Decided to try this product after reading all the wonderful reviews while I was preparing to go off the pill. I was on the pill for 14 years – almost half my life!!! I was so nervous about going off because so many of my friends told me how it either took them months to get a period or they never got one and had to go to their gyno to get Provera.

I was told as a teenager I have PCOS, however my current gyno isn’t 100% convinced. I started taking these pills on day 1 of my withdrawal bleed. Low and behold I got a true period 35 days later! Whew, since being on Depo 10/2021 – My hair has been shedding non-freaking stop. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why; until a light went off in my head and I notice it was from being on the shot.

After researching the web on how to cleanse my body from birth control I came across this site. I ordered these babies and Total Glow gummies as of 02/20/2022 and on 03/18/2022 the spotting begin. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this. I’ve been off of birth control pills since August 2019. At first, my cycle was fairly regular, about 35-40 days apart. But in the new year it started becoming longer, 45-60 days.

I hadn’t had a period in almost 3 months and was starting to get really worried. I found this product and started taking it hoping it would put me back in a rhythm, and within 4 days of taking it, I got my period! It might be coincidence but I’ll keep taking this and see if my cycle becomes regular, but so far so good! This product I found as it was an overstocked product at a store called DD’s Discounts here in Fresno,ca. It Works!! I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but thought I needed to for this. I don’t have PCOS, but after having 5 kids I was desperate to find something that balanced my hormones and brought me back to life. My hormones never regulated after my 5th kiddo who is now 2, and I lacked motivation and energy to do anything, which is awful when you have 5 kids depending on you and wanting to play.

The first two week of taking this I was bloated, and my cycle was trying to regulate (it made it worse at first), but after giving this a fair shot and taking it for a month, my cycle is normal again, the bloat is gone, but the best part is I have all the motivation and energy in the world! Im 29 years old, I have ALWAYS had irregular periods. like so bad that I just thought it was normal. Infertility issues as well, like 10 years of no protection, no pregnancy. Never have I had an actual “normal” period or a positive ovulation test or pregnancy.

I do however have PCOS, badly. I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now, and started them when I was day 3 of my cycle. (I haven’t had a period in over 6 months prior. ) My normal cycle is like 4 days of spotting, never heavy, never consistent & never normal.

I do not have PCOS and have never had issues with my cycle but I was on birth control (the pill) for 12ish years. I was using test ovulation strips as we were trying to conceive, so I also knew that I was ovulating and everything was “working.

I never leave reviews, but wanted to be sure Premama got credit where it is due! I started taking this on Day 1 of my most recent cycle. I have ranged anywhere from 26 to 43 days with Ovulation landing anywhere from Cycle Day 13 to Cycle day 24.

This has made trying for our first baby extremely difficult and stressful. The first month I incorporated Premama Wellness into my regimen, I finally had the most “Textbook” cycle I’ve ever had. I ovulated around day 14, noticed a significant improvement in my fertile signs, and had a reliable Luteal Phase that ended 14 days after ovulation, giving me a basic 28 day cycle!! Bought it in 2020 took it for about a week then stopped started back taking them Mid to late March 2021 April I had a pregnancy scare but that following month in May I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant.

After trying other prenatal multivitamins for a year and doing research, I decided to try Proceive Max. First comparison is that almost in all vitamin types it contains higher amount with respect to other multivitamins.

Additionally it contains amino acids and antioxidants (even omega 3 dha and coenzyme q10!) which are lacking in others. I realized I might have low progesterone levels and started to use Proceive Max with 250 mg of Vitamin C.

This might be unnecessary but I read from research papers that 750 mg of Vitamin C intake increases progesterone for women. After 1. 5 months of taking Proceive Max, I am pregnant! I am 39 years old and I think Proceive Max increased my chances significantly thanks to its specialized formula for women over 35 :).

Being in the medical field I Would recommend these products anyday. at 38yrs nd will be 39 in March. Have a 13 (14yrs old in February son). I started taking these tabs everyday since September only taking half of the recommended dosage.

Since I was gonna take the recommended dosage of x2 daily starting December when I had plan to commence IVF. However after it was confirmed by HSG in early September that my tubes was blocked says the doctor.

Although having the contrast going through my tubes during my second HSG but my fertility consult doctor here in America says blockage was noted despite he ensure he pushed fluids through as forceful as possible, which after a week or two I was still experiencing mild cramping effects although he had given me Doxycycline for prophylactic antibiotic after the procedure (this was my second HSG, 1st HSG was done by a technician and fluids didn’t even enter my tubes only went as far as in my uterus).

Tried from switching from the Zazee version because it can become a little hard on the wallet month after month buying 2 separate pills. First month taking Conceive Plus Ovulation support plus their Fertility support ended up in nothing.

No ovulation at all. Cycle showed up still thankfully but the bleed started off fainter than normal. 2nd month still absolutely ZERO ovulation but it made my cycle extremely late showing up. We are talking a 64 day cycle in comparison to a 33 day.

