It is WAY too soon to write a review about the results of this supplement, but there are some important opinions I can give about these Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. Most importantly is that I have not experienced any negative side effects with this product except for bad after taste at times.

I have occasionally drank pure organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother” and keep two large bottles in my home for multiple purposes. With my research, these gummies are supposedly pure ACV from the “mother,” but do not provide the same amount of ACV that drinking the actual liquid does.

However, some people truly cannot tolerate drinking the liquid so these gummies seem like they would be a good replacement. They are absolutely delicious and I have to stop myself from eating more than 2.

The texture of the gummies is perfect too. I am NOT a fan of anything gummy, but these are a different texture that isn’t too slimy or gummy—they’re just right. Some important negatives to this product is the “Supplement Facts” are printed very tiny and are near impossible to read with the naked eye.

I don’t know if this is on purpose or not, but this section should be absolutely clear and easy to read to the consumer. This product has sugar added and I’m sure that’s to make the gummies so delicious and sweet.

Glucose Syrup and Glucose are also main ingredients. In fact, in the “other ingredients” section Glucose Syrup, Sugar, and Glucose are the first 3 ingredients which means they are the MOST ingredients since they are listed first.

Citric Acid is a main ingredient too which I don’t like any of those and I know a lot of other people don’t either. Real liquid ACV doesn’t have those ingredients. I cannot speak upon the results of this product because I have not owned it long enough to finish the bottle, but I have been taking it every day.

My hope is that it provides the same benefits of drinking the pure liquid, but from my research, I don’t believe it will. In addition, this product is rather expensive and when you consider the cost and benefits of the liquid ACV vs.

I was super excited to try these blueberry sleep gummy’s as I haven’t been sleeping well lately. First off, they are blueberry flavored but the flavor is not strong but not great either – one of the reasons for my 4 star rating.

the first time I took these vitamins I only took one just to see how it would work. I did get a good night’s sleep. The second time I tried them I took two gummies. When I took two I noticed that I was still very drowsy throughout the day.

My bottle was delivered NEXT DAY!! After reading reviews before purchasing, I was reading that the pills were hard to swallow NOT TRUE. I also read that there was No odor making it questionable NOT TRUE.
