1. Nylabone Dura Chew Giant Marrow Bone Alternative Beef Flavor Dog Chew Toy Fillable Marrow Beef Large/Giant (1 Count)
My only wish is that they had ones that were half this length and ones that were for smaller dogs. I am going to reach out to Nylabone and ask if they would do this. My smallest Sheltie cannot pick these up.
My larger Sheltie has a hard time. My Standard Schnauzers have no problem. I am always looking for things to provide to clients. I test on my dogs first. Though hard bones can break teeth, I like these for the ability of my dogs to be able to lick things out.
These wash easily. I currently have four stuffed in the freezer for my dogs. I put a little peanut butter in one end then a piece of meat roll to hold it in. I put kibble in the hole, then a little more peanut butter or squirt cheese, then another piece of meat roll.
My dogs are more likely to lick things out of these bones than they are likely to chew them. I like feeding dogs out of food releasing toys when possible instead of bowls. These bones can keep my dogs busy for some time if I freeze them.
When done, hot water and a bottle brush cleans them out. I also wash solid nylon or rubber food toys in the top rack of the dishwasher.
I purchased three of these large bones one for each of my labradors. I thought they would really enjoy them since they love the real version of this type of bone but the real ones are a bit messy and don’t last very long.
I gave the bones to my labradors and they chewed on them for no more than five minutes and haven’t touched them since. all three of the bones have sharp edges from the five minutes worth of chewing. we have many nyla bone Products some as old as 10 years and I have never had any splinter like this.
this is also the first bone that my dogs have not been interested in not sure if it is the flavor texture rough edges or watt.
My four rescue pitties are all ‘power chewers’ to the extreme! This bone is always well priced (for size and length of life) out of all of the Nylabones and I have probably purchased this exact bone probably twenty or more times in the past 15 years.
It is a sizable bone so watch out if your pups enjoy trying to toss it around, because it will hurt if it lands on bare feet and could damage anything fragile it could come into contact with, too 🙂 I love that the pups can work on getting the last teeny tiny bit of peanut butter out of the middle of this bone for a long time 🙂 This bone also lasts much longer than pretty much all of their other Nylabones (I have to replace those much more often), and I think it’s because of the shape, size and type of chewing-bite they can get on it that allows it to last longer.
KONG Tires is a durable tire chew designed to provide the ultimate chewing experience. The uniquely shaped sidewalls and thick outer tread create a super durable, elastic barrier. The sidewalls are designed to double up and rebound when compressed to provide an active chewing experience, and the Tires are perfect for bouncy games of fetch.
Tire shaped toy made of durable KONG Extreme Rubber for determined chewers Fill inside wall with Snacks or Easy Treat to extend playtime Made in the USA. Globally Sourced Materials. Size: Medium/Large, 4.
5″ x 4. 5″ Please supervise your pup while playing with this toy, no toy is indestructible.
This keeps my 9 month old golden retriever puppy busy for roughly 30 minutes each time we get it out! This was one of his first toys and has lasted throughout the puppy teething phase and continues to last now without ANY visible damage.
He loves to carry it around and loves that it rolls/bounces in unpredictable directions. Most of all, I love that it keeps my hyper puppy occupied for a half hour of pure bliss! I keep a jar of natural peanut butter in the freezer and scoop out chunks to shove into the Kong.
This makes it tougher for him to lick out, because as the peanut butter thaws, he spreads it around in the Kong. For lengthier distraction time, we stuff treats into it with the peanut butter. He gets so excited every time we get it out, and it is one of our all time favorite doggy purchases.
I’ve also noticed that the licking motion he uses to get the peanut butter out seems to soothe him, so when he’s done with the Kong tire, he’s relaxed and calm!.
I have a 13 month old Labrador retriever, who is a very aggressive chewer. He destroys ALL his toys, even for “extreme chewers” within 20 minutes. This Kong Tire is the only toy that has survived for 6 months.
My dog LOVES this toy. It does have a rubber smell, but only when it’s up close and it’s honestly worth having a toy I don’t have to take away because it’s destroyed. It’s kinda small, I wish they made this product in larger sizes.
It fits in his mouth, but it’s too large that he would ever swallow. It’s great for fetch, I’ve thrown this toy probably 3,000 times. Also doesn’t hurt my feet if he drops it on me. Highly recommend!!.
