These were a big hit with him, since he is a picky eater that’s amazing. Furthermore, it is safe for him with his braces. Upon learning Flintstones was a cartoon, he was completely blown away! Taste and texture are important to my kids and myself, so I love the fact that they enjoy the product so much is a huge deal.

According to him, they remind him of smarties! My other children thought the same, that they look and taste like candy. From a parent’s point of view, I appreciate the fact that it contains 15 essential nutrients.

Additionally, it helps strengthen my kids’ immune systems, which is great with all the colds going around. Aside from that, it’s free of disgusting fructose syrup and aspartame. The vitamins are basically the same ones I used to take as a child! It makes me feel great knowing that it is a trusted brand! A great taste, a great texture, and a great quality! They are awesome!.

I bought Flintstones Vitamins with iron because I had become anemic and can’t tolerate adult iron pills that yoy have to swallow whole. I loved Flintstones as a kid and was glad to find they make them with iron now.

I finally got my iron levels back to normal and continue to use the vitamins to keep my iron levels in a normal range. I don’t care whether or not they have “too much sugar” like some people always complain about.

They taste good and are easily tolerable – even with iron in them. They don’t give me severe stomach cramps like other vitamins do, and sugar is not man-made like other fake sweeteners are. People need sugar (carbs) to survive, and it’s healthier to eat than the man-made sweeteners.

Like everything else, people just need to eat things in moderation to stay healthy including sugar. One chewable vitamin a day with enough sugar to make the vitamins tolerable is certainly not going to kill anyone.

Anemia, on-the-other-hand, can eventually kill a person as will other vitamin deficiencies.

Someone at Bayer decided to change this half-century old product to remove the artificial colors and artificial flavors. Considering the size of the product, I don’t think that makes much sense. If this was a 32-ounce slushie beverage, then that change would have removed a lot of chemical dye from consumers’ diets.

But since this is just a small tablet, the additives never amounted to much. Unfortunately, this change made the product completely unpalatable. It’s a shame because this was the only widely available, non-gummy iron supplement popular among kids.

All three kiddos were willing to try them. My girl twins were yelling out which color they wanted. Pink and purple. I gave my son orange. He’s 2 so it recommended half a tablet. Gave my 4 year old twins a full tablet.

The girls put them in their mouth literally bit down once, cracking it in half, getting full flavor and spit it out. They said It was KA-KA. I got them to try a different color/flavor and same thing happened.

After that they weren’t willing to try anymore. My son though was a different experience. He ate the half tablet and was crying and whining for more. Not understanding that it’s medicine, not candy. Had to hide them outta view and redirect his attention elsewhere.

I recommend that it’s definitely worth the try. Your kiddo might hate them or absolutely love them. Maybe try to start them out early on. The younger they are they might be more willing to try them and tolerate the vitamin flavor.

I bought these for my youngest because the ones I have for my other 2 kids are for ages 4+. These are good for kids ages 2+. I like how there is no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners they are dairy, gluten and nut free they only need 1 a day so this bottle will last us 200 days if taken everyday! She seems to like that doesn’t fight me to take it !.

My kids love these multivitamins! Great flavour and texture, not gritty like some vitamins. Good value compared to many other kids gummi vitamin options.

These are the only multivitamins that my daughter will take and the only I would give her. She likes the taste and the cute shape. I trust the ingredients. Well, after researching quality childrens’ vitamins, I came across this one at a pretty good price at Swanson’s. I ordered one bottle for my two children. The ingredients look great and the shape is cute.

However, after the first two times I gave my kids these vitamins, they complained that they tasted nasty. I thought they were being picky, so I tried one. They have an unnatural taste to them and are very chalky.

Kind of reminded me of the flavor of the classic flinstone vitamins my parents gave my as a kid in the 80’s, but not quite as good. They are probably a great vitamin if I could get my kids to eat them.

This vitamin has more the vital vitamins that my young kuds need most than other brands bought at Walmart especially the B vitamins, zinc, Vitamin D which helps their immune system. I buy two bottles at a time just to give Vitacost time to get them back in stock.

