I absolutely have had a wonderful experience with these knives! I really like the finishing look of the stand. This set comes with 12 different knives, 1) 8″ chef knife 2) 5″ boning knife 3) 6: 4. 5″ steak knives 4) 8″ bread knife 5) 5″ utility knife 6) 5″ santoku knife 7) 3.

5″ paring knife and shears. These knives come to you very sharp, so be careful! I am not used to working with sharp knives as my last knife block, did not have a sharpener attached. I didn’t want to buy one to store some where, so its nice that this comes with it attached to the block and ready for use at all times.

The instructions say to use the knives for two weeks before you follow the sharpening routine and then sharpen every two weeks. These knives cut everything very easily. The instructions to sharpen knives were very easy to follow.

You have to make sure that when you are sharpening knives that you go all the way to the bottom of the sharpener, no matter how long the knife is. Bigger knives are inserted at the top and the smaller knives are inserted at the bottom of the opening.

Once in place, slide the lever all the way up and back all the way down 10 times, then carefully take the knife out, rinse and dry the knife thoroughly before storing. These knives need to be hand washed and never washed in the dishwasher.

Washing them in the dishwasher can decrease the quality of the knife, damage the blade edge and reduce the stainless steel integrity. I typically wash by hand and let air dry before storing but the instructions say to dry them thoroughly before storing to prevent watermarks and spotting.

The block is easy to clean as well with a thorough wipe down. The shears come apart for easy cleaning. There are also suction cups at the bottom of the base to keep the knife block in place. If you ever need to move the block, be sure to remove all the knives before doing so.

This comes with a “Quick Start Guide”, which gives you the sharpening instructions, sharpener tips and tricks, recommended knife usage, what’s in the box and cleaning& care. So far, I have been thoroughly impressed with this set and recommend this to those who are looking for a better knife experience.

I own and have been using that Ninja foodi never dull premium knife for a few weeks this is absolutely unique Lee perfect knife set. I love the technology, the durability, how it has a comfortable grip.

I love that it also has in this built in stone sharpening wheel for your knives but not for this shears. These knives when they cut they go through like butter. I love how each handle is very comfortable in your hand, I love the handle that it has the full Tang throughout the whole knife.

I also love that the sharpness. love every single knife has the Engraving and it says the name of the knife on everyone. I love the caddy which holds all of your knife set. The quality, that precision, the door ability is on point.

And when using the never dull Stone sharpening wheel it gives a perfect angle and implies the right amount of pressure on your blade they give you the super incredible sharpness that is needed for your blades.

I love that when you use the knife to cut the most delicate Foods cut through it like butter and it doesn’t Shred the meat or if using on vegetables like tomatoes it still keeps it round not givea it a smushy look.

The blades have a German stainless steel Rich’s rust resistant and very super strong. I love how it feels perfect and my hand does not slide off the handle while I’m cutting. And to wash your knives you doing by hands not in a dishwasher just to maintain the sharpness of your knives.

I would definitely absolutely 100% recommended. I had a friend of mine here to help cut up vegetables and meat and she loved how it felt how it cut how it looks and how everything is put away in one unit and she brought one for herself.

I have owned many knife sets throughout the year’s and can honestly say this is the best so far. The metal of the knife is full length all the way through the handle and the rivets securely hold the handles in place.

The signature colors of black and silver on the knifes and the base unit match other Ninja products that we have in our kitchen creating a pleasing color match. I have to honestly say I was disappointed with the addition of a knife sharpener in the storage unit, first impression – it is a gimmick.

It was hard to operate and I did not understand the science of how it works. After watching the online video and re-reading the instructions, watching the operation of the sharpening stone did I realize how it works.

You have to follow instructions and move the handle all the way up and all the way down, no stopping. The sharpening actions actually occurs on the downward stroke as you can see through the translucient window on the side.

It actually worked! The knifes are so sharp you really have to be carefull when cutting as a careless error can be awful. Would have been nice for the knife handles to have a little more texture for ease of gripping.

The sharpener is not a gimmick, really does work but does not replace a sharpening steel to get that really fine cutting edge. Gets my vote!.

I love Smart Bones products! Well, that is, my dogs do. But These twist sticks are by far the #1 favorite, esp for my 1 yr old Pom mix. I can lay out half a dozen different treats and, as soon as I bring out a twist stick, he could care less what else is placed in.

I only wish I had not spent so much money buying other treats that have much fewer treats per pkg. I win on so many fronts, because they last so much longer than treats that get wolfed down in a single bite, are more economical for price per pkg and # of treats per pkg than most other treats, satisfy chewing urges, and they obviously taste great.

