Perfect collar for excellent control. Our previous rope collars were round; these are flat and add additional comfort for our large dog with extremely thick hair around her neck. We are very pleased with the quality and the fact that they are strong but without being thick.

Excellent on both her walking leash and her hands free leash.

Great collar, I just wish the rings were larger as it can be difficult to attach a leash when my dog is moving around. That is the only downfall of this collar. Great alternative to buckle or snap collars.

I bought this for the fall 2021 deer hunting season first. it held my excaliber xbow and several different rifles. This thing is top quality. i was more then impressed with the fit and finish. to the point i keep a cloth gun sock on it to keep it lookin pretty.

lol You can shoot groups with your rifle and xbow that you never thought was possible without a benchrest. it is that stable. The convience of being hands free in a blind setup makes it worth every penny.

no movement. its on target all the time. i luv it. now i’m using it for varmit hunting and i’m sure turks in the spring. If your a ground hunter for a variety of species. its a must have. It is heavy though.

i will admit that. this model is 8. 5 lbs. like having another rifle with you. I found the best spot for it in the field is in the rifle holder on a quality back pack coming and going from the blind.

I won’t take off a star for its weight. its not a drawback. Im just giving heads up about it. I AM very pleased with it. Bog answered a lot of hunters prayers with this product if you ask me.

I bought this tripod after seeing a numerous amount of positive feedback but it fell significantly short of my expectations. I’ll start with the pros. -It’s stable, when you lock everything down your rifle holds perfectly still and you can get some clean shots.

-The clamp can support a good amount of weight. I put a 14lb rifle in the clamp and after a little balancing it was able to secure it just as easy as a lighter rifle. – You can shoot stable from a number of positions including uneven terrain.

Now the cons. – The aluminum one is heavy. If you’re moving from spot to spot or have a long walk to your spot it doesn’t take long to notice the extra weight. – The adjustments are awful. If you’re sitting in a chair or on the ground and want a slight elevation adjustment you have to adjust all 3 legs and often times the furthest legs is farther than you can reach so you have to move a lot to get to it and then you’re just guessing and must reassess after every adjustment if it where you want it.

The latches are small, so if you’re using gloves often times it’s either a chore or you have to take your gloves off. This whole process becomes noisy, time consuming, and just simply frustrating. – If you’re using an AR with a 20-30 round magazine you need to be extra aware of the orientation of the legs.

The Magazine will hit them and either move the rifle out of clamp or very severely limit the degree of swing depending on when your lights or other attachments are. You cannot clamp the rifle choked up on the Magazine where it’s most stable.

This is a very notable issue when predator hunting. -Theres no carry strap or a built in way to attach to a pack and you need to find a way to secure it to you or you’ll be carrying it which limits your ability to grab your rifle if you see game while walking.

Overall if you know what direction you’ll be shooting, and won’t have to change that or elevation you most likely won’t have many issues with this tripod. That said if you use this for hunting applications where game can come from any direction you’ll most likely run into the same issues as I did.

Personally I believe this is the worst investment I’ve bought for predator hunting. I think you’ll find better results in other tripods or supported shooting systems.

This thing is built to last basically forever. That being said that heavy duty construction has made it very heavy. Your not gonna pack this thing with you on long hunts. If you can take it to a blind or something like that your good, but dont expect to do a day pack in hunt and carry this beast with you.

I’m not certain on the weight but id say ruffly 12 to 15 pounds. The weight does add to the stability of the rest though. I purchased the carbon fiber one so its the lightest option so I could not image how the others ones feel.

I have not used it to hunt with yet but it seems to have easy intuitive controls to adjust for quick shots. over all im happy with it but really fill that the weight will limit me on places I can take this hunting.

Nice looking collar, quality construction but not very reflective at all. Works if bright light shines directly on it in dark but my cats other collar is much more reflective. Unfortunately she shredded the old one quickly so I sought to replace it.

Will have to keep looking for a replacement. Really a shame because it’s a cute design with the fish, has a good breakaway that is neither too hard, nor too easy to open, has a good bell, and is offered in many colors.

Would be good for exclusively indoor cat with no chance of breakout. Thankfully chewy has wonderful customer service and made things right for me. Of note also is the green is not quite as vibrant as shown, it’s a little more muted, olivey tone.

I have red dingo collars for my dogs and they are so well made and easy to take on and off, so when it came time for my sweet cat, Simon to get a collar I was delighted to find Red Dingo makes collars for cats, too.

Simon has a chipmunk addiction that I am trying to curb or at least give them a fighting chance by getting him a collar with a bell. So far, so good. Thank, God! He had started to bring me weekly “gifts” and while I appreciate his generosity, I don’t want Alvin and Theodore to wonder what happened to their Simon.

I initially left a 5-star review for this mold because even though this mold only allows you to make one slug at a time, after approx 100 slugs everything was going good and it’s well worth the extra time to cast my own slugs and reload the hulls that I been saving from shooting ranges.

Have you bought a box of 12ga slug shells lately? Not sure about your area but here in eastern Ohio, I couldn’t find even a box of 5 basic slug shells for under fifteen dollars!!! I was very fortunate to call at the right time the only recycling center in our area that resells to the public.

one of the local plumbing contractors had just dropped off a load of soft lead pipe and the recycling center sold it to me for 60cents per pound. After the process of melting it down into 1lb ingots, I was left with nearly 300lbs but then only after casting approx 3 hundred slugs the center part of the mold that casts the conical shape into the rear of the slug fell off.

Well as soon as it cooled down and I picked it and it’s screw up, I immediately seen how pathetic of a job that Lee did with ONLY providing a screw that goes in LITERALLY 3 threads. They could have EASILY drilled, tapped, and used a longer screw that would keep it held in MUCH more securely.

So I tried to put it back together but thenfound out that the threads the screw went into were now stripped because it wasn’t apparent that it was coming loose while I was casting and tapping (yes gently) on the mold to release the slug.

So right in the middle of me having nearly 20lbs of molten lead in the pot and having to get 1500 slug shells made whereby I make 500 for each of my brothers for Christmas, I now have to drain the pot back into 1 lb ingots and wait for a day when there’s not a foot of snow on the ground and I can make it out to my garage in my wheel chair to drill the hole deeper, tap it, and get a longer screw for it.

I mean good grief. why make everything else good quality on these molds and then for Lee to do such a lame job on the screw for it of all things?.

Make Slugs Cheap Again! I don’t have to go out and buy a roll crimper and special wads, that saves me a bunch of money which is why I bought this thing in the first place! It casts nice slugs pretty quickly, you do your part, it does its part.

Some of the slugs in the pictures aren’t filled out nice and smooth but the target never knows it. I like to download these for people that don’t want to have to manage a lot of recoil, makes people who don’t think they can shoot slugs pretty happy.

For a cylinder bore shotgun I use a hard alloy because I know it won’t have to squeeze through a choke and they really pack a punch, whatever they hit is pretty much broken.

One of the best slug molds ever made ! Midsouth is the first place i look for great molds. I have Lee molds I bought from Midsouth 20 years ago and they are still casting excellent bullets ! The Lee molds today are better than ever !.
