For the price, a nice set of paddles for my friends to play with. Solid overall play. The downside is I’ve had two of the paddles crack in the handle seam to the paddle. But I suspect this has something to do with my friends hitting the paddle against their hand.

I bought this racket (after not playing for years) to return to the sport. At first I really liked it but after only 4 or 5 weeks the tackiness on the rubber was gone and these rubbers have next to zero mechanical grip.
I had bought my wife a $20 Sanwei complete with 729 rubbers from aliexpress on advice from a table tennis forum and it is a much better racket. After 5 months of regular use the rubbers are still great! There are two big issues with this racket, the first is that carbon lacks feeling and that is no good for a developing player.
The other issue is that the rubbers that come on this racket are garbage. Let’s face it – you are a developing player if you are looking at a sporting goods store to buy a racket even if you have never lost a game at the office.
If you are even remotely interested in learning how to play the sport, do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a pre-made racket. Check out ColesTT or zero pong and get a proper racket you will be much happier, for less money too!.
This is my second Stiga Raptor. I like the first so much that I bought a second one. Ebay routinely has prices 10-20 percent below places like Amazon. They are strong, durable, lightweight, and attractive paddles with excellent speed, power, and spin control.
I play daily at work for about 90 minutes, during breaks and over lunch. My competition is 8-9 co-workers of intermediate/advanced capabilities, all of whom are armed with Killerspin and Airblade paddles.

I’ve tried quite a few Killerspin racquets and I gotta say, they’re really blending together. It might be the fact that most of them come with their signature Nitrx-4z rubbers, as does this one, and I don’t like it.
The 7p blade is really stiff, which amounts to, (what feels to me) like quite a few uncontrollable shots when paired with The 4z rubbers. It could be my inexperience, but I also have a Ma Lin offensive paired with some DHS Hurricane 3 Neos and don’t have the same problem.
It’s fast, which is a plus, but very unforgiving when you’re trying to loop unless the ball already has a lot of topspin on it, which is the case most of the time. On the same note, I have a lot of success attacking chops with it, and my backhands, while maybe not the spinniest and really fast and mean with the 7p.
Eh, take this with a grain of salt. I could just be terrible at TT. I’m curious to see how the blade handles with a different rubber though. I get the feeling the results will be similar with Killerspin’s own Fortissimo, but there are plenty of fish in the rubber ocean.
I have the original Kido5A from 2005. I have had this as my go to offensive blade since 2005 and I have played with the Maza, Timo Boll, Nittaku Violin, and Avalon all around. I go back to the Kido5A as it is on the edge of being offensive, it is fast enough and small enough to feel offensive and for good top spin play.
The sweet spot is OK, not as big as carbon blades but not bad for precise play. The vibration is OK, not a lot, offensive control is good. Defensive blocking and looping is decent. Great all around offensive blade with the right rubber sheet.
I use it Vega Asia, the little bit dense sponge compared to Vega Europe with it and it is good. This is just as good as most other 5 ply blades in the $40 dollar range.
This paddle gives me more control and balance when I play with friends. Before, I was using any available paddles. Now I have consistency using one paddle. It’ll help me be a better player.

We just got a new ping pong table and I could not find my favorite paddles anywhere. My son was looking on e bay for something rare (finger skateboards) and I decided to check for my sand paper paddles: Yep there they are; and a great price.