One downside is finding them out of stock, which is why I buy a half dozen or more pkgs each time. The other downside is that, at 1st, he used to take 10 minutes to finish 1 treat, and now, can polish one off in under 2 minutes.

If you value your life, hide these where they can’t see them. If you sneeze in the direction of these bones, little beggar faces will stalk you. If you run out of these bones, beggar faces will turn into angry faces with shivs.

The first ingredient listed is corn – never a good ingredient for dogs. corn is used mainly as a filler and is the main ingredient in this product. Many dogs are allergic to corn or get that way after they have eaten so much of it in dog foods and treats.

The second ingredient is chicken and then glycerin. Then you have to consider where they are made – take your pick, Vietnam, China or Mexico – not controlled manufacturers. I will not buy this for my dog again nor anything made by this seller.

Hate over-the-range microwaves so needed one when I finally removed mine. Had owned an LG at our previous home & after comparing this with several other brands of similar size/powe, was a little hesitant as there’s no number pad, some complaints about the musical notifications & weird whirling noise it began making after using it for a while.

The number pad is a non-issue; this microwave is the easiest one I’ve owned to figure out how to use, didn’t even need a manual! Kids love it & even husband had no trouble figuring it out. The tune is SO MUCH BETTER than most microwaves insistent beeps (which I always turned off because they were so annoying!).

As far as weird whirring noise others complained about. ? Realized fairly quickly its because they’re probably not cleaning the bottom/under the turntable and/or the little wheels on which it spins. As it happened, someone spilled something, microwave started making weird noises and then we realized the issue! Wiped it out and no more weird noise! It’s power is good, dinner plate fits easily as well as taller plastic mixing bowls & it’s outside dimensions are a bit smaller than many comparable microwaves, which is a plus.

Glad we chose this LG!.

Does what you need from a microwave. I bought this because it was affordable for one with an inverter instead of the on/off cycle to mimic power levels that most cheaper microwaves use. This makes heating more even.

There’s a handy sticker inside the door with what each power option is for. I mostly use the auto-reheat at varying levels. It does have a couple of minor annoyances. The jingle that plays when the time’s done would be fine if it only played once.

Unfortunately it repeats every 30 seconds or minute until you tend to it. Secondly, I like to unplug appliances when they’re not in use. This makes me hit buttons to skip through setting hour and minute every time I plug it in.

The build quality is solid and it perfectly fits a large dinner plate. I can’t comment on the EasyClean aspect since I use a microwave cover to prevent splatter. The inside then outside touch controls were annoying at first but didn’t take long to get used to.

Soooo good!!! Very addicting!!😂 the perfect amount of chocolate. I will only eat 2 or 3 at a time and that cures my chocolate craving. It’s not an actual blueberry in the middle, it’s like a fruit juice/gummy type thing which sucks.

I love actual fruit in dark chocolate. If you try these and like them, Costco sells them in big bags! Otherwise Walmart sells smaller bags so you can try out all the flavors. This company only has 2-3 different types that I know of.

I’m surprised they haven’t made more or tried to do other things.

Nope—the chocolate is horrible. I love good chocolate and can appreciate anything cocoa-y, but this isn’t it. There’s no creamy texture nor does it taste like real chocolate, it’s that fake chocolate liqueur taste and super sweet so the cocoa flavor is hardly there.

It’s a shiner lacquer like chocolate shell. If you like real chocolate I don’t think you’ll enjoy this. The inner dried blueberry/açaí part is good. The product as a whole is bad tasting, I am a very open minded eater, but the chocolate is terrible and doesn’t even constitute as chocolate.

I was dodging these on the snack board and still have over half a bag to figure out what to do with.

I don’t believe I have ever tried anything from Brookside before, so this was a first for me and now I need to know where I can get more! These were absolutely addicting, and I was honestly sad to see the bag gone! I usually don’t like most fruit or fruit flavored stuff dipped in chocolate, so I wasn’t expecting to like these so much.

I really liked the açaí and blueberry flavored center, very flavorful and fruity with a nice texture and the dark chocolate combined with it just made it all the more tasty. I really liked the combination of açaí with blueberry, definitely different than anything I’ve had before and much better than it would have been had it been solely blueberry flavor.

I also am not a big fan of dark chocolate so i was doubly surprised at how good I thought these were. The chocolate was nice, rich and good quality. No funky aftertaste or overpowering flavor. Ever since I tried these I have wanted more, and I know that there wouldn’t be anything comparable to them if I looked.

