It’s wonderful to have this in the comfort of your own home, however, I did not find the instructions intuitive or clear. I think a lot of the text could have been eliminated and you could have one very visible set of clear directions walking the patient through the steps.

Small things were also problematic- there was a small bag of chemicals inside the biohazard bag and no instruction on whether or not I was supposed to remove it when placing in my sample. The in-depth form was included with my kit but I was only supposed to fill out certain fields and this was not clearly stated.

Considering that anxiety is often associated with medical procedures, the simpler and clearer you can make this test, the better. I think there is a way to eliminate much of the extraneous information and provide users with a clear and concise set of directions.

I had trouble getting myself to bleed enough for what they requested, kept trying to prick my finger again and followed the instructions, but it was really tough. I only got slightly over half filled with blood.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 15 years. I was so excited to try Smoo, I’ve struggled with PCOS since I was 14 so learning about smoo gave me some hope. 1) THE TASTE, I’m sorry but the flavor is absolutely VILE. I’ve tried a million different ways to disguise the flavor and I had the most success with peanut butter.

It’s also very hydrophobic so you could still smell it, so eventually your gag reflexes got tired of smelling peanut butter smoothie and… whatever smoo is made of. It’s rough. 2) I really wish it was more affordable, I’m sure it’s reasonably priced for most people but it’s not something I can afford on a regular basis and that makes it hard to know if it actually works.

3) the first 4 days or so it made me feel like I was on adderall or something, I kept clenching my jaw/grinding my teeth, I felt extra spacey and unfocused (I do have adhd but it was enhanced) and all around very anxious.

It did subside after the first few days but eventually my gag reflex couldn’t take the flavor anymore. Giving 3 out of 5 stars for these reasons. If I could afford it every month for multiple consecutive months and I felt it was working that would maybe bump it to a 3.

I’ve been taking this for PCOS for a little over a month now. And within a few days my period started after months of being missing and even longer irregularity. I even got another period recently! Hopefully I will remain regular.

The only complaint is that it gives me really bad acid reflux if I take it at night.

My daughter takes this product every day to balance hormones. It works great. Her menstrual cycle is more normal and she has less acne. Better pre menstrual moods.

Started taking them prescribed by my GP its only been three days but on the second night already I had a good night sleep without hot flushes and night sweats.

So far, so good. I have not yet finished reading it but so far everything appears to be extremely well thought out and researched. References cited throughout the book span from page 259-325, so there has been a lot of thought put into this yet it’s written in an easy to understand way.

I’ve read and watched so many reviews, that I had really high hopes for this. So far, I give it 1 star max. I bought the unflavored one, and it makes everything taste like chalk. I like to drink coffee that already comes prepared, and it separated the flavor oils from the rest of it, and it tasted so bad I had to toss it.

Second day I tried it in scrambled eggs, and I had to use twice the amount of spices I would normally use to cover up the flavor, and yet it still tasted like chalk. Third day, I tried it with milk and chocolate cereal to try to cover up the flavor, again, and it still tasted like chalk.

I wanted the unflavored one so I could include it in a larger variety of foods, but I’m afraid that it’ll all taste like chalk. I am highly, highly disappointed so far. I would expect something of this price to be better, but I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for something like this.

If you do decide to get it, don’t get the unflavored one. I’m strongly thinking of tossing the rest of it, to say the least. To all, best of luck.

Unfortunately this product caused wild hormonal imbalances for me, worse than what I was dealing with. About two weeks in, I noticed mental instability and chalked it up to “oh it’s working and these are probably side effects until things balance out”.

After 5 weeks, I gave up and threw it out because each week my side effects kept getting worse and I felt I hit a point where the mental instabilities were too intense for any benefit this supplement could bring.

I did not notice any improvement to my menstrual cycle (pain nor heaviness). Now I am just taking inositol and ashwaghanda at far lower doses and I feel much better. The taste is horrible and the metallic twang came through whatever I drank it with.

However, I pushed through it because I treated it like medicine not a fun sipping beverage. Overall, I prefer just taking my supplements in pill form separately because this concoction did more damage to my regular state.