This is the only toy my pit bull cannot destroy. I have bought her so many toys over the years. It doesn’t matter if they’re labeled as strong, durable, indestructible, etc, she tears them apart or chews them up within a day.
I bought these Kong Tires several years ago fully expecting her to destroy them too. All 3 tires are still in great condition and going strong. They’ve withstood two pit bulls and two blue healers throughout their life stages from puppy to adult.
I’ll be buying more as backups just in case they’re needed.
Inspired by the protein of the sea, the Fishbone is flavored with real Jack Salmon, so your dog will go nuts for the smell of it. The nice thing is, you won’t notice! Made and sourced in the USA. Flavored with a hint of real jack salmon—your dog will love the smell and you will hardly notice! Designed to be tougher than real bones, this chew can last for weeks depending on your pup’s chewing behavior.
The unique fish shape is paw-friendly yet challenging. Helps keep your dog busy and mentally stimulated. This product is NOT EDIBLE. Please monitor your dog while they enjoy this treat to ensure their safety.
Manufactured in a facility that processes nylon, peanuts, chicken, pork, and peppermint.
First things first, as a *chew toy*, this thing is amazing! Our GSD mix pup LOVES it and will choose this Fishbone Dog Chew Toy over other toys almost every time! I would have given this 5 stars — but I think the manufacturer and Chewy need to do a better job of making it explicit and obvious in the description etc.
that this is *NOT* edible and is made of nylon. To their credit, they have disclosed this information in the Q&A and in the product details – which many of us do read – but sometimes, unless something is bold and big, it doesn’t register obviously.
So there is no misrepresentation of facts going on here — just that I wish they would make that fact almost in-your-face explicit so people like me who might forget a thing or two or may gloss over that very important detail because it’s buried in text, would know to make a mental note to remove this toy if it starts to break into little tiny pieces because of a rambunctious teeth GSD mix who will chew through anything if we let her.
Would definitely buy again now that I’ve had to discard our earlier one after it’s finally breaking apart after 2 months of solid chewing.
So, I have 2 rescue German Shepard mixes… I was in a store to pick up an online order but then though, they deserve a new chew…. well, I’ve never seen a fish flavored chew and got one…one to see if one of the two would like it.
Well, I should have gotten 10… they love this thing and fight over it. Literally we need to make them take turns with this. They leave the bacon, beef and chicken chew alone and won’t touch them. I feel horrible….
mainly because the store is out of what we now call fish crack and must order it online and wait…. My pups are now deprived. They need their dirt addiction to be satisfied with another fish crew… they need this…I need to invest what little I have in this company so they can make more and more and so I can become a billionaire giving away some Chews to the shelter dogs….
I specifically purchased this chew toy because I have a serious chewer, however, it’s very hard and I did not appreciate reading the inside of the packaging where it says, “It’s durable nylon so it’s important that your pup has strong, healthy teeth”.
“Check with your Vet because nobody likes an unexpected trip to the dentist”. If this warning statement was made available to me to read BEFORE purchasing this chew toy, I would not have purchased it.
Even though I have a heavy chewer, I’m not going to give him toys that are as hard as rocks. Statements like this should be made available for reading before purchasing. I feel it is deceptive on the part of the manufacturer.

Reviews From Real Customers
Amazing! Amazing at entertainment for my dog. Love how we can stick big treats in there and keep him busy whenever we have to leave the house. I think it’s a must for training your dog. Be sure to replace it whenever there is damage.
As I know a friend’s dog had a piece of Kong stuck in his intestine and had to get surgery to remove it. So best to keep the toy until you notice any wear or tear. I like how it has multiple sizes and has really good durability.
this is a really good investment for your dog! We have found many creative ways to entertain our husky/German shep/malamute mutt who has high energy and high affinity to treats. 10/10 would recommend.
There’s also some Kong specific treats you can find meant to fit into the toy to make it very difficult for the dog to remove it. We like that there is a lot of creative ways to use it. We had two on rotation for when our puppy was teething and needed a lot of attention.
Frozen treats allowed for the pup to work on the kong. We use it at home mainly but we do bring it over to our friends house when our dog is staying the night because we are out of town. It’s just another tool they can use if they find he needs to calm down and focus instead of rambunctious and playing.
It is nearly impossible to find toys my heavy chewer dogs do not chew through, and Kongs like this are really the only things that last. My tiny dachshund mix used to chew on these years ago and would chew off tiny specks of the edges (which I have no idea how she did that) But she’s not interested in these types for a very long time.