My kids tried them as well and they too liked them a lot! I couldn’t forget about these if I tried, so I will definitely be getting more even if I have to hunt them down and order them offline! I highly recommend these even if it doesn’t sound like it would be something you would love, I probably wouldn’t have grabbed these first as a free choice so I am so glad I got a sample! Full stars on the rating these deserve it!.

Delicious! Wish it was bigger. I baked one bing in the oven for lunch and the exterior texture was very light and crispy with the inside being very tender and TASTY! I feel like eating about 5 more. I will definitely be purchasing these again to have on hand for quick filling vegan lunches.

I was worried about my doctor putting me on Prescription Sta-tins (Cholesterol lowering Drugs) with all the side effects. So a friend recommended I try this. In 6 months or less it cut my LDL cholesterol in half with just minimal adjustment to my terrible diet LOL! No Side effects at all! 1200 mg per day was the amount for the 1st 6 month then I went down to 600 mg per day after my LDL was “perfect” as my doctor said.

First to go after my wife passed was the rarely-used, traditional, built-in oven which would have required a major kitchen remodel for the new size unit. Replaced it with a Breville Convection oven, easier-to-use and much more versatile.

Cost me far less than a replacement built-in oven plus kitchen remodel. Am reclaiming the oven space for much needed storage. Next replacement was the Mini-Smart Oven (subject of this review) necessitated by the failure of a typical big box store countertop toaster oven.

That brand lasted 12 years. Could have purchased the same dated-looking, old-tech model but decided to go with the Mini-Smart Oven. I could have just used the Breville Convection Oven but no. The Mini-Smart has the just what I need to quickly and consistently toast a bagel or English muffin, heat a croissant, or warm a couple of tortillas.

Add a glass of juice and an espresso and my Continental Breakfast is made. The Breville Convection Oven is my new kitchen oven and is treated as such. I use it to cook meals when I have guests. I have purchased smaller sized kitchen trays suited for cooking the size portions needed for the kind of entertaining I now do.

Like a traditional oven, it is used as storage for trays of different sizes. So, just as you wouldn’t unload your traditional kitchen oven and fire it up just to toast a bagel, I use my Breville Convection oven as an oven and my Mini-Smart Oven as a toaster or for making some kind of a heated sandwich.

Saves me from having to remove lots of trays and replace them after the Convection oven has cooled. Appliances are nice but seems there is never enough kitchen space and I get tired of having to constantly move stuff around in order to have the space needed to cook a simple meal.

Writing this after 2-3 weeks of use. Checking reviews, and with neighbors and family, Breville toaster ovens score very well. But Breville’s higher-end models have reports of failing with “error codes” being displayed, ending the life of the appliance, so we purchased this simpler model (and added Geek Squad, just in case.

) This is a well-designed toaster oven. The control panel provides simple and clear access to all the functions. Toasting is excellent, though the top side does get a little more done than the bottom.

The “A BIT MORE” button is a REALLY nice feature. We’ve also baked with it – things like frozen chicken nuggets, and nachos – and it works well. There is even a clear legend on the door showing which of the 3 rack positions should be used based on the cooking function.

The toast times are self-adjusting — if the oven is already hot from the previous cycle, times are reduced accordingly, so the results remain consistent to the settings (darkness and number of slices.

) The outside skin of the oven does get hot, so do not place this where small children or pets may touch it without knowing, and do not place/store items on top. That said, the front handle and its supports are insulted from the heat, so proper opening and closing is 100% safe.

I purchased this Breville smart oven B0V650XL back in late August and received it in early September 2021 from Williams Sonoma. I use it almost daily; It does a good job, I use mostly on the bake, bagel, and toast settings.

But after owning this for a little over 6 months (now in April 2022), this morning I heard several loud beeps after using it and then it displayed the error code “E01”. According to Breville, this occurs when there is a “non-resettable issue with the appliance and should this occur, immediately remove the power cord from the outlet and call the Breville Service Customer Center.

” After a quick search of the internet, this error code E01 indicates an issue with the thermal fuse. (I was toasting bread for 2 minutes previous to the error code – certainly NOT using the oven at it’s highest setting – broil).

I unplugged the oven, and plugged it back in and it appears to work – although I’m not going to use it, the outlet works as well; since it’s still under warranty, I will contact Breville… fill out a “case report”.

Ironically, my other brand Deluxe Toaster Oven was still working fine after 5 years, I wanted something newer only because some of the other brand’s label /decals had worn off over time. (although by then I knew the buttons from memory).

