This is slightly different than the Hylands Nerve Tonic, the first two or three ingredients are switched based on the amount of each in the two different formulas. This one is good for irritability. takes the edge off if you’re angry.

However, if you want something that works on stress/nerves about half as good as a 2mm valium then the nerve tonic is best.

I’m not sure if it does any good or now. But, it seems I do feel better after taking it. Could be all in my head though. But as long as I feel better does it really matter. At least I’m not taking a bunch of drugs.

I would say it is worth a try if you are looking for a little something to take the edge off.

Im claustrophobic, so getting on tight squeezed roller coaster rides gives me an extreme amount of anxiety. This pill absolutely calms my nerves down so that I can actually manage my breathing to allow me to cope with the anxiety enabling me to be able to FINALLY make it through the ordeal.

So, depending on the level of my anxiety for example if my anxiety is lets say between 0-7 the pill works like a charm, but if its between 8-10 with 0 being her lowest and 10 highest then it will require me doing breathing techniques which werent possible without the pill.

When I take before bed, I go to sleep within an hour, but still wake up within three hours, but that’s normal for me with regular Magnesium & Potassium.

I always take Potassium with Magnesium because they work together better than alone. There was no information on when to take Real Chill—before bed, or in the morning. I like the concept of Real Chill, but haven’t yet seen a significant improvement in my sleep quality yet.

I found this at my neighborhood Walgreens store. It had a coupon so I thought why not. I’ve been struggling with many mood disorders for years and do not like taking 20 pills a day. Plus a few years ago I had yet another diagnose of lupus and fibromyalgia meaning even more pills.

So I have been trying to find something natural to take a lot of the pills away. This pill has helped me a lot. I have a stressful job ( at times) and my own business. I only have one problem it is so expensive.

And is never really ever stocked. I found an off-brand of it through my otc mail order site I’m going to try. I used the time-released tabs. So will see how it goes.

I tried this out to help with my anxiety. First off this tastes gross or at least to me it does. Very turned off by it. I tried to use this a few times before I reviewed to make sure how I felt about it but sadly to me this doesn’t work.

In fact I would like to note for people who do want to try it that for me it actually ends up giving me anxiety headaches when I do use it. I do slightly cringe panic when I drink it though because of the extremely unpleasant taste.

They are easy to swallow, though. They have a little taste to them but they aren’t bad. You should take 4 of them each day to get the full effect too. The main thing I like about these, is that they are full of vitamins and minerals and not things that are bad for you.
