in no time.

I have been using an older model sewing machine and this Brother CP80X is certainly an upgrade to my old sewing machine. It was so easy to set up and I was sewing in no time! This machine has so many great features including an easy needle threading system, 80 built-in stitches, eight auto-sizes buttonholes, easy to read LCD display screen, a quick-set drop-in top bobbin, and so much more! I love that it also comes with a pouch that has additional accessories too.

I love that I can be really creative in designing my quilts with the quilt design software that comes with this machine. This Brother sewing machine is easy enough for a beginner and it is ideal for an advanced seamstress.

I love this machine. It is such a work horse! It is the most reliable sewing machine I have ever owned. The stitch quality is perfect. I have never had a problem in the 5 years that I have owned it. I had bought a cheaper model that had terrible tension problems so my dealer offered me his VQ2400 demo model at a great price and I am so stinking happy I made the switch.

Before this machine I was an avid Janome fan but Brother has now won my heart. Great machine, I love it. I am now looking into a Brother Embroidery machine to compliment my VQ2400.

I purchase this machine to finish some quilting I had been trying to quilt on a small domestic sewing machine. This has been a wonderful selection and does everything I dreamed about when sewing or quilting.

Overall, I am rather impressed with the DreamWeaver VQ 2400. It is a user friendly sewing machine. In particular, I like the following features: 1. The large brightly lit LCD screen. (compared with my Innovis 4000D) 2.

The LED lighting. 3. The extra workspace. 4. Pivot function 5. Automatic reverse/reinforcement 6. Automatic thread cutting 7. On board clock 8. Uniform, well defined and tight stitches 9. Assortment of standard accessories I have not used the machine for quilting yet, therefore, I am unable to make any comments at this stage.

Since the first brand new DreamWeaver VQ 2400 that I received broke down after two hours of use. With regards to this new replacement machine, I have no way of knowing if its quality and usage will stand the test of time.
