This is the best orthotic insole from Pinnacle. Very comfortable, yet provide the arch support that is needed. It is a full-length insole. These are purchased by shoe size, and they use alphabetic letters.
For example my size 14 to 14. 5 is “Size K”. I have several pairs of these. When they start to wear out, I repair them with whatever means I have because I like them so much. A doctor first recommended them to me after my foot was injured; and they made everything better immediately.
I also have a different Pinnacle model that is wide, and its color is gray.
I buy several different insoles because I find the match between shoe/boot and insole is different. This one has really good arch support, and is a bit narrower than some so it does not need as much trimming.
This one is a bit wider than the FORM Maximum Support so it’s a bit better for my work/weekend/yard boots. I’m happy with it as are my feet with significant plantar fasciitis.
I already have had a pair of these same inserts for over a year. Replacing them and got an extra pair for other shoes. I have had surgery on both feet, leaving each one with a different problem. These are perfect for me, after years of problems.
The ability to walk pain-free is vital to the quality of life you deserve. When flat feet overpronate, or shoes don’t offer adequate support, the tendons and ligaments of the foot can become strained and fatigued.
Your body immediately springs into action, trying to compensate for your feet not operating at peak efficiency. The energy needed to compensate can be massive, leaving you tired, aching, and drained.
This can create a “domino-effect” of pain, radiating from your feet to your knees, hips, or even the low back. Sumos by Samurai Insoles for flat feet are biomechanically designed to optimize the function of your feet and legs.
They provide a natural form-fitting feel, while controlling the flattening of the foot within the shoe. By incorporating a springy polypropylene orthotic shell within a comfy padded case, TWICE as thick as the original Samurai Insoles, Sumos by Samurai Insoles are able to absorb shock during impact activity, as well as realign the foot joints when necessary.
Some of our competitors call themselves “orthotics”, without actually containing any orthotic shell. Why do they call them “orthotics” then? No monkey business.
Dr. Lembo, we can’t thank you enough for making your insoles available online to people outside your practice area. My husband has serious foot problems: injuries, flat feet, heel spurs, bone fusions, deterioration of the entire architecture and function of the foot.
He was only offered surgery that would fuse his ankle and foot so that no movement would be available. We have had multiple prescription shoes, orthotics, pain meds, just about everything in the podiatrist’s play book to try and allow him to walk without excruciating pain.
Your product is the first time in YEARS that has given him relief from 24/7 pain, and allowed him to walk his dog, do some yard work, without excruciating and exhausting pain. Your samuraii insoles are such a wonderful device, after such a long time searching for answers, that we almost can’t believe it.
Every time my husband puts on his shoes and starts to walk, he comments on how thankful he is to have found these insoles. They may not work for everyone, but they certainly are working for him. For people reading this review, I know this sounds “over the top,” but I am telling the absolute truth.
If you have serious problems with your feet, at least give these insoles a try. You may be as surprised as we were at the overwhelming positive results. Thank you, Dr. Lembo, for your design, your care for patients you have never met, your honesty, your principled marketing of a great product, and your kindness.
As a Family Medicine Physician who is married to a podiatrist, who also suffers from Flat Feet and Plantar Fasciitis, finding the right shoes has always been a dilemma. My Podiatrist husband used to cast my feet making custom insoles, and ever since he no longer practices, its been a hassle getting replacements to those at a lower cost as I had high expectations coming off custom molded orthotics.
But these were an amazing find! I used to spend hours on end researching the perfect pair of work sneakers with Stability and good arches that always fell short no matter what, and now i just add these to stability sneakers and they are perfect and stabilize my foot and prevent overpronation and no more leg and knee pain.
I have very flat feet and have been suffering with scar tissue buildup in my right ankle for decades causing me to limp when walking in a vain attempt to ease the pain. The other issue is Planter Fascitis which started about a month ago on the left foot.
