During the Preliminary Rounds of the Taste of St. Louis Master Chef Competition, YOU – the public – decide which of our 45 participating Restaurants will compete in the live, iron-chef style competiion at the event on the Saint Louis Bread Co. Culinary Stage.
Here's how it works:
VOTE for your favorite participating restaurant between August 5 and September 15 to send them to the Taste of St. Louis Master Chef Competition. There are two ways to vote:
TEXT** your favorite restaurant's code to 71297 (click here for list of restaurant codes)
OR
VOTE ONLINE by choosing a restaurant from the list below.
VISIT www.TasteSTL.com/winners after Sept. 15th to find out if you’ve won Dinner for Two*!
Then WATCH your favorite restaurant compete live in the Master Chef Competition where top chefs from local restaurants will go head-to-head to earn the title – Taste of St. Louis Master Chef, 2010.
*Your vote will qualify you for a chance to win a $75 gift certificate at one of our participating restaurants!

Official Rules. Votes are accepted via text messaging (message & data rates may apply) or online August 5 through Sept. 15, 2010. One vote per person. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. citizen to participate. No purchase necessary. Winners will be notified within seven days of drawing via e-mail or text message. Restaurant gift certificates are chosen and distributed at the discretion of the Taste of St. Louis. By texting or voting online, you give the Taste of St. Louis permission to send promotional e-mails from our sponsors. The Taste of St. Louis will not sell or divulge your information to any other companies or establishments.