Oh, the hassle & time consumption of dealing with stuff like this. If you buy this, make sure you buy the extended warranty!.

We have had numerous “processor” types of kitchen equipment, including a few Ninjas! Now we have another Ninja that we are very happy with so far! It is replacing a 30+ year old Moulinex processor that still works well, but just takes up more room than we have for the smaller prep projects we use it for.

It has been difficult to find a new machine that performs as well on all of the functions! A Kitchen Aid 9 cup processor is going back to Costco because it could not cut it on some heavier blending/kneading functions that the old Moulinex grinds out while the Ninja pulls it off even better! Part of this may be the design of the bowl, being slightly tapered (wider at top than bottom) and having very functional molded & contoured “fins” to help direct the items being chopped/blended/kneaded into the spinning blades so the material doesn’t get stuck at top or bottom.

It is very effectively and efficiently functional and powerful enough, without excessively loud noise, to perform all we’ve put it though without overheating! Slicing and chopping and french fries are a breeze, with minimal waste left over at top of spinning cutting disc.

For the money on this unit, we couldn’t ask for more! And regarding service, if needed and continuous function without issue, the other 2 Ninja units we have are still performing without any breakdowns or problems.

The oldest is a replacement top motor blender unit sent to us free of charge when the original’s main bowl cracked and was not replaceable. All they required was that we return the original unit after receiving the new one! That is customer service!.

I was looking for something to help me spend less time with all the chopping and slicing of vegetables in food prep. I prepare several meals daily for my husband that works 10 to 12 hour shifts. I also have an old Lab that we dearly love and started making homemade food for her several months ago when she became quite ill and would not eat.

Standing so long in the kitchen was creating problems for my back and knees so it was time to try to streamline more. The reviews for food processors under $100 were not the greatest even among the kitchen favorite brands.

Ninja offered the highest watts of power at 850 with the most features for my needs. Chopping and slicing with some variety. The instructions were very easy as was the assembly of the processor. I made sure to take extra care with the extremely sharp blades as noted when washing for the first time.

The unit is lightweight but stays fixed with the suction feet to the counter. I threw some celery in for tuna and it was chopped in a matter of seconds. My husband likes vegetable fine so I pressed the preset chop button for a 2nd time to accommodate.

Easy Peasy. Green Onion was also chopped quickly and efficiently. Within a few minutes great Tuna Salad. Because it is a new toy I was anxious to try the slicing attachment. The Ninja was a wiz with cucumbers, tomatoes and celery.

I tried shredding a bell pepper which didn’t come out to good. but I think that feature probably needs harder vegetables like carrots, potatoes and cabbage. I will try those things for a coleslaw soon.

I might mention I am new to this food processing world so will have some trial and errors. Clean up is a breeze! Instructions indicate items are top shelf dishwasher safe. I just washed by hand by putting some dish soap in the bowl with blades and lid.

Be sure to use a sponge or handled washing utensil because the blade is sharp and you don’t want to cut yourself. The instructions also indicate adding a bit of dish soap to the processor before taking apart and turning on to clean.

Super happy with this purchase since it ticks many needs and is not too big or heavy. I might add this also came with a dough blade and capable of doing various doughs for pizza, pretzels, rolls, etc.

Another feature unheard of in this price range but the 850 watt motor can handle it. Next will be the test of time. I hope to be able to provide a follow up review in a few months!.

I am very pleased with the food processor so far as it has a lot of strength and puréed my corn beautifully. This is the only thing I have used it for but I plan to use it for dough and I’m gonna try making cookies with it and for just about everything possible.

I wish they would sell an extra processing vessel so that you don’t have to wash in between as if you are trying to use it for raw meat and you also have to use vegetables or you want to make cookie know you’re gonna have to wash it three times and it would be very convenient to have at least one extra food processing I saw you know the 9 cup holder – as a matter of fact I had to make my corn in three batches that’s all because it’s supposed to hold 9 cups but it only holds 32 ounces of corn at a time so I had to repeat the process three times and if I had an extra vessel I could have everything ready and cut some time out.

Also the blade does come out very easily so be careful when you were pouring things out as when I was pouring the sharp blade fell right into my pan. However this works so well and puréed so beautifully that I love it and I do not mind repeating the process three times as a purées so quickly the only thing is you have to make sure that you don’t make a mess pouring or you’ll have to clean it each time in between.

It really does have a lot of strength and love all of the blades. I would highly recommend it due to the great job that I did in a short amount of time.