Imagine what that looks like trying to get away from the pain while walking. Everone you meet asks what the heck is wrong with you. I have been to so many doctors and prosthetic experts and spent so much money over the years on my problem with the right ankle and then the recent development on the left foot I could barely get around.
I observed an ad for Samurai insoles and took the chance with their offerings. WOW!!! It may not be 100% effective but for me the 80-90% is so drastic an improvement its indescribable. At this writing I have only been using the insoles for 6 days.
Some days I need to remove the right insole after 6 or 7 hours on my feet because my foot hasn’t adapted to it just yet but even after removing it my ankle still does not have any pain. Unbelievable.
One last thing, I put the Samusai insoles right in my shoes without removing the original shoe insoles. BG.

You’ll never wear a boot without them! Round toe. Imported.
My son only wears Ariat Quickdraw boots. The inserts in his previous pair were worn and falling apart, causing lots of angst every time we would leave the house. I purchased these as a replacement, to hold us over until he needed the next size boots.
He was reluctant at first for the change, but we slipped them in and I never heard about the inserts again. Until this week. He finally needed new boots, and thankfully our local Western store had his new size and color in stock.
On the drive home he asked for his old boots, so he could put these inserts in his new boots. So I am back buying the next size up for his new boots! (And thinking perhaps I need some for my boots, too!).
I first experienced Ariat ATS footbeds in a pair of Ariat lace-ups; then I bought a pair of Ariat work boots that had them in them. I wore the footbeds in my lace-ups and had to order them through a local Western Boot store for around $34.
00 plus tax. I stole the ones from my worn our Ariat work boots and wear them in my 511 Tactical boots. The pair I just ordered will replace those. I have problems with my feet, bursitis & tendonitis, due to working too many hours on my feet in a job that was very hard on them.
I need firm support and their old insoles worked perfectly for me, not so much for these new ones. Right now I’m pretty disappointed in them as they’re causing me problems with my left foot. They are thicker than the old ones, making my shoes fit tighter and cupped more.
The dis-similar materials on the bottom of them may be the culprit. I’ll update this review after I figure out what’s going on.
Powerstep Pinnacle insoles are desinged to help those who suffer from over-pronation (mild to moderate), Plantar Fasciitis, foot, arch, and heel pain, calluses, hammertoe, clow toe, bunions, neuoroma, ankle, and knee pain.

The four-step system provides prescription-like foot suuport and helps control foot odour.
My 12 year old son has been using these inserts for 2 years to help with fallen arches and growing pains. They are very supportive and durable. We had to size up as his foot had grown. When we attended the rehab facility after a consultation with an orthopedic doctor, which resulted in over $200 worth of visits, copay, time, and these arch supports, this was a recommended suggestion by the physical therapist who was working with him on arch strengthening exercises.
I wish we could. have gone back, saved our money and just invested in these in the beginning. He no longer complains of foot pain and uses them daily in his tennis shoes and sports shoes. They have been a lifesaver! I highly recommend these to all of our friends who have kids complaining of the same symptoms.
Insoles are personal things, of course. All I know is that this one works for me to provide good moderate arch support. I’m in my late 60’s and injured my instep last year on a walk, something popped in my arch (not good).
The healing took a while. At last, I found these Power Step insoles after trying numerous others. I now own three pairs and exchange them in my shoes. No more foot pain! A very comfortable feel all day long.
and they’re not so thick, so they don’t make your feet tight in the shoes. Firm, great arch support.
I bought these following assessment of my feet / gait and recommendation from a sports physician. I’ve only just started to use them, so can’t really comment yet on how effective they are at relieving the problems I have, but I will say they seem pretty comfortable and good quality, and ordering / delivery process was good.
My biggest gripe so far – I have UK size 3. 5-4 feet. I ordered the smallest size I could find (size A ) and they are too big for my shoes. I have needed to trim them (carefully) with scissors so I can fit them inside my shoes.
It would be brilliant if you can make these in smaller sizes so that you can tailor for those of us with very small feet!.