My two previous big dogs always had these on hand, and I didn’t even put any treats inside. My newest big dog has destroyed every single thing I have gotten him except this. At first he was only interested in stuffed types, but I stopped ordering them for him and only left my two Kong’s and now he only chews on these.
There are other types that worked for my heavy chewers years back But they eventually chipped quite a few teeth. But I’ve had a talk with my vet where we agreed it was worth it to us for them to have some dental work every now and then instead of destroying the house.
Anyway, these are a lifesaver if your dogs are into them. If they are not into them maybe do what I did and take away every other toy where they eventually have no choice and realize they are just fine.
This is the old classic rubber Kong dog toy. I have the regular size and the small size for my boxer and for my Boston terrier. Its shape causes it to bounce in random directions. My dog absolutely loves this toy.
I’ve put everything in that thing. I have broken up some single ingredient treats and stuffed them in Kong. We refer to my dogs as having ADHD, or a very SHORT attention span, but not with this toy they absolutely love it!!.
I put treats as well as peanut butter bananas or yogurt then put them in the freezer. The freezing slows down their ability to clean out the inside quickly so the game lasts a little longer. The rubber is hard enough so they cannot chew through it yet soft on their teeth and gums.
The hole is large enough to easily fill the inside as well as wash out the inside after use. Definitely buy multiples so that there are some in the freezer ready to go on those hot days or on those days that you just need a little time to get something done while your dog is occupied.
All in all I completely recommend these toys for all dogs of any shape and size.

Oooohh yes! Finally a chew toy for the doggo that actually IS indestructible! We bought this off Amazon for our little Jeannie the Boston Terrier. She’s successfully chewed up every super chewer toy from barkbox subscription.
We just about gave up! This is her holiday gift and she loooooves it! She enjoys being super “ruff” on the toys, but this item takes it in stride. Feel free to Message me for doggie gift ideas for your animal companion.
All New Benebone Maple Stick. In life, generally the real thing is better than the imitation. But every once in a while, something comes along that’s better than the real thing. Our new Maplestick is made with nothing but maple wood and nylon, for a super-durable fetch toy which will have dogs ditching regular sticks.
Benebone Maplesticks come in Small, Medium, Large all in one delicious flavor – maple wood. Weight is only a rough guide to sizing, and cannot replace the monitoring of a dog’s chewing habits. When in doubt, choose the larger size chew toy for safety’s sake.
I gave our sweet pup the Benebone bone as soon as it arrived. It was the perfect size for her, she could carry it easily, and manipulate it as she chewed. I was very happy thinking I had found a great replacement for the deer antlers she loved to chew, but are very expensive to replace.
It wasnt long, however, before her strong chewing had created hundreds of very sharp indentations all along the bone. She often will bring her chew toy to ya to help hold while she chews, but its impossible to hold it with all the sharp edges.
She doesnt like it very much now, because Im sure it causes pain to her lips and tongue. Unfortunately, It will have to be discarded. Plastic just isnt right for our dog.
This thing is hard, huge, and weighty! A little pricey but worth it. I bought a couple for our bigger adult dogs who chewed them a little. Luckily, they are very sturdy and last a long time. They lost interest pretty quick though.
However, one has made it to our 6 month old puppy and he is in love! He is eating everything at this point and I never would’ve thought to give him one because it is truly adult size and way too big, even though he’s a large breed puppy.
He wraps his paws around this huge stick and chews it for hours. I have bought freezable bones and rings, and every puppy chew toy out there to hold his attention and ease his teething. This is his new favorite.
We love this pack! Our mini doodle has enjoyed both of these from 8 weeks (6 lbs) through 15 weeks (13 lbs), and we plan to replace with another once needed. The rolling one in particular is his absolute favorite chew toy.
He gnaws it like a lollipop we joke, and really loves when we hold it for him to get his back teeth on. He also loves when we spin it on the floor or roll it away from him; really engages him on all levels! The wood is one he enjoys chewing, but doesn’t have as much fun with.
More of a chew less of a toy. We were worried they would be too hard for our pup as some reviews said but he very quickly proved us wrong, he had no issues but has definitely worn the rolly one down decently so far.

With patented ridges to keep your pup’s teeth clean, the newly designed Benebone Dental Chews will have your pup begging to go to the dentist to show off his pearly whites. Infused with great flavors to keep your dog gnawing for days.