With a set like this, all you need is some kind of a table and you’re ready for doubles ping pong. The paddles/bats are of decent quality, with a flat, slightly cushioned, shiny/tacky rubber surface.
Handles pieces look glued on, and I’d bet if you dropped one just the right way the handle would shear off, so be a bit careful in that regard. These paddles come double-wrapped in plastic, and they STINK like chemicals.
They need to air out, but will probably always retain a weird smell to some degree. 6 standard ping pong balls. No comment!The net is retractable and can expand up to 72″, which is probably bigger than any table you would use, but who knows.
The mechanism used to clamp to the sides of the table allows for a 2″ thick surface, so not all tables will work. and the length of the clamps will make it tougher to use a table with significant rounding or beveling, they just won’t stay attached.
This clamping mechanism is where this package is most likely to fail. Even on an easy-to-clamp-to table, one of the sides tilted in. The top and bottom clamps should just be longer. And I have my doubts about the durability of the spring mechanism that it uses.
Also when I retract the net after use, I have had to jiggle the sides to line up to each other, indicating that the way the net wraps up inside them isn’t perfect, which could cause problems down the line.
I’m overthinking it a bit, of course, but I think too many products are made for initial satisfaction, rather than long-term use. The storage case is a good example too, it has a very thin formed plastic tray that the net/bats/balls fit into nicely.
I like it, but it’s going to break in a couple of months. So if you treat this package carefully, and don’t try to force the net clamps onto the wrong kind of table, it’s going to be a ton of fun for more than the short term.
I’m new to table tennis, and haven’t got experience with other paddles or balls for comparison, but am extremely pleased with this set. I had played casually years ago, and this set is considerably better than what I had used back then.
The paddles are thicker and grippier, and the balls seem much more solid, with a great bounce to them. My adult son (who has played fairly regularly for a few years) was suitably impressed with them as well.
I was also extremely surprised by the follow up I had received, with the supplier checking to make sure that we were pleased with product. Definitely feel that this was money very well spent.

I would go for smaller thicknesses as the net bars do stretch out but if your table happens to be like pool table thick it doesn’t work that well but on the post it I’ve side of playing, I’m a beginner in this game and I finally learned the technique behind it lol I played for a good 2 hours after opening.

Nothing special, but really good for a premade racket. Good for beginners. Has average speed and good control. The Rubber is definitely non tacky, making a bit hard to make loops and spins. After a while I have changed rubber to a cheap chinese rubber (Reactor Conor), then I have discovered a new racket, much better to help me to improve my strokes.

Let’s start with the paddles as this is usually the most important piece of equipment. Pros – good size and weight, and they are durably made. Cons – there is little to no padding on the face of the paddle so you might as well be using a wooden paddle.
The shaft is wood and not very well treated so there is a possibility for splinters although I haven’t got one yet. The balls that come with are nice – they have a good weight and bounce and you get six of them which is pretty good.
The bag is handy, mostly for the balls as those are more difficult to store and I like that you can hang the bag up. The quality of the material on the bag is not bad at all – will probably last a long time.

this product is ok for beginners. if you are entry-level and not picky about the equipment, it;s a good choice. it can be played and served its purpose. however, if you are a serious player and ask a lot for the product, i would suggest you to buy some else.
This will get the job done, but it’s definitely not a high quality product. the paddle is a little bit lights, and the rubber is too thick, and you can see the glue and get somehow in the paddles. however, it looks durable though.

Solid paddles for beginner / regular play. If you play a lot or are hard core, I’d recommend nicer paddles. But I still really like these paddles for regular use / play. They’re made of nice wood and the rubber is glued onto the wood properly.
I imagine like with all paddles, the rubber may get unglued over time with use, but so far, they’ve held up. Product also comes with 6 balls and carrying bag that you can hang off the side of the table.

I love my Alaska Bear silk mask & my boyfriend does too. He kept stealing it so I bought this one for him, thinking it would be similar, yet slightly more masculine looking. It’s made of a weird foam material & not very comfortable.
It also doesn’t block all the light. Great company, just not as good as the original silk version I have.
I Purchased the set because it was a way to store the panels with the table. Set is nice but the bag doesn’t really fit four paddles, The second paddle on each side is very hard to get in, but it does the job.
Lastly the paddles had a very strong smell upon arrival. After airing out they are better but I wish the rubber smell was never present.

this racket really surprised me. it is a lot better than its price would indicate. you can actually top spin and hit quite hard with it. if you have proper technique, you can get plenty of spin and speed.
the rubber is holding up quite well. now for the bad news: the packaging is not eco friendly and not having the option to replace the rubber is a total no no. so Butterfly, please get a grip (pun intended) and adopt proper environmental policies.

I bought this item for the Battery Hockey School lobby. Their other paddles were worn. The younger children who come while older siblings are practicing now have equipment to entertain. Early Christmas present for all.
Not sure about the quality for now but exactly what we needed. Most sets with this amount of paddles and balls tends to be expensive at other stores. The organizer is and added bonus. We were able to to hang it from the ping pong table and kids keep it all in there after they are done playing.
I am shocked by all the great reviews. We bought this set 4 days ago and they stink so bad I can’t even bring them into the house. They have been sitting outside in the wind for days and they are still smelly.