I am taking this to keep my cycle coming every 33 days due to PCOS so for it not to show up when it has for years using the competitive brand I’ll stick with what works for me. Switched back to my prior brand my cycle showed up right on time so something in this formulation with taking their Fertility support didn’t agree with my reproductive system.

In 2013 I got pregnant but because of personal reasons I terminated the pregnancy (I regret it everyday). In those fifteen years, I have been to the ER four times for excruciating abdominal pain that ended up being popped cysts each time (dang it healthcare system, I was making sure it wasn’t appendicitis, don’t need to hand me such a large bill- I did wait for several days before going in geez.

) If I am not on birth control, things are impossible. Weight gain, even without eating much and exercise, acne, heavy to the point of fainting periods, etc. I am limited to progesterone only birth control options.

However, I’d noticed this really did not do much outside of regulate my periods. I still had acne, weight gain- especially from appetite increases, and times with excruciating abdominal pain from cysts and/or endometriosis (who knows at this point ¯\_(ツ)_/¯).

Since trying this supplement, which I happened upon via TikTok, my insatiable appetite from the progesterone BC options (and therefore weight steadiness/loss instead of gain), bloating, and I haven’t had a cyst pop in months either.

I will note, it did absolutely nothing for my acne, and didn’t seem to make a difference for my periods. Honestly the only thing that does change acne for me is eliminating dairy, or using an estrogen-based BC, which is not an option.

I was so excited to try Smoo, I’ve struggled with PCOS since I was 14 so learning about smoo gave me some hope. 1) THE TASTE, I’m sorry but the flavor is absolutely VILE. I’ve tried a million different ways to disguise the flavor and I had the most success with peanut butter.

It’s also very hydrophobic so you could still smell it, so eventually your gag reflexes got tired of smelling peanut butter smoothie and… whatever smoo is made of. It’s rough. 2) I really wish it was more affordable, I’m sure it’s reasonably priced for most people but it’s not something I can afford on a regular basis and that makes it hard to know if it actually works.

3) the first 4 days or so it made me feel like I was on adderall or something, I kept clenching my jaw/grinding my teeth, I felt extra spacey and unfocused (I do have adhd but it was enhanced) and all around very anxious.

It did subside after the first few days but eventually my gag reflex couldn’t take the flavor anymore. Giving 3 out of 5 stars for these reasons. If I could afford it every month for multiple consecutive months and I felt it was working that would maybe bump it to a 3.

5-4 depending on how well it worked and if the benefit outweighed everything else.

The only reason for one more minor star is that the container is only slightly more than half filled. I have been suffering from hormonal issues since I was 13 yrs old, first with endometriosis, fibroids, cysts on ovaries, adenomyosis, terrible PMS and many miscarriages.

It’s been a great struggle affecting every part of my life. One failed hormonal treatment to another and from contraception to antidepressants. So I walked away from it all, living without any treatment for the past 9 yrs because there was nothing that helped but only made it worse.

I have used this product for one month now, and so far and have seen significant changes in my mood. I feel more stable, and as my body would usually cause chaos close to my cycle, I feel a great sense of stability so far.

For the first time, I am hopeful from what I have seen. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!.

I’ve read and watched so many reviews, that I had really high hopes for this. So far, I give it 1 star max. I bought the unflavored one, and it makes everything taste like chalk. I like to drink coffee that already comes prepared, and it separated the flavor oils from the rest of it, and it tasted so bad I had to toss it.

Second day I tried it in scrambled eggs, and I had to use twice the amount of spices I would normally use to cover up the flavor, and yet it still tasted like chalk. Third day, I tried it with milk and chocolate cereal to try to cover up the flavor, again, and it still tasted like chalk.

I wanted the unflavored one so I could include it in a larger variety of foods, but I’m afraid that it’ll all taste like chalk. I am highly, highly disappointed so far. I would expect something of this price to be better, but I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for something like this.

If you do decide to get it, don’t get the unflavored one. I’m strongly thinking of tossing the rest of it, to say the least. To all, best of luck.

Unfortunately this product caused wild hormonal imbalances for me, worse than what I was dealing with. About two weeks in, I noticed mental instability and chalked it up to “oh it’s working and these are probably side effects until things balance out”.

After 5 weeks, I gave up and threw it out because each week my side effects kept getting worse and I felt I hit a point where the mental instabilities were too intense for any benefit this supplement could bring.

I did not notice any improvement to my menstrual cycle (pain nor heaviness). Now I am just taking inositol and ashwaghanda at far lower doses and I feel much better. The taste is horrible and the metallic twang came through whatever I drank it with.

However, I pushed through it because I treated it like medicine not a fun sipping beverage. Overall, I prefer just taking my supplements in pill form separately because this concoction did more damage to my regular state.