For the value, the cost is phenomenal.

This is a great vitamin. My eldest son Is a very picky eater and this helps fill the nutritional gaps in his diet. My kids tend to like the pineapple orange flavor versus the fruit punch but both have a decent taste.

This was recommended to me by a local nutritionist and I have been very happy with it.

The outside of the box is pleasant to look at with simple instructions on how to use their special syringe to administer their supplement. With a name like mommy’s bliss I hoped I was in good hands. Upon opening the box I could not find a syringe anywhere, but out slipped a paper thay stated that they didnt put one in and to use a measuring spoon.

It explained that one tsp was 5 ml. The dose for my infant is 1ml! Did the makers really want moms to eyeball a 5th of a tsp!? I have asked several people if they think they could do that. No one has said “yes”.

I tried feeding it to my baby with a spoon. and she spit my most if it out. To be fair, I don’t think its possible to make an iron supplement taste pleasant, but a syringe would have made it alot easier.

Also, I should mention that the bottle is definitely not childproof. My toddler got into her sibling’s Vitamin D supplement earlier this year (she was fine). This bottle contains forty-three times the daily iron recommended dose for her.

I am anxious about her figuring out how to reach it. My own personal vitamins came in a childproof bottle, it seem illogical to make something so dangerous that’s suppose to appeal to children not in a safe container.

There is no Bliss in this product.

The first time I gave this to my baby, she made the worst face and sputtered. I figured it didn’t taste too good, because it smelled pretty weird, but figured she would be able to handle it. She’s been taking multiple oral medications since she was a newborn, and always made faces but never fought me.

Well, the second time I tried giving her these vitamin drops, she fought me. And I mean FOUGHT. She’s never acted like that with anything else I’ve given her, from meds for thrush and acid reflux to probiotic drops and acetaminophen.

I gave up after getting it all over the place, and gave it a taste to see just how bad it was. Oh God, it was the most nasty, rancid, fishy taste, it made me gag. There’s no way I’m subjecting my child to that kind of torture.

I’ll be looking for another vitamin that doesn’t taste like a sardine that’s been left in the sun for a week.

I like the formulation of this. Yes, it stinks, they all stink, stain, and taste yuck. (You’d think someone would have solved this by now, but I digress). Unlike other brands, this allows you to give them a quick spurt of vitamins and not have to choke down a lot more fluid that could come right back up or out.

This is the easiest one and will stick to it. I like to give it to him in between sips of water then feed him breakfast. This works best for us.

Wish the first non medicinal ingredient wasn’t glucose syrup but otherwise these were a decent alternative when our other brands became sold out. Kids like them just as well. I like that they are one a day (for the age of my kids).

I’ve tasted them and they do have good texture and flavour. Good sized bottle at a reasonable price.

My toddler’s choice for vitamins with iron. This is the only brand w/iron that she wants to have and asked for. We tried another brand and she hated so much, she ran away from it. Give this a try, your toddler will enjoy it.

We’ve been using the vegan multivitamin for almost a year now. After trying a handful of others we’ve stuck with novaferrum! My toddler loves it and runs to the pantry every morning yelling “vitamin!” So happy to have found such a great product we can be confident in as a plant based family.

Got these for my Grandchildren, they hate vegetables and think chicken nuggets and French fries is all they need to survive. They do eat fruit so thought this would work. They will eat the grape but not the others.

I got these kids chewable for my son as he has a lot of issues with his eating and so needs all the vitamins he can get, however, no matter how hard I tried, he would not have these chews. He didn’t like smell straight up which put him off completely.

Once I did manage to get him to put it in his mouth and chew, he didn’t like the taste. They say with kids it takes more than two tastes to get them to like something, well we tried way more and in the end, he refused and have never again been able to get him to try again.

Additionally, the mint scent packet within the bottles is impressively fresh. Ive spent a lot of time handwashing fresh spearmint by the pound, and I was convinced they must have added some spearmint oil to the pills themselves.