Three years ago, I topped close to 395 pounds. I hated to move because of joint pain. I purchased a good quality shoe and the salesman at the shoe store told me to try Currex RunPro insoles M. So I did.
The pain in all my joints disappeared and with walking daily, 5k steps, I am now down to 290 pounds. I could not have done this without these insoles. I purchased a replacement pair and they are wonderful.
I won’t wear shoes without these insoles in them. I highly recommend anyone who has a lot of pain to try them.
CurrexSole is doing something quite different than the old standbys of the insole market, and I think it’s a better idea. I’ve always been skeptical of the “miracle cure” reviews for such products, but in my case I went from wondering if I had permanently damaged my feet to nearly pain free from the first few steps in these insoles, and it’s continued to improve since then.
I never experienced that with other products. CurrexSole takes a different approach to insole design – instead of the traditional fairly rigid, relative aggressive arch shape that is supposedly oven-moldable or use-conforming, CurrexSoles provides 3 different arch heights and a resilient type of support that allows the arch to flex naturally to absorb shock, but in a controlled way.
The fitting process measures arch height, not just arch length, so the sole starts out better optimized to your foot shape. I discovered in fitting the CurrexSoles that my older insoles had too high, too rigid, and too extensive of an arch that was slowly irriating the nerves in my foot, but that initially did not feel that way.
rather, it felt “supportive”. Feet change over time, and favorite insoles can stop working. It’s critically important to understand what type of insole your feet need. That can involve a lot of experimentation if not a visit to a podiatrist.
In my case, I learned that a sole that works with the natural mechanisms of your foot, rather than attempts to replace them, is where you should start.
EXTRA CUSHION – Filled with the same great patented tech as the ALINE, the ALINE Cushion gives you an extra layer of comfort when you need it most. GREAT COMFORT & QUALITY – When you look inside a pair of ALINEs, you see dynamic support and suspension structures that allow your foot to move freely during activities.
Great for use during long hours on your feet. PAIN RELIEF – ALINE is designed to help with many movement based foot and lower body issues such as Plantar Fasciitis, Bunions, Heel Spurs, Joint Pain, Foot or Ankle Pain, Hip or Knee Pain, Back Pain, Shin Splints, Achilles Tendonitis, Morton’s neuroma, Metatarsalgia and others.
EXTREMELY DURABLE – For most users, ALINE’s stay in perfect condition for up to 12 months, with extreme use of the same pair of insoles noticing signs of wear after 6 months. Durable construction and heel cup with gel pad holds your heel securely while providing shock absorption during high impact activities like walking, running short or long distances, or training on hard surfaces like concrete or turf.
PERFECT FIT – ALINE Insoles are designed with everyone in mind. All genders, ages, sizes and arch types will fit. ALINEs are also very low volume and will fit in most shoes, whether they are sneakers, everyday shoes, boots, or house slippers.
The general rule is that if your shoe has a removable insole, an ALINE will fit. The ALINE Cushion starts with the same great patented tech as the ALINE. Not only does it help activate barefoot functions inside your shoes to naturally align your feet, knees, hips, and back, the ALINE Cushion gives you a little layer of comfort when you need it most.
I ordered these for my daily shoes at work after getting such amazing results from the Aline original inserts. I was in pain for 9 months until I found Aline and it was literally a week before I felt significantly improved.
I like the cushioned inserts for the long days and still use the originals on my walks and runs. I appreciate the healing they provided so so much, I’d almost given up on feeling good ever again. Thank you Aline!.
I purchased the “Cushion” (yellow) insert. I’m 53 and wear a children’s size 2. Recently diagnosed with Plantars Fac and absolutely need the proper arch support for the pain. I bought these for just simple everyday activities.
Nothing impactful. After wearing them for a week, I removed them from my shoes to wash. So I put in another brand as a substitute. Oh my goodness. That’s when I realized how good the Alines were. Immediately bought another pair.
Threw out the other brand. I use the “Cushion” in all my shoes and highly recommend if you are experiencing heel pain.