I originally bought the Holiday box small size for the pups (4 JRT’s with ridiculous chewing hobbies, lol) for their Christmas present. They enjoyed all but the knob-aly one and they would fight over the fish bone shape.
So I thought I’d purchase just the fish bone separately but they want nothing to do with it sadly. I guess that the “fish flavor” just isn’t what they like. The peanut butter one that I purchased is good, but ordered the wrong size! Anyway, the fish flavor was not enjoyed, but peanut butter is always a hit in this JRT household! Thank you for the great product that has held up pretty well since Christmas morning!!.
I have a frenchie that is an incredibly destructive chewer that will rip through any “tough” plush toy in less than 30 minutes. It’s hard to find non-plush toys that will keep his interest though, but this one is incredible.
I’ve had it for a couple weeks and he chews on it for at least an hour every single day, it’s his favorite toy!! I even got him a plush one at the same time and he has been so engaged with this one that he hasn’t torn it up yet! This is the best toy I’ve ever gotten for him, I will be rebuying whenever it finally gives out (don’t think that will be any time soon though).
Give your furry friend a lasting plaything with the Monster K9 Ultra Durable Chew Dog Toy. This ring is made of durable, industrial-strength natural rubber with a heavy-duty shock-absorbing design. It is also puncture resistant with a smooth surface.
Monster K9 Ultra Durable Chew Dog Toy features 100% safe and non-toxic materials for a reliable and entertaining way to keep your paw-tner active.
We have a two dogs. Dougal loves his soft rubber balls and carries them everywhere. Cali — a Pitbull/Great Dane — also loves them, but she destroys them within minutes; it’s a constant struggle to keep them out of her mouth.
I ran across the MonsterK-9 products and initially ordered her the Indestructible Chew Stick, and then the Indestructible Chew Ring. They have been perfect for her! She can sink her teeth into them, gnaw on them, fling them around — and they are still in one piece.
Cali still likes to get hold of Dougal’s soft rubber balls, but at least we can now easily distract her with her own toys and not have to worry about them being ripped apart and eaten.
I have an English Mastiff who literally destroys even KONG toys in minutes. He can never have toys because they don’t last. I am so happy to have found him this ring! He plays with it all the time and has not destroyed it yet! I want to try a few different items as well, I just have to watch the size of them because he is so large he can easily choke.
It’s only been a couple of weeks, but at this point I give Monster K-9 an A+!.
There products are indestructible. Aggressive chewers can only leave little teeth marks in there toys. Dogs will not be able to take chunks or destroy these fine toys. They are 100 percent better than the best Kong toys , especially the black ones.
If your dog is a power chewer, don’t hesitate and buy these toys. You will not be disappointed.

Amenadiel is a lab mix 120 pounds and likes to chew. It’s hard to find a decent toy for him. One requirement for a toy is that it has to move if he bats it with his paw. Since it is egg shaped it rolls crazy and he likes that.
We have an 8 month old Golden Doodle. She’s 45 pounds and it was far too heavy for her to play with. Would be a great toy for the right dog! Very well made. Looks like it would last a very long time and not be easily destroyed.

Kong Extreme products are the only toys that survive our 50-pound Portuguese Water Dog puppy. We tuck small biscuits inside each slot and it keeps our dogs entertained when we must go out. But, choose the size appropriately for your specific dog.
We also own the largest size of this bone — it’s heavy for the puppy to carry easily, but he hasn’t destroyed it. This smaller size is more appropriate looking for him, but he was able to tear off chunks of rubber in the first five minutes.
Just beware and know your dog. We’ll revert to giving this avid chewer the largest version of this toy, and give this slightly smaller one to some of the less aggressive chewers in the house. As always, Chewy was fabulous with quick, accurate service!.
I actually buy my two little girls mostly Kong brand stuffed toys-they are the best! They’ve had a Kong like this for years & love it. I decided to buy another so that they could each have one now. For some reason neither one has any interest in it.
It doesn’t matter what treat I put inside, but neither tried to get it out for long, When comparing the new one to the old one, it looks the same. Maybe it smells differently to them & not in a pleasant way? I also purchased the new Kong biscuits that are supposed to go inside.
My one dog who will eat pretty much anything finally ate it, but my other baby sniffed it a bit & never ate it. The biscuits were also hard to get in & a couple started to crumble. Not what I expect from this brand.