I hesitate to write this review because I feel like this could be the placebo effect. I don’t want to lead anyone astray but I also want to share information with anyone like me whose child might be struggling with attention issues.

Our daughter has always been a little odd but recently it’s become an issue because she doesn’t pay attention to schoolwork and can’t complete a task. She’s 5. We had a recommendation from a developmental pediatrician to give her fish oil, vitamin B complex, etc etc.

I searched for a kids’ vitamin with fish oil and this was one of few I found. We got this recommendation from the pediatrician around Dec. 18, while our daughter was on Christmas break. We started noticing that our daughter seemed to be behaving better almost immediately.

Also, she’s always had issues getting “regular” and has had to take Miralax. We ran out of miralax over break but she stayed regular anyway, and I think it may have been because of these vitamins. They seemed to lubricate things as well for a “clean break” LOL.

This week was the first week our daughter’s been back to school, and the teacher’s reports have never been so good. Our daughter has never completed her worksheets independently, but she did so every day this week.

Could just be she’s growing up, but I’m going to keep giving her these delicious vitamins. I think I’ll get some for myself, too.

Easy to chew vitamins. They aren’t bad overall, the orange flavor is just not tasty lol. But then again, what orange flavor gummy anything is? It’s colored with turmeric instead of harsh chemical colors, and the dark reddish/purple flavored gummies are colored with other natural fruit/veggie flavors I believe.

To be honest, there are waaaay too many orange gummies, especially since they are not tasty… I poured my whole bottle out to separate the orange against the other berry colored gummies and the orange made up about 2/3 of the package.

If I’m not going to like the flavor of what I am chewing, I might as well buy the capsule version of this vitamin since they’re less expensive and have the same ingredients. Just a tip for everyone. I still enjoy smarty pants as a brand right now, so I’ll purchase if/when continued research proves why I should switch elsewhere.

I read about NovaFerrum online as an alternative to Enfamil vitamins with iron and decided to give it a try, hoping it tasted better and was tolerated better by my baby. It definitely tastes better – I tried it myself first.

And my son absolutely loves taking it every night! He actually gets excited when I get the bottle and start shaking it up! I drop a little bit in his mouth at a time and he swallows it, then opens his mouth for more.

We have two very fussy eaters who need vitamin supplementation. Their nutritionist and pediatrician each gave the NovaFerrum pediatric drops two thumbs up. And we like that these vitamins are made in the United States, where regulations and oversight (as much as they can be a pain to the manufacturer) assure product quality.

As for taste, our fussy eaters pushed back the first few times we gave them the drops. But after a couple days, that phase passed. They now take it without complaint and say the taste is fine. “Fine” is a victory for us so this is a win.

My kids have been taking these Vitamin Friends Iron Gummies and love them! As their mom, I love that these gummies are made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients and also contain B-Complex, Vitamin C, Biotin and Zinc in addition to the Iron.

I just started taking these vitamins a few days ago, so I will update around the three month mark to note the efficacy. This vitamin has everything, nutrient-wise, I was looking for. I’m in recovery from anorexia, and my skin and hair has suffered as a result from years of malnutrition.

I’m 27 and I’ve noticed a sad amount of aging from the severity. All the research points to vitamins A-E being great for hair, skin, and nails so I am hoping I can find some healing through this vitamin regimen.

I also deal with painful breast fibroids and my gynecologist suggested adding a vitamin E supplement for that as well. Lastly, I have bipolar I disorder and the literature suggests that adding more Omega 3 to the diet can be helpful for that.

I’m also on lithium which can make you zinc and selenium-deficient also needed for healthy hair. So there’s a layout of all the issues I’m hoping this vitamin can help with. These vitamins are easy to swallow and the capsule is soft.

However, given my aforementioned conditions, I’m quite versed in swallowing pills. There is a minty scent which I like, but I did notice from other reviews that some people don’t like that. This flavor/smell is noted in the description, heads up.