Sized to fit: no trimming required ActivPerform Technology – Reduces shock impact by 40 percent to protect feet and knees Size-Specific Arch – Optimal arch support provides precise motion control, helps maximize energy return and promotes your natural gait Energy Efficient Dual-Layer Cushioning.
I used these Performance Running Insoles by Dr. Scholl’s for running and walking. First of all, I love that these insoles are thinner in size and their length fits perfectly in my shoes. They are very comfortable and feel soft on my heels.
I also love the color and design of these insoles. They are very good at absorbing shock while running. I was having pain in my heels due to the thinner sole of my usual shoes. I used these insoles on my regular shoes and that made a huge difference.
I am glad that these insoles reduced that pain problem. Now I can run and exercise without any worries. I would definitely recommend these insoles for their better performance and proper pressure all throughout the feet.
I’m very pleased with these insoles as I’ve gone through countless pairs before these, trying to find something that is both comfortable and supportive. I was starting to give up thinking I must be doomed.
But these are exactly what my feet needed. I’m so glad to have finally found good insoles. I can wear these for hours and my feet feel fine. Words can’t describe how relieved I am to no longer have to deal with foot pain due to lack of support! Another thing I was surprised by is how nicely these are packaged, they defiantly have a premium look and feel.
They are supposed to be made to fit but I did have to trim just a tiny bit off the toe area to make it a perfect fit for my shoes. It was easy to do and didn’t diminish quality in any way. These insoles feel like they will hold up over time, and that’s exactly what I needed.
The insoles work very well for my Morton’s Neuroma. The arch and heel are supported in a way that removes pressure from the ball of my feet. I used the insoles in my hiking shoes and put a few miles on them.
they work well! Also, the shipping was very quick and there were additional instructions included with my purchase on how to trim the insoles if they needed it (mine didn’t). I’d buy from here again.
After three neuroma surgeries and a bad ankle I have finally found a great insole at an affordable price. They snap into the hiking shoes I wear daily, do not crowd my foot and the met pad does not move.
It is not over the top to say I am reluctant to remove them to walk in my stocking feet indoors. Good support, fair deal.
Wasn’t sure these would help. Plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, big toe neuroma. Not only did I get use to them on the first walk, but my feet felt relief after as well! The size 9-9. 5 fit my size 9 Hoka’s with no trimming.
I previously tried a pair of SOLE footbeds (not sure what kind) in a pair of ski boots and unfortunately, they were SO firm and hurt my feet so badly! My partner had recommended the brand because he swears by them for arch support.
I assumed the ones he uses were firm as well, so I had this idea in my head that all of their footbeds were just hard and firm and not for me. But, one day I saw an ad on Facebook for SOLE sandals that prompted me to look around on the website and I soon realized this was not the case at all! So, I bought these ones on a whim because they were on such a good sale.
I put them in a pair of Bogs winter boots that I wear every single day for everything from going to work to dog walks to shoveling snow, and I’ve got to say. I’m very impressed with how cushy and comfortable they feel! I also never realized the benefits of having a MET pad, and I really like the feel of it.
The only issue I have so far is that I find they seem to always be a bit damp in my boots. Of course, Bogs aren’t exactly a breathable boot so this plays a HUGE factor in that, but I’m constantly having to take them out to dry.
I honestly thought they’d perform a bit better in this area. (The footbeds that came with my boots never seemed to feel as damp all the time. ) Also, the size 5 is just a bit too small for my size 5-5.
5 feet (size 6 wasn’t available) so my toes do stick out over the front just the tiniest bit. But it’s enough that I can feel the edge of the footbed if I don’t have them placed just right in my boots.
This is NOT a fault with the product. just disappointed they aren’t available in a 6!.
I’m on my 3rd pair of SOLE Active Wides & they’re definitely the best insoles I’ve come across. I run 30 miles a week, mostly on the road, at paces from 5:30-8:30/mile. I wear Altras for both road & trail, and I use one pair of these insoles for every 2 pairs of shoes.