I ordered this to help with a chewing problem I had with our new puppy. The puppy enjoys it at times, she doesnt play with it daily. It has held up to her chewing and it sort of bounces and rolls on the floor so it does encourage her to move and chase it around a bit.
I have used peanut butter and apples in it but it isnt necessary for her to have food inside. In some ways the food seemed to be frustrating to her as she struggled to get it out. I bought the appropriate size but she still struggled to get the pb out.
Have to watch her snack intake as she is getting multiple snacks and bones to chew during the training process. She doesnt seem to mind if its empty. It’s a little hard to clean after food has been used.
However, it has not broke or lost pieces and that’s a plus.
The patented “chew-clean” grooves effectively squeegee your dog’s teeth and gums as he chews. You can also insert pet toothpaste into the grooves if desired. Shaped with a hollow center to hold treats as well.
Two years ago my husband and I won a [brand:kong] prize pack. Kong is a very generous company. I couldn’t find the exact toy to review. There was a medium Kong Xtreme Dental toy in the package. Our 40# Beagle/Lab (pictured) and 95# Husky/Shepherd love playing with their Kong Xtreme toys.
Kong Xtreme toys are the only toys they haven’t been able to destroy. #kongdogtoys #furryfriends.
On a previous post I wrote that I love Kong products so it’s no surprise but I tell you I still love Kong products. My dog is a Rottweiler seven-month-old and over 100 pounds and chews up everything toy wise I should say.
And so far the only things that stand up to the test of time are Kong products. I have had eight different Rottweilers and Kong products are just the best they last they’re safe I don’t have to worry about them breaking into little pieces and him choking on them they’re just the best product.
These kong dental toys are my go to for my pups playtime. These toys are designed with sturdiness. While my dog can normally tear a toy down in a matter of minutes these really hold up. Not only that they have dental ridges to help clean your dogs teeth while they chew.
They can be filled with treats to keep your pooch entertained for longer periods of time. I definitely recommend this.
JUMBO Spin-a-Bone is an interactive spinning chew toy designed to trigger and engage your dog’s natural hunting, chasing, and playing instincts. Our long lasting chew toy allows you to engage in play with your dog and keep them entertained all day long.
I frequently dogsit my sisters pitbull, He loves chewing on anything and everything. I bought this bullibone spin toy, so he would stop chewing on our socks and shoes. It was so funny for the first few days because he would watch the toy spin and rotate his head several times.
super silly. This bullibone bone has a good flavor that he likes because he can’t stop licking it and chewing on it. It seems pretty durable so far because he has not been able to destroy it. Spike adores his new Bullibone chew toy! :-).
I have a VERY food-driven dog who literally eats everything and anything (really fast). He goes through bully sticks like nothing. I was excited about this chew toy, hoping it would last longer and give it as a treat in the crate.
However, this toy is literally just like a plastic toy. it doesn’t even have a scent, so I’m wondering where the bacon/peanut butter flavor is supposed to be? My dog didn’t even sniff at it and was not interested at all.
Unfortunately not for us. Not sure if I got a product that was missing the flavor by accident?.
I have 2 cockaliers. They chew like mastiffs lol. We have found no toy they cannot destroy. These are very heavy nylon bones. They are nuts for them and spend a lot of time chewing. I have temporarily removed them bc one dingbat started swallowing the bits, she was very good about spitting them out.
We had little white pieces everywhere, and I was ok with that. Hope she will stop when I reintroduce them. Great product!.

This toy is awesome. My fur baby is very cute but he destroys almost every toy within hours. This toy is softer that I had imagined, which my dog loves as it maneuvers easily, but it has lasted the test of time.
This is a very sturdy toy that isn’t very destructible by teething puppies or older dogs. The negative aspect is that none of our 7 dogs who are a 150 Rottweiler, a Morkie, a Shih Tzu, a Deerhead Chihuahua, a Applehead Chihuahua, a Shorkie, and a Papchi do not like this toy that sits around gathering dust.
Pitbulls are known for their powerful jaws, so it’s important to choose a chew toy that can withstand a lot of chewing. Nylabone and Kong are two popular brands that make durable chew toys for pitbulls.
Pitbulls typically enjoy chew toys that are made of hard rubber or nylon, and they often prefer toys that are flavored or have a textured surface. It’s important to choose a chew toy that is the appropriate size for your dog, as a toy that is too small can be swallowed and a toy that is too large can be difficult to chew on.
