I had never tried ruby chocolate before. I was pleasantly surprised. The chips themselves do not taste great, but they are a really nice complement to a nice dark or bittersweet chocolate. The color is a pepto bismol color, so not great on its own, but beautiful against chocolate.

The 5. 5 lbs bag is the best value. I split it with several friends and got the best per pound price that way. Loved the service and delivery was very quick. Overall, super happy.

Absolutely love this Ruby chocolate. It has a velvety smooth mouth feel, and melts wonderfully. It tempers slightly different than a milk or dark chocolate, but not so much that it is difficult to use.

It sets very quickly, and has a beautiful finish. The very slight hint of berry/acidic notes work to just cut the richness that this chocolate has. My clients loved it, and it offered a new and innovative product to our area.

I was very excited to revive my order of callebaut ruby chocolate. It arrived in a timely manner; however, it had been shipped during an abnormally hot spell and a decent portion of the chocolate melted! I’m very disappointed that it was not shipped with more precaution.

In terms of flavor, they meet my expectations, are smooth and creamy. Very decadent looking.

I love Ghirardelli chocolate. This is such a great quality coco powder for making cakes, cookies, and brownies. The recipe on the back is probably the best brownie recipe I have ever made and tasted.

Full of chocolate flavor and chewy and crispy as a brownie should be. I always get compliments and asked for the recipe. This is the sweetened coconut powder and the back of the package even tells you how to substitute this for unsweetened coco in a recipe.

I bought this package and forgot about it in my cabinet. the expiration date was 6 years ago and guess what you cannot tell it was 6 years expired. It tasted great! Don’t throw it out or if you find it on sale grab it.

I own a small bakery, and one of my most popular cookies is the Tuxedo (dark chocolate white chip cookie). We sell out every week, and for good reason. I’ve been using the Hershey’s Special Dark cacao powder, but cannot source it in bulk, which for time and cost purposes, is rather important.

I make gobs every christmas. this year i used ghirardelli cocoa powder and they were by far the best chocolate gobs i ever made. they were a hit every where i took them. will for sure be using this cocoa again next christmas to make my gobs.

These are huge and beautiful! I am selfishly keeping these beauties for myself, but they would make a perfect gift. They are bubble-wrapped, in a classy black box, closed with a stretchy cord and hanging name-tag.

These are delicious and I’ve ordered many for gifts and will continue to do so. I hope that these are an item that will be stocked year-round.

I’m sad to say these were only ‘ok’. I had high hopes when ordering as I LOVE alter eco’s other chocolate bars and especially their truffle balls. These have the great outer chocolate of other alter eco products, but the filling was pretty meh.

Mostly tasted oily with a hint of hazelnut. I was expecting more of a smooth creamy hazelnut filling but these reminded me of keto fat bombs, which I’m not crazy about. I guess I should have clued in from the name of the product, oh well!.

I probably should have read the description closer but this kit does not actually have chocolate or sprinkles. disappointing for the price. Cute kit but should have been more clear this is not part of it.

This is an elegant gift to share around in a group setting. My bridge group has an annual holiday luncheon. I purchased enough so each of the 20 ladies received one at their place setting. I tied a pretty bow on the stick and voila! So easy.

These are unbelievable! Don’t let the reishi mushroom scare you, as it somehow works perfectly with the other flavors (this from someone who hates mushrooms)! This was one of the single-best chocolates I’ve ever had.

Love to make this for me and my kids during fall and winter. It tastes amazing. It is a sipping chocolate which means it will be thicker consistency and have a stronger chocolate flavor so having a smaller cup of this is recommended.

I also love to add chili flakes and a little chili powder to my sipping chocolate. It reminds me of the movie chocolat and it tastes amazing.

This sipping chocolate is better than any other grocery store variety I’ve tried, but I wish it was more of a drinking chocolate with flakes of chocolate vs. the powder. Overall, it isn’t overly sweet and comes in a cute tin!.

This sipping chocolate is AMAZING! Incredibly rich flavor and so so good. Definitely a must try for anyone that hasn’t had it yet. The unfortunate thing is that it is a seasonal item so you better stock up when you can!.

Received this product on a timely manner. Attractive holiday packaging. The variety allows us to choose among three flavors to enjoy. A welcome delight to warm us during for cold winter days.

What’s not to be good? I mean it’s 70% dark! The only suggestion I have is that maybe OliveNation adds a measurement to the description. Under “Form” it says disc/wafer, which they are, but a size would be helpful.

These are a little under 1/2″ diameter. I was looking for a wafer about 3/4″ diameter. I have a Wilton brownie pan that makes 12 individual 2 1/2″brownies and I usually sink a couple of wafers in the batter of each brownie before I bake them, so the brownies come out ooey-gooey in the middle.

I’ll still use these, but I’ll have to use more wafers in each brownie. So OliveNation, a size of your wafers would be very helpful. Otherwise, this was a great sale. Products are gread, well packed and shipped very fast.

This is a great deal with 15 single-serve packages of Total Indulgence Cappuccino Mix in Sweet Caramel. I like that you can use water or milk in them. They are definitely more rich with the milk, but more convenient with water if you are at work.

Both are good. This is rich and delicious. The box got a little squished in transit, but it wasn’t a gift, so it was not a big deal. Directions, Ingredients, and all the pertinent information is on the box, as is the expiration date, which was about nine months out, giving me plenty of time to use this.

Next time, I must try the Dark Chocolate!.

Always doubtful, I was amazed at how yummy these packets are. Water or milk, the flavor is rich, thick and does not have a chemical taste. Love it and so easy. When I want to spoil myself I make a hot chocolate from scratch using pure dark chocolate.

That takes a long time and is messy. This is a very close second and takes only two minutes and a microwave. Yum!.

I love the taste. You can actually taste the chocolate in it. It has a rich flavor. Good for the price. I would buy this product again. I drink hot chocolate during the winter months to warm me up. This one is the best I have ever purchase.

The first box came damaged, but Prezzybox were quick to replace, no complaints there. However the actual chocolate tastes of cooking chocolate and made a very unpalatable drink. So I would not recommend it.

These are beautifully presented in the crackers. They work as expected but I was surprised how thin the chocolate was. The chocolate melts down in moments and makes for a weak chocolate milk. I did enjoy the novelty of this item but really, I didnt particularly enjoy the resulting hot chocolate drink and found it sickly sweet.

I would not order these again I dont think. One cracker in the family Christmas eve box perhaps.

A fantastically quirky take on a hot chocolate. The presentation was fantastic and a real treat for everyone over the holidays. A great present. Not only was it fun to make up but the hot chocolate was the best we have tasted.

No lumps from powder, creamy and a lovey touch of marshmallows. Cannot recommend enough.

I bought these hot chocolate bombe’s after seeing them on QVC. My kids almost fell off their chairs as they watched the magic of the marshmallows popping out from the chocolate bombe as I poured hot milk over them.

These will be great to share with the family on Christmas eve huddled around the fire.

The mold were perfect for hot cocoa bombs and so so simple! The sprinkles add such a cute flare to any cookie, hot cocoa bomb, ect!