The Good: A problem I’ve always had with running footwear is compression in the ball of the foot leading to weirdness in my stride or lots of discomfort over time. These insoles are so dense that the above compression isn’t an issue.
I’m putting 400-500 miles on each pair of shoes (800-1000 miles per pair of insoles) now without any stride-altering compression in either the shoe midsole or the insole itself. I’m considering using them for a 3rd pair of shoes actually, because after 1000 miles the biggest sign of wear is discoloration where my foot contacts the insole, rather than deterioration of the insole itself.
The Bad: They’re really hard. If you like a cushy running shoe experience this is NOT that. But if you’re looking for a great springboard to push off of mile after mile after mile, these are your insoles.
A thin footbed with a built-in metatarsal pad for added forefoot comfort, made on our super durable EVA base. This footbed supports the foot’s bones to offer relief from conditions like Morton’s neuroma, Metatarsalgia, and more.
No bulky foam, just signature customizable support. This insole is best for tight-fitting runners, low-profile dress shoes, flats, slim casual sneakers, cleats, skates, ski, and snowboard boots, and other slim or tight-fitting footwear.
I have genetic flat feet. I’m 44, and have lived the “strenuous life. ” Very active – hiker, power lifter, stone mason, former Marine. Over the last 4 years I’ve developed pttd, and over the last 5 months it’s gotten very painful.
As someone who can usually physically do whatever I want, having to avoid simple things like stairs has been very difficult physically and mentally. I have tried lace up ankle wrap braces, custom rigid orthotics that cost 1000.
00 dollars, special shoes, and been religious about foot strengthening- they all sort of work, but there’s always some pain. I have routinely been told “otc” orthotics aren’t effective. Regardless on a whim I bought a pair of SOLE insoles, and after I put them in my gym shoes -INSTANTLY – the pain went away almost completely.
I bought a second pair for my Danner hiking/work boots, with the same result. I can’t wrap my brain around how there can be such an immediate dramatic change, but running up and down my stairs without a second thought or wincing in pain is absolutely amazing.
I haven’t worn them long, but they seem durable. I hope they hold up, though for this level of regained mobility, I’d buy a new pair every month if I had to. My hope is, as they are clearly relieving the strain on my tibial tendon and over pronation, over time with continued wear and foot strengthening I can reverse some of the damage done.
I am one of the numerous sufferers of peripheral neuropathy. For years I have endured foot pain that has taken me from an active runner to rarely going for walks because of constant foot pain. I prefer to stay clear of the pharmaceutical pain relief strategy, and decided to try a set of SOLE footbeds.
Not sure which product to purchase, I used the SOLE Product Guide to determine which product was best for my condition. Sure enough, the Active Medium with Met Pad was suggested. I purchased the product and it was delivered to my home in just a few days.
Following instructions on how to form the footbed to my foot shape, I set the footbeds in the oven at low temperature for a few minutes. Next, I placed each footbed into a pair of my shoes, put the shoes on and waited for the material to conform to my personal foot shape.
Skip forward two months, and I can say that after years of foot pain, I am much relieved. Not only can I now go back to long pain free walks, but I have more energy, because I am not in constant pain.
These soles are great. The Actives with Metpads easily transfer from one pair of shoes into another. Now that I am satisfied with how well they work, I plan to order another pair for my runners. Relief is a great thing!.
I purchased this product because I suffer with supination and cannot afford the $400. 00 plus cost of custom made orthotics. I liked the fact that you can heat the insoles and then have them mold to the shape of your feet.
I did heat them up as directed and they did mold to the shape of my feet. The insoles were a perfect fit to the shoes I wanted to use them in and I started wearing them immediately. I initially found them reasonably comfortable.
However, my right foot is much worse than my left foot and after a few days my right foot became painful with the insole in my shoe. I do know that people who suffer with supination need insoles that are very soft.