I’m so pleased with how many chia seeds come in a package. Also, the price is great considering that these are organic. I added them to my sports drink earlier. I’ve had chia seeds in water, but prefer them in something flavored, even if it’s just lemon water.

I found a recipe about adding them to water with lemon and honey. I will definitely be trying that soon. These are filling because of the fiber in them. I love that for when I don’t feel like eating breakfast, like today.

I added one serving of these chia seeds to my drink about an hour ago, and I still don’t feel hungry. I’m going to be sharing these with my bird. I hope she loves them as much as I do.

I never tried them before and was excited to, but the moment i opened the bag I saw a bunch of little bugs crawling through the seeds. I honestly thought the seeds were just moving on their own until I researched it, apparently sometimes there’s bugs in chia seeds called weevils.

The bag was sealed shut and had never been opened before. Good thing I had my glasses on or I wouldn’t have noticed since the bugs look JUST like the seeds. I’m kinda upset since this is rather expensive and I couldn’t use ANY of it and now I’m afraid to buy chia seeds ever again since I don’t wanna risk eating bugs.

I own a 16 cup Breville Sous Chef Peel and Dice and also a mini food processor, but often found that the Breville was too large to do a good job on standard food processing of smaller batches with the S blade, and the smaller container it came with or my mini one were too small.

The Breville also does not have a dishwasher safe container and has a TON of parts to wash so for a simple mid size project of just using the S blade, it felt a bit cumbersome to have to hand wash so many parts.

So it occured to me that maybe what I need is a more basic mid size food prosessor for quick everyday use and then just use my 16 cup Breville for large projects. I found this 10 cup Cuisinart, and the fact that it has fewer parts to wash and they are dishwasher safe, plus the parts store insiide of it, made me feel it was a good option.

So now I leave this 10 cup mkdel on my counter and pull the large Brevile out when needed. This Cuisinart does not seem nearfly as robust, as the whole thing shakes and is loud even for an easy batch of hummus, but since the feet have suction cups it doesn’t move around the counter when shaking at least.

It seems that the loudness and shaking do not affect the functionality and it works well and the container and lid pieces can be washed in the dishwasher along with the blades. For 20 years I have cooked every meal for my family entirely from scratch and do not purchase prepackaged or canned foods.

I cook a lot every single day so for me having multiple processors makes sense. If I could only own one it woukd be a larger and more robust option than this model because I cook and bake a lot, but for my purposes of needing a mid sized machine that was easy to clean so that I don’t always have to use my huge machine and spend forever washing all the parts and deal with the issue of smaller batches being too small for the huge bowl and too large for the mini bowl, this 10 cup Cuisinart is great.

About 35 years ago got a DC-7 workhorse and only a boneheaded mistake ended its life. Had to get another Cuisinart-still the best company for people who love to cook. Did much research, and decided on the Custom Core 13 cup.

I also bought the small workbowl accessory. Very happy with it so far. Cuisinart made some design changes a few years ago, which were not great. Thank fully they took the responses from customers to heart and the Core Custom 13 cup is really nice.

My only complaint, the cord is not the really heavy round cord form my DC-7, but it is enough to get the job done. If you get this Cuisinart, and if you get the small work bowl, keep the box and plastic insert from the small work bowl and store it in that box.

There is also a plastic insert for the Cuisinart. These keep the blades safely away from your hands when it is stored. I have not used the shredder or slicer discs yet, but they seem substantial, like the DC-7, so I am not worried.

One other thing to note. When you use the Pulse button, with the first push it just lights up, but second push and it is running the blade. The pulse has a very quick blade stop when you let up on the button, as does the low and high speed “on” when you hit pulse to stop the blade.

You need to have all parts of the bowl and lid and blades in place and properly locked before the unit operates. Very important for safety. One hint-when you wash the VERY sharp blades, I wear a meat slicer’s glove.

Even though I am very careful, it is just one more protective layer between blade and skin. Looking forward to many happy choppy, shreddy, slicey years with this machine.

I am thrilled with my new Cuisinart food processor. It is exactly what I was looking for to make food prep quick and easy. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and this machine cuts my time in half. It is my go-to appliance for chopping nuts, shredding cheese, slicing potatoes and so much more! With the summer season coming up, I will get even more use chopping, shredding, and slicing vegetables.

It is so much easier, faster, and more convenient than doing everything by hand and it’s packed into one machine. If I have one criticism, it would be the appearance. It comes in white with silver buttons and looks kind of retro.

The buttons themselves feel plastic and a little cheaply made. But performance is amazing. The strong motor and blades are undeniable. Last, but not least, the unit stores all of the attachments compactly and conveniently.