What ISN’T mentioned in the description is the fishy burps – UGH. From about 15 minutes after I take my vitamin, I’m burping the taste of raw fish for the rest of the morning and into lunch time. It’s not great… but not a dealbreaker given that I get my omega 3 and tons of other vitamins in one capsule.

But if you can’t tolerate mint smell or fish taste, this might not be the supplement for you. Note: i’m not sure why there is a fishy-burp because the label says it’s fish/shellfish-free. Other pros is that this vitamin is third-party tested, vegetarian, free of sugar, dyes, or artificial flavors, and doesn’t contain yeast or other common allergens.

It’s also neat that it contains 100mg of fruit and vegetable blends!It DOES contain rosemary extract. I know it’s no.

We have tried several brands of multivitamins and these have remained our favorite. I tend to pick these type of chewable tablet multivitamins over gummy versions because side by side comparisons I have done have shown there to be higher percentages of different vitamins in the chewable tablets vs gummies.

Plus with gummies children usually need at least 2 if they are older than 3 or 4 and with 3 kids we would roll through a bottle of gummies in 2 weeks, thus chewable tablets for us. For children less than 4 you have to break the tablets in half.

The shapes of these vitamins actually allow that and it is a non issue; however other major store generic brand tablets have shapes that make it incredibly difficult to break in half. My kids also have no issue with the taste.

For some reason one of my kids does not like Flintstone vitamins because they are too “sour”. Apparently the flavor in these strike the right balance in that my kids don’t fight taking them and the taste doesn’t fight them back.

It’s hard to find a chewable multivitamin with iron in them. These fit the bill. Initially I was looking for a gummy multivitamin with iron because I hate taking pills. I discovered that gummy multivitamins almost never have iron because of the metallic taste, and often the listed supplement % are inaccurate because it is just sprayed on.

I came across these and were pleased that they were in chewable form and contained the max daily recommended amount of iron (18 mg as opposed to 10 mg in Flintstones complete). I think the taste is fine, like a sweet chalky candy.

Since it’s the only multivitamin I’ve actually managed to take regularly, I plan to repurchase.

Luckily I really don’t care what my multivitamin tastes like. The flavors of these are foul and they are super chalky. Half of the vitamins are broken in the bottle. Very dusty. I probably won’t buy them again.

I give 4 stars because they seem to meet daily values and maybe somebody likes the taste. Plus, the price is unbeatable. I just hate chalky things.

We purchased these drops after our pediatrician recommended Vitamin D drops for our newborn. Our baby is a relatively calm, easy going little guy who doesn’t cry much. After purchasing these drops, though, bedtime became awful.

He would wail at the top of his lungs for over an hour, and nothing that we tried would calm him down. Finally we realized that he started this when we started giving him the drops. Read the label – there are so many inactive ingredients in these drops, and at least one of them was upsetting our baby’s stomach.

We stopped giving him these drops, and he’s been back to his usual happy self. We feel terrible that we were the ones giving him these drops that were hurting him, but at least we figured it out.

We used these with our first born whom is now 4. 5 years old. We never had any issues administering the drops. She actually enjoyed them. Our second born is 4. 5 months old. We were given a different brand as a sample at the hospital (single drop dosage).

We absolutely hated them. Between the annoyance of trying to ensure only one drop came out, it was so difficult to administer them to our breastfed babe. As soon as we were done, we switched to the Enfamil D-Vi-Sol drops and will continue to use enfamil vitamin d drops.

We have never had any issues or concerns.

Centrum multivitamin gummies are great! they are great, chalked full of vitamins for every growing young body and my kids LOVE THE TASTE. this is first gummy vitamin I’ve found that’s soft and chewy! I buy these every month when we need a new bottle.

Love this vitamin for my 3 year old. Comparing the nutrients to other brands this one gives him a great percentage of what he needs. He can take half a tablet starting at 2 years, and then a whole tablet when he turns 4.

My older son took these as well. Centrum is my go-to brand for our family. Only downside is that I cannot find Centrum Kids in the store so I have to make sure I order before we run out. Ordering was easy and package was delivered quickly.