I have both read this and can speak from experience. I tried putting a foam insole over the SOLE product but the shoes became too tight. The insoles are simply not soft enough for someone who suffers with supination.
I have stopped wearing the product. I liked everything about this product but truly wish you offered an insole that was extremely soft for people like me. I really wanted and needed this product to work.
Sole’s uniquely shaped footbeds provide support for neutral alignment and balance. Sole footbeds are American Podiatric Medical Association accepted and clinically proven to reduce plantar fascia strain.
All shoe inserts are heat/wear moldable for a custom comfort fit. The insoles are zero drop, meaning the heel is at the same height as the ball of the foot. Sole’s inserts are different from orthotic inserts, they provide support while remaining neutral for any type of foot.
Don’t choose between insoles for women or insoles for men, these footbeds are unisex for anyone’s feet. They come with density mapped bases, Polygiene coating for odor control, and are latex-free. An EVA foam base allows this arch support shoe insert to retain its shape over time and provides incredible durability.
Each thick sized footbed provides 3. 2 millimeters of support for most loose-fitting footwear; use as a boot insole for your heavy duty shoes.
Bio-Fit Soft insoles are made on a separate mold for each shoe size, insuring precise fit at the arch and heel for a customized comfort. The top layer is made of soft moldable foam, which shapes to the contours of the foot within a few days, offering a customized fit and alleviating pressure points.
The bottom layer, made of closed cell polyurethane foam, provides long lasting shock absorption, making every step soothing with comfort. Deep contoured heel-seat along with thick PU cushioning foam under the heel work wonders for heel-pain, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.
Bio-Fit Soft insoles are 1/4″ thick at the forefoot, and are designed for shoes with extra room and removable footbeds.
I recommend these insole. I tried several kind of insoles. l didn’t believe what the were saying about the results. So l decided to by me a pair. And let me tell you, it is the best thing that l did.
I had to buy another pair. Now l’m getting ready to order me 5 more pair of them. I spent one hundred dollars on a. pair of insoles and they are no comparison to ortho feet. I be telling everyone that they should try these insoles.
I wk as a CMA, and l do alot of walking. I’m sooooo glad that l was in the residents room at the right time to see the commercial.

The Powerstep ProTech full length orthotic insole helps me alleviate the foot pain I have due to plantars faciatis. I have purchased other products like Dr. Scholls and Avia heel relief orthotic insoles and they are no comparison with Powerstep ProTech.
Powerstep ProTech also has a better arch support and firm. So when you step into the Powerstep ProTech, it actually supports you. The other two products I mentioned are not firm enough. When you step in, they just collapse and you do not any support at all.

When I recently had pain in my left ball walking, I remembered that as a teenager in Germany I got orthopedic insoles, custom-made. 70 years later in the USA I looked in stores and then on the internet and found the advertisement of the TheInsoleStore.
I ordered two pairs and was surprised by the quality and pleasant feeling of the material. And my pains were gone the next day. I wear them now every day. Many thanks to TheInsoleStore.
I bought these to replace worn out 3/4 insoles in sandals. I like that these are leather with little holes in them. This makes them perfect for the sandals to reduce sweating in summer. They seem to fit quite well in my Size 39 sandals.
I reduced one star, as they sit lower in the heel area than the ones that came with the shoes and don’t feel very cushioned. These are more of a hard support orthotic but so far they are ok for the job.
I have had a pair of custom orthotics for the last 35 years. Thin and sturdy but any cushion was long gone. The Pedag Orthotic was a drop-in replacement. I now have a little bit of heel cushion and the stiff arch support I need without the thickness of so many orthotics.

I wasn’t impressed. With super high arches I felt no difference in the support that the off the shelf product at the local discount store offered for less than half the money. Also the balls of my feet never hurt so bad after an afternoon of wearing them.
Was referred to the Currex brand for plantar’s fasciitis and they work. Purchased the Runpro’s for my running shoes and then now the Hikepro’s. Very happy! I’ve tried other insoles and these are the best for me.
